Abstract: 

Although the move to ethics in an organization begins by establishment of ethical code, but because in ethical code only ethical values are stipulated, to coordinate personnel organizational behaviors with those values, it is necessary to establish the standards for conducts and decision making. One of these standards is the ethical Oath in which the standards for ethical conducts and decision making of police managers and commanders are stipulated. The police managers and commanders are as patterns for personnel in their jobs and conducts, so they can have a very important role in their ethical performance and mission efficacy of their organization by following the ethical Oath. Moreover if the personnel realized that the managers and commanders comply with the established standards they will be more motivated to superpose their conducts and decision with standards that have been developed.

Abstract: 

It is necessary that the organization culture supports organization learning. therefore it can facilitate the acquisition and transformation of required knowledge. Furthermore the trust between managers and personnel will have great influence on success of learning organization. Because the leaders deeply influence the organization culture and learning organization activity, the relation of leadership and learning organization is very critical issue. Leadership and organization cultures have an important bearing on establishment and development of learning organization and they lead to motivation of personnel in using learning mechanisms. Thus leadership and organization culture have overwhelming influence on personnel outputs such as productivity, work absentees and job satisfaction. In this article it is attempted to study the relation of leadership, organization culture, learning organization activity and personnel job satisfaction. The results of this article show that the transformational and functional leaders have overwhelming positive influence on learning organization activity. The leadership has overwhelming positive influence on personnel job satisfaction. Organization culture has also overwhelming influence on learning organization activity and personnel job satisfaction. It has also overwhelming positive influence on personnel job satisfaction.

Abstract: 

Today most developed countries have included the participation of non governmental organization in administration of the government to maintain overall progress and growth and considered it to be a value. It is important to improve the efficacy and the success of duties and missions to develop and reinforce the non governmental organization to the extent that the participation of these organizations in decision making and administration can help governmental organizations to achieve their organizational targets. In Iran the least attention is given either to the role of these organizations at local, regional and national levels or to social and security issues. Therefore, in spite of unavailability of resources and the descriptive nature of research, it has been attempted to study the role of such organizations in maintaining security. The relation between independent and dependent variables was studied as it is and no personal judgment is given. Due to geographical diversity and variety of activities and the totality of the case, a typical and statistical population was used randomly.

Abstract: 

The present research is carried out to recognize the influencing factors on human ethical conducts as an employee in organizations. This article is a type of developmental research and the research method is metrical and data collection method is library research. The data collection method is note taking. In general the ethics in organization are defined as a system of values, musts and must not upon which the goodness and badness of organization and the good and bad deeds are differentiated. In general human being from personality and individualistic dimension has certain ethical characteristics which contribute to formation of concepts, speech and behavior. It may be that when these people assume organizational posts display different concepts, speech and behavior which in turn these humanistic characteristics influence the amount of efficacy and efficiency of the organization. Furthermore ethical or non ethical behavior and performance can contribute to positive and negative outcomes at organizational level. So in this research to recognize the factors influencing the personnel ethical behavior, the statement of the problem and the related literatures, the necessity and the significance of ethics from Islamic point of view explained and then the different models related to ethical behavior in organization were reviewed. At the end a conceptual and comprehensive model with three levels of external and internal of organization and individual were introduced and finally its administration is defined.

Abstract: 

Ethics has different meanings to different people. But in general it is considered to be the understanding of right and wrong in environment and doing the right thing and abstention from the wrong. The issue of ethical organization has been established as an integral part of management knowledge in developed community. Three types of individual, organizational and post organizational factors are contributed to formation of ethical organization. Personal factor includes personal ethics, self recognition and self control which formed the essence of ethical management in organization. The organizational factors include organizational regulation and discipline, organizational culture and organizational structure which internalize the ethical management. The post organizational factors include economy condition, work environment and international environment which lead to ethical management orientation and finally will be applied and operationalized in organization. Rightly application of ethical management in Iran police organization is not only the direct and internal result of productivity increase, reinforcement of public work conscience, internalization of ethical values, and the development of organizational culture will be followed. Among its blessing is to over come over organization social responsibilities which today are focused on and it is one of the criteria by which the performance of Iran police is measured. Therefore in giving due respect to ethics in Iran police organization, it is attempted to define the elements and the factors that have influence over them. In addition to Islamic perspectives, three other schools of ethics have been reviewed to define the profits of ethical plans, scientific and practical solutions of ethical management. Undoubtedly to deal with increasingly complexities of organizations and the increase of unethically, illegitimate and irresponsible acts in works environments, the principles and the logic of pure Islamic culture should be established by using strategic planning.

Abstract: 

The main characteristic of system dynamics is to clarify the concerned system endogenous structure, to explain the relations between the system constituents and to test the changes of system internal relations when different decisions are taken. In principle the system dynamics is a set of tools and technique to develop a contractual mathematical model out of a complex social system. System dynamics is totally different from traditional simulation model such as events discontinuity simulation in which the main question is point to point correspondence modeling of the model behavior and the real behavior as a real prediction. As the flight simulator is used to help the pilots, the system dynamics is somehow a model to develop management flight simulators. Police in general encounters often different dynamic complexities. Different decisions makers, dynamics, infinite interrelated variables and etc contribute to problems that can be called dynamic complexity. It is intended to introduce system dynamics methodology as an out look to such problems.

Abstract: 

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to highlight the stressors involved in an occupation at potential risk – the profession of law enforcement. Design/methodology/approach – The paper reviews the history of police stress studies. It describes prevention and treatment programs that have unfortunately not been sufficiently utilized because of the police culture. Findings – The documented symptoms of stress include digestive orders, cardiovascular diseas, alcoholism, domestic violence, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression and suicide. While some police officers start their careers in excellent physical health, some retire early or even die from job-related stress disorders if the cumulative impact of stress exacts its toll. Originality/value – The paper offers a description of COP.2.COP a confidential hotline for officers and their families staffed by retired officers and licensed professionals.
