Abstract: 

Today, by shifting from traditional economy to innovation economy, strategic management requires a new mindset and interactive approach which appears in business ecosystem concept. Business ecosystem is a network of different players whose success and survival are linked together. This concept states that the organizations are not to be regarded as isolated players, but as a part of an ecosystem and their strategies should be designed in the light of interaction with other business ecosystem players. By adopting an interactive viewpoint the present research has attempted to define the strategic goals of balanced scorecard in Iranian banking system. The research methodology adopted here was of mixed type (qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population and sample are banking industry and Iranian banking experts respectively. Snowball tool has been applied for expert selection. In the first phase, 30 in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with banking domain experts and GT approach has been conducted for summarizing and grouping data. In the second phase, the collected strategic goals were corroborated by collecting 100 domain experts’ ideas through questionnaires. Cronbach's Alpha in SPSS has been used for reliability test. Finally, the business ecosystem-based balanced scorecard was developed. The important results of this research, which could be the innovative part, are identifying and explaining 22 strategic objectives including: 17 strategic objectives in organizational level and 5 strategic objectives in business ecosystem level for banking industry of Iran.

Abstract: 

This study has been done for identifying the basics, principles, and tools of marketing based on the Islamic rules in order to offer a comprehensive model in that field. Both qualitative research and content analysis approaches have been used in this paper as a fundamental research for studying the Islamic marketing basics. In the first step, theoretical basics and various perspectives of the conventional marketing were studied in order to collect data, and identify concepts related to Islamic marketing. Then, the frequency of related concepts were counted after extracting and coding them through a study of the Holy Quran and five other books of Islamic law called Allhayat.Qualitative research software MAXQDA were applied for this content analysis to set the Islamic marketing model that includes three main elements of beliefs, values and principles, and tools that include four subordinate elements of production, sales, price and distribution. Fifty eight main concepts and twenty two subordinate concepts were identified in a model that shows the relation between them. In the end, some recommendations have been offered for future research.

Abstract: 

One of the most controversial issues in recent decades is globalization and its challenges that according to many scholars have created serious problems for independent countries. Some researchers believe that multilateral cooperation and integration is a solution which could prepare member states to enter the global environment. Despite the importance of this issue, serious weaknesses can be observed in Islamic countries in this regard, and though some efforts have been made, they haven't been much successful.The primary goal of this study is to find a way to establish and develop collaboration among Islamic countries, and in the second place, to improve their mutual scientific endeavors and economic profitability. Considering the process of integration, the basic idea is that establishing multilateral cooperation should be attempted through different methods, and it could be started from a small and efficient area to pave the way for extensive collaborations in the future.As a start, the subject of scientific collaboration in Islamic management is selected and surveyed between the two countries, namely, I.R. Iran and Malaysia.The main research question is "what are the capabilities of both sides for scientific collaboration in Islamic management?" In this research, due to the lack of rigorous and accessible information, qualitative interviews with experts and grounded theory are used. This study is seeking to present a description of the capacities of two sides, and to suggest solutions for establishing collaboration.The results approve sufficient potentials and polar strengths for software and hardware collaboration between the two countries . However, by establishing these collaborations, we could hope for scientific development and reinforcement between the two countries in Islamic management, and subsequently in other areas.

Abstract: 

Policy science experts believe that policy termination is a step in the process of policy making which, compared to other steps, has been less attended to. Terminated policies are of two types: 1) those based on logic and rationality (resolved public issues, inefficient current policies, etc.) and 2) those abandoned (and ultimately terminated) after compilation and official notification. Effort has been made, in this qualitative research, to theorize the second type through, first, collecting data by conducting structured interviews with the Iranian policy making authorities/managers, and then after extracting the “key themes”, developing the theory of public policy termination according to GT which is a systematic and qualitative theorization method. The findings show that the central phenomenon of such a process is a theme called “unstable public policy” that explains policy termination in a process that involves some basic disruptive factors supported by certain causal ones.

Abstract: 

Using strategic control theories and models are the key organizational and national requirements, the lack of which can create challenges. On the other hand, organizations' competitions can lead to complications involving a lot of competitive opportunities and threats. While the environment is turbulent, unpredictable and competitive continuously, effective strategic directions can help the promotion of organizations' performance. By designing an appropriate control system, we can provide necessary, timely and precise information for decision making in complex situations, and by showing the necessary flexibility we can offer strategic options for quick and appropriate reaction to sudden environmental changes. The design of a strategic control system places the organization in a condition to move consistently and integrate dispersed attempts of managers. This paper intends to achieve a model of strategic control with applicable tools at the level of listed companies on the Stock Exchange, and it has gathered and analyzed information using field studies through statistical analysis method.

Abstract: 

Despite its short academic background, management has been considered in various domains in history while placing human at the very core. Meanwhile, in regard to considerable changes in social and organizational environments and intensified competitiveness around the world, organizations are, more than before, concerned to recruit and, more important than that, maintain and develop their personnel. Human Resource Management is one of the management’s special fields and since some decades ago it has been attended to and defined by various attitudes the base of which has been to push the personnel toward reaching organizational goals efficiently and effectively. With a general look at human resource opinions we can point out two attitudes known as cost-intensive and capital-intensive paradigms.In the present research, in addition to addressing the humanistic fundamentals of the mentioned paradigms and criticizing them by Critical Analysis method, we introduce a third attitude about Human Resource Management that rescues humans from being treated as instruments in organizations and gives them a pivotal value. This paradigm, called Roshd (Growth), gets its humanistic fundamentals from outstanding Islamic thinkers and places humans at a sublime point. It tries to remove the identity contrast in management literature between employee and employer and unifies them. Therefore, after criticizing humanistic fundamentals of effective paradigms in Human Resource Management, we try to present a vision of Roshd paradigm's effects on Human Resource Management.
