New age is an economy-centered one, under political formation and with the goal of economic dominance, and at the same time, Military ability to fulfill an operation, while considering saving of vital influence of economy and special focus on energy, New age, that is called area of "Geo economy" Thinking dominancy, is the result of deeper transformations itself that is happening in "Geo polynomy", or the sphere of injuction. In this dissertation we examine foreign policy of Iran with regard to today complicated world.

Although inconsistency and anarchy of habitation have been rooted in history of our homeland, its emergence in the forms of suburbia, unofficial residence, car parking, illegal and unusual residence as result of novel conditions of urbanization hasn’t lasted long in our country. The present article shows selection and prioritization of districts and it would be a new approach in identifying unofficial districts. In this article, after conducting basic researches and theoretical studies and methodology, defining the scope of urban poverty from social and economic and physical perspectives will be determined, after integrating of results of this phase, poor scopes were identified and after carrying out social, cultural and environmental studies and study of ownership and land tenure and structure and context of these scopes and approximately 20 poor districts identified and unofficial inhabited district were located and were prioritized. Finally, after grading and ranking, three districts as target districts were introduced in order to provide development plans. Suffering severe conditions as well as the need to devise a plan, the aim of selection of these districts was to implement plans for other districts and therefore variety of districts is taken into account. In this research analytical hierarchy process and Delphi method for classification and selection of criteria and then prioritization of choices in different phases and also application of GIS and other cases (supplemental software such as spatial analysis and use of MAP Calculator function) in data analysis and overlapping of different layers are applied.

Eco-tourism (ecological tourism) is naturally close relationship with the environment, The environmental assessment be done properly if it leads to the development of rural areas of the city. Environmental protection strategy, especially in less developed regions where the development could be based on tourism, is more important. Rhine historical and tourist city in Kerman Province in the mountain range that has thousands of good weather and the potential for eco-tourism (ecological tourism), which is examined in this study. Applied research and development research method is descriptive. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the ecological zoning for the development of ecotourism based on GIS and AHP in identifying the rural town of Rhine is examined. After weighting variables AHP hierarchy were using GIS to overlay zoning, resulting in the development of eco-tourism for the region Rhine in three separate classification was developed 3.27% Rayen area on the first floor prioritized for development User tourist 7.6% second priority area, which if necessary can be used to develop tourism. Also, 66% of the Rayen area of tourism, ecological tourism in the area is poor management and political strategies that contribute to the development of the Rayen.

Since public civil services structure the form and the skeletal, social and spatial essence of the city, the present research aims to investigate the distribution of public civil services based on spatial justice in North Khorasan Province as a case study. In order to analyze the distribution of the indexes of transportation, 8 sub-indexes from transportation, warehouse and communication have been applied. The current research is practical and its method is descriptive-analytical. To analyze them, safe descaling method; to weight them, Shannon entropy index; and to rank the cities, VIKOR Model have been applied. The results show that transportation services and VIKOR Model for communication have not been distributed equally throughout the province; so that, Bojnord has the highest and Maneh and Samalqan have the lowest possible level of access to the distributed services.

Water is life resource for living creatures especially human being. Water is the first and necessary toop for industrial development the base for agricultural production. if the mater of water and soil conservation be considered systematically and in the wide spread scale, in fact the consistency of natural environment is fulfilled (rajaei 1382).The resource area is located between 50 35 to 26 36 of north latitude and 12 54 to 46 54 north longitude which reaches from north to alborz mountain frome east to moladeh village, from west to damghan city and from sout to hajali gholi playa. in this area the following villages are located, mehmandoost, dehmolla, kalati molla, forat, zarrin abad mehdi abad, abbas abad, vamerzan, bagh, jazan, heidarabad and haji abad which contain a population about 62000 person including damghan city. the main occupation of population of this region is gardening.The disaster of underground water table falling, salinization of water, increase of demand and region potential for increasing cultivating lands needs a full study for providing sustainable situation and is one of the most necessary need of the ragion. In order to reach to this aim all geographical, natural and especially geomorphology agents of region were strictly and in the field, using GIS hardware were studied to find the role of them on water resources of this area where is one of the centers of human activities in the field of agriculture. the results show that the geomorphology of the region including tall mountains, affecting on the amount of rainfall, also tectonized limestone formation, have an important role on water provision of the region, which with wide plainheads have the principle role oo feeding underground tables.

Locate a process by which a user can be assigned to specific criteria and according to available resources, the perfect place to be determined.to the world of computer science and software opens, it floats and unlimited space between the numbers one and zero logic and reasoning also applies to (Jvrabyan, Mahmoud et al: 1381), can also be used to locate much as values between zero and one will take., tilt, of processes (weathering, range, flow and erosion), the risks of failure (destruction of dams, underground water, facilities, etc.) and thus the effects of environmental hazards on human structures and increased construction costs due to the risks faced is, except for land located in East and West (the best locations for future physical development), there is no other place for physical development Kuhdasht.

The main objective of this study is landslide Susceptibility mapping in the Shirpanah, by using of Entropy model and evaluation of this model in the zoning of landslides occurrence of Shirpanah Mountain and the extent of the influence of each of these five factors on the occurrence of the landslide. In the survey aerial photographs, satellite imagery, topographic maps, geological maps and field research to identify the area and were photography from the occurred landslide. In order to landslide susceptibility Mapping in the area of entropy model was used in GIS environment. The results show that the distance of the fault, slope, elevation, lithology and slope, have respectively, the greatest impact of landslides in this area. The total area of 20 km2 (32%) is consist of in high-risk areas and 380 km2 (84.48%) in average-risk zones. This suggests that the potential risk of landslides in the area is high. Also the results suggest that a 60 percent area land slides in the area in the sensitive areas identified by the entropy model was located. Therefore, the validity of the proposed model is verified and Susceptibility maps produced can be used as a reference in the planning.
