Abstract: 

با توجه به اهمیت عوامل موثر بر ایجاد رضایت و وفاداری در مشتریان، پژوهش حاضر رابطه میان کارکردها و خصوصیت های یکی از فروشگاه های اینترنتی را به عنوان نمونه کامل از سیستم ارتباط مشتری الکترونیک با رضایت و وفاداری الکترونیکی مشتریان، بررسی می کند. در این پژوهش که از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی توصیفی است، با استفاده از پرسشنامه الکترونیکی که در اختیار مشتریان سایت دیجی کالا قرار گرفت، کارکردهای سامانه اینترنتی فروشگاهی به سه مرحله پیش از خرید، هنگام خرید و پس از خرید، ارتباط داده شد و به کمک روش معادلات ساختاری، رابطه آن با رضایت و وفاداری الکترونیک سنجیده شد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، رضایت از کارکردهای E-CRM بر رضایت و وفاداری الکترونیک تاثیر دارد. همچنین رضایت از کارکردهای حین خرید و پس از خرید بر رضایت الکترونیک اثر می گذارند، اما در سامانه ارتباط الکترونیک با مشتریان، تاثیر رضایت از کارکردهای پیش از خرید بر رضایت الکترونیک مشتریان به اثبات نرسید. همچنین در این پژوهش، وجود اثر رضایت از کارکردهای سامانه در هر سه مرحله، بر وفاداری الکترونیک اثبات شده است.

Abstract: 

Considering the importance of the factors affecting customer satisfaction and loyalty, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between performance and characteristic of a online stores – Digi-Kala in this particular case, as a perfect example of an electronic customer relationship system, and customer's electronic loyalty and satisfaction. As a practical-descriptive, research, electronic questionnaires were distributed among customers of Digikala, In which, functions of internet shopping system have been linked into three stages, before- purchase, during-purchase, after-purchase, and its relations with electronic loyalty and satisfaction have been estimated using structural -equations method. Based on the results, satisfaction of E-CRM's functions affected electronic loyalty and satisfaction. Also, satisfaction of during-purchase and after-purchase functions affected electronic satisfaction. However, the, effect of satisfaction in before-purchase functions in the electronic relation system has not been proven on satisfaction electronic customer's. Furthermore, the effect of satisfaction in system's functions in the whole stages has been proven on loyalty electronic.

Abstract: 

The choice of which products to stock among numerous competing products and how much space to allocate to those products are central decisions for retailers. This study aimed to apply data mining approach so that, we got needed information from large datasets of sale transactions to find the relations between products and to make product assortments. Thus, we represented a model for product assortment and space allocation. Research population was transactional data of a store, the sample included transactional data of one-month period in the time series. Data were collected in October and November, 2015 from Shaghayegh store. 525 transactions with regard to 79 different products were analyzed. Based on the result 10 product assortments formed although some products were allocated to more than 1 product category. By solving profit equation and finding volume increase indices we allocated spaces for each product assortment.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the supply chain strategies and information system strategies alignment and the impact of these two strategies on supply chain management performance of manufacturing firms in Khuzestan province. The population of this applied research consisted of 1716 manufacturing firms and with using Cochran's formula for limited society, 231 firms were selected. Statistical unit of society were the purchasing / logistic managers of said firms and research questionnaire was distributed to them for each firm. The data collection instrument is Qrunfleh (2010) questionnaire, which its content validity was evaluated through experts and academics and its construct validity was confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis. Structural equation models and SPSS 22 have been used in order to analysis the data. The results showed that, all components of supply chain strategies (lean, agile and hybrid) have a positive and significant impact on supply chain management performance and the moderate role of Information system strategies (efficient, flexible and comprehensive) on supply chain management Performance also conformed.

Abstract: 

Since vehicle collision coverage, unlike what it seems, is not very profitable for insurance companies and is moving towards making losses, this paper considered the adequacy of measures and rates used by insurance companies, and intended to optimize the methods by employing more scientific approaches. In order to do so, first, the factors affecting the risk of policy holders were identified and after comparing these factors with existing data in the database of surveyed company, the final factors were selected. Then, after preprocessing these data, prediction of the damage class and the quantity of policyholders’ potential damages were accomplished using neural networks model. So that, with using these results and considering their damage ratio, insurance companies could define optimized premium rates for their policies. The results showed that the offered model was able to predict the damage class and potential damages of policy holders respectively with 91 and 87 percent accuracy.

