Ethics has different meanings to different people. But in general it is considered to be the understanding of right and wrong in environment and doing the right thing and abstention from the wrong. The issue of ethical organization has been established as an integral part of management knowledge in developed community. Three types of individual, organizational and post organizational factors are contributed to formation of ethical organization. Personal factor includes personal ethics, self recognition and self control which formed the essence of ethical management in organization. The organizational factors include organizational regulation and discipline, organizational culture and organizational structure which internalize the ethical management. The post organizational factors include economy condition, work environment and international environment which lead to ethical management orientation and finally will be applied and operationalized in organization. Rightly application of ethical management in Iran police organization is not only the direct and internal result of productivity increase, reinforcement of public work conscience, internalization of ethical values, and the development of organizational culture will be followed. Among its blessing is to over come over organization social responsibilities which today are focused on and it is one of the criteria by which the performance of Iran police is measured. Therefore in giving due respect to ethics in Iran police organization, it is attempted to define the elements and the factors that have influence over them. In addition to Islamic perspectives, three other schools of ethics have been reviewed to define the profits of ethical plans, scientific and practical solutions of ethical management. Undoubtedly to deal with increasingly complexities of organizations and the increase of unethically, illegitimate and irresponsible acts in works environments, the principles and the logic of pure Islamic culture should be established by using strategic planning.
