Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to provide new methods for the problem with criteria interactivity in MCDM problem. Considering that the assessment criteria in MCDM may have effects on each other, so there are the necessary methods that take into account these interactions. This research In addition to identification, study, and Classify the different interaction that may the criteria have, introduces two new ways in this context. The new method presented in this paper is to solve the problems with the interactions between the criteria. The interaction between the criteria to be considered as a set of interactive effects between the criteria. The paper also offered two new ways to solve such problems. The proposed method approach is the effect of the interactions on the decision matrix.

Abstract: 

Nowadays failure risk assessment of medical equipment considering the crucial role of proper functioning of these equipment, make it unavoidable necessity. In this study, the risk of equipment failure in the operating room of a hospital in one of the hospital in Tehran is analyzed. In this regard, after designing the multi-stage fuzzy inference system, the risks of nine major failures of equipment were evaluated by the system. The notable issue in this article, evaluation sub-attribute and the main factors related to failure risks that until now have been neglected in design of inference systems. The results indicate that the failures "Error in control and regulate the co2 pressure" and "Nickel-Cadmium batteries failure " have respectively the highest and lowest risk among others and this result is compatible with the experienced experts’s opinion in this study; Therefore, designing a user friendly software program based on a proposed model can help hospitals to evaluate the risk of equipment failure in certain periods without need to presence inspections of certified experts.

Abstract: 

Green supply chain management is based on both integrating the supply chain management and environment management, controls the environmental effects of products in their lifecycle via sharing the information and coordination. The aim of the present study is to identify and analyze the relations between the important factors of green supply chain management of the ceramic tile supply chain in Yazd province and rank the key organizations. Fuzzy DEMATEL method was used to analyze the relations between the factors and fuzzy VIKOR, fuzzy MOORA and fuzzy TOPSIS were implemented to rank the organizations. Fourteen factors were selected through a comprehensive literature review. After gathering the raw data from experts, the organizations were ranked.

Abstract: 

This paper is an attempt to investigate the methodological foundations of Operations Research schools including Hard, Soft and emancipatory. So, first some propositions are deduced in relation to each OR school and then the proposition of each methodological school in the philosophy of science are put in the position of major premiss and OR propositions are put in the position of minor premiss in the form of a categorical syllogism. Finally the methodological foundations of the minor premisses are deduced from the major premisses. According to Habermas, each methodological school in the philosophy of science is suitable for solving a special kind of problem. So clarifying the methodological foundations of OR schools would help management scientists to determine the suitable OR methodology for any special kind of problematic situation.

Abstract: 

The selection of suppliers, equipment and machinery in the industrial and services sectors has always been one of the main concerns of senior managers in the field. Such decisions are usually complex nature and has many models and methods for decision-making for the selection of equipment and suppliers have been proposed. This study intends in conditions of uncertainty using MCDM and gray number theory a new approach to the selection of equipment and machinery is suitable with criteria defined offer.For this purpose, the proposed method Bulls-eye, Bulls-eye based on gray numbers at the same time for weighting and ranking criteria to select options for buying the things (study of hospital equipment) used. This framework is based on the integrity and accuracy and most importantly Provides three index for the verification of the results of Multi-Criteria Decision Making under Uncertainty helpful. The results also show such an approach can be a good performance compared to reduce the complexity of computing And the applicability of the results of the proposed approach have real feedback.

Abstract: 

This paper aims to model and resolve single allocation multi-product hierarchical hub location problem with considering of uncertainty and quality of service. The designed hierarchical hub network has three levels that the top one consists of fully connected central hub nodes and second and third levels are star network of non-central hub nodes with central hub nodes and demand centers to hub nodes (central and non-central), respectively. In the proposed model, objective functions minimizes the sum of transportation and delay costs beside the cost of activating the inactive airline routs, and thereby optimal decision is made on location of hubs, allocation of non-hub nodes to hub nodes and the type of transportation vehicle. For evaluation of the proposed model a collected dataset of Iran is used. Sensitivity analysis of model’s behavior with parameters’ change is done and resulted in management implications.

Abstract: 

The concept of green supply chain management formed in manufacturing industries and recently put its focus on environmental issues.Various industries are trying to identify barriers for green supply chain implementation. In the past decade, due to the continuous environmental damage such as increased pollution, exhaustion of natural resources, extinction of animal and its harmful effects on humans, the growing importance of green supply chain management exists. A great tendency can be seen in Various industries to implement green supply chain. There are many obstacles to the successful implementation of the green supply chain that The aim of this research is identifying barriers to implementation of this concept by concentrating on the green supply chain researches. In this study, the combination of the BSC / BWM used and for the first time, the barriers to green supply chain were measured in terms of the Balanced Scorecard. This obstacle identified by customization model through a number of steel industry experts ranked by utilizing the best-worst method as a novel multi-criteria decision-making method. The results showed that internal processes and lack of clear environmental objectives, Lack of customer awareness about GSCM and green products and lack of technology, materials, and processes are the most important dimensions and criteria for green supply chain in the Mazandaran province steel industry respectively. Finally, some suggestions were given to overcome these barriers and reduce their effects.

Abstract: 

Portfolio optimization problem is one of the most important investment problems. Most of the mathematical models, presented for solving this problem are based on historical returns of stocks. Utilizing cross efficiencies, calculated by data envelopment analysis models, instead of historical returns, has attracted considerations just recently. In this paper table of cross efficiencies that is a collection of indicators about future possible state of each corporation, is considered as a return matrix of a zero- sum game between the investor and the market. It is assumed in this double game that the Investors can choose the corporation to invest and market can turn the conditions in favor of each of the corporations. Assuming a zero-sum reflects a confrontation between investors and the market which is right for spirit of caution against market. Optimal portfolio determines by the optimum possibilities that is achieved through solving the game in favor of the investor. Results show that the Performance of proposed method is acceptable in compare with market portfolio.