Abstract: 

Poor informative websites of hotels in Iranian tourist destinations has turned to a deterrent factor in attracting potential tourists from all over the world. The main goal of this study was to identify effective solutions for improving the informative effectiveness of Iranian top hotels’ websites based on interviews with 25 hotel managers (i.e. CEOs, Public Relations Managers and IT Managers). Interviewees were selected through purposive sampling from the research population (including, three, four and five star hotels of Tehran and Isfahan-the most touristic cities in Iran). Designing an initial conceptual framework for research based on literature review and analysis of the collected information from interviews, by means of open coding technique resulted in identifying four effective dimensions on informative effectiveness of hotels’ websites. Basically on the basis of their roles these dimensions were ranked as follows: customer orientation, technology orientation, marketing orientation and tendency towards security. Research results could improve informative effectiveness of hotels’ websites as well as number of domestic and especially foreign tourists through changing attitude of hotel managers and encouraging professional associations state authorities in the related field.

Abstract: 

Today service organizations operate in highly dynamic and competitive environment where improving performance depends on effective utilization of intangible assets. Accordingly, this study investigated the intervening role of social capital in the effect of social media assimilation on the quality of organizational knowledge and innovational performance. This study has been done in a sample of 280 employees of Saderat bank branches in Mazandaran province. The present study was an applied and descriptive research. The structural equation modeling through SPSS22 and Warp PLS software were used for date analyzing. The results showed that assimilation of social media had a positive and significant impact on quality of organizational knowledge and innovational performance. Social capital has a significant intervening role in these relations. Furthermore, improving the quality of organizational knowledge can promote innovational performance

Abstract: 

The software industry is a manifestation of soft skills as well as human abstract and intangible thinking based on human intelligence. However, the effects are understandable. Passing the hardware era and considering software technologies reveals the necessity of the capable human factor and software industry. Despite the efforts that have been made in this field in Iran, yet the technology is not a sustainable industry. Consequently, planning in this field requires a deep consideration and futurology. This article provided alternative futures of the industry for domestic producers and policy makers. The scope of the research was Iranian software sectors until 1404. This study was conducted by applying qualitative methods, such as: PEST analysis, Porter's Forces, content analysis, semi-structured interviews with experts of software industry and developing scenarios by GBN on critical uncertainties. Finally, four scenarios were presented by two main uncertainties, including 1. Government policy and executive advocacy of the software industry, 2. International engagement of it.

Abstract: 

To achieve the highest level of health in organizations, there is a need to create a proper space for active participation of staff. To enable this partnership, organizations need tools to measure participation to determine deviations, in order to revise their programs. This research aimed to design a system for measuring employee participation in workplace health regardless of the estimation of non-linear relationships between the effective variables. For this purpose, we designed a Fuzzy Inference System. Employees' participation scores and predisposing factors involved in health respectively, considered as output and input of the system. Rules have been created by using modified CT08 method based on training samples. In the end, we created 17 rules and the system was tested with 5 prototypes. It should be noted that the accuracy rate was 92.3 percent. The researchers also suggested changes in calculation of accuracy rate which made the rate more realistic.

Abstract: 

This study aimed to provide a framework to assess the e-readiness of Ramak Company in Shiraz. To that end, after reviewing the related literature in the field of e-readiness and selecting the proper model, the model parameters were distributed among experts in the form of a questionnaire, and with the help of fuzzy screening, 49 indicators were finalized. Then, using the combination method of DEMATEL and Analysis of Network process, weight of the indicators was obtained. Finally, e-readiness of the indicators was investigated through proper statistical tests. The analysis indicated that the company had necessary preparation in the following indicators “market share of company” and “compliance with quality of ICT international standards”, “high bandwidth availability” and “diversity of communication channels available”, “quality of national wide ICT infrastructures” and “obstacles of trade investment” and any other observation. By doing the gap analysis, it was found that the dimensions of external environment readiness, the ICT readiness and external environment readiness, respectively had the highest priorities for enforcement action.

Abstract: 

The present study aimed to investigate the impact of Information Technology on employment using fuzzy rule-based systems. The reason for discussing occupation/employment is related to high rate of unemployment in Iran. In this regard, it was expected that information technologies could provide new jobs for educated job seekers. Fuzzy logic has been adopted in this research due to the linguistic, qualitative nature of the assessment indicators of strategies. The conceptual model of research revealed that information technology plays a dual role in job creation. In the short term, the information technology reduced the employment, however in the long time, increased the employment. In order to achieve the goal of strategy choices with the logic close to human intelligence, an 8-step process was proposed and designed. The results of fuzzy inference, indicated a better compliance with the existing realities as well as systems of human thought and the feasibility of available strategies to researcher- something not existed in the classical methods of strategy assessment.
