Objective(s): A critical study of the result of the scientific researches is one of the most well known and useful methods to make the scientific theories accurate and the development of knowledge in the present scientific society. Social engineering is used in the west for some time to improve the social problems and to manage the institutions of the society better."Quran and social engineering" has been presented in Iran at a previous time by Dr Soleiman Khakban in order to localize social engineering based on the principles of Islam religion and its use at the service of the Islamic republic of Iran. In my opinion the article has some ambiguities that I examine them in the present article.Methods: My method in this article is critically. in other worlds, critical discourse analysis. I examine the article critically. It seems that it needs a scientific operation.Conclusion: If social engineering becomes localized properly it can remove the social difficulties and it makes the management of the social institutions in Iran better. And finally it can notably help the development and the honor of the Islamic system. But for this purpose it is necessary to remove that propounded ambiguities and "social engineering with Quranic tendency" should be explained and then the way of starting and using of this knowledge should also be defined precisely.

Objective(s): Using new technologies in the field of commerce especially by means of the Internet has made a new kind of conducting business namely electronic commerce (e-commerce). Many Muslims are wondering whether this new form of commerce is applicable in Islamic commercial law. The objective of the paper is to find the legality and acceptability of e-commerce law in Islamic law. Although Islamic law does not contain all the word for word provisions governing the commercial conducts but the Islamic doctrine under circumstances has let conducting business in any type whether electronic or physical.Method: The research method will be legal context analysis and library study. At the meantime descriptive-analytical method is applied considering the historical guidelines.Result: The researcher tries to scrutinize issues on the legality of e-commerce in Islam by the use of the Quran and Sunnah (Hadith) to expose to Muslims throughout the world that they can benefit from this new technology.Conclusion: The paper is going to discuss about the way in which the Muslims should conduct themselves vis a vis their fellow human beings, especially in the context of e-commerce or business.

Objective(s): creating a suitable social life and social solidarity is vital requisite. Thus, the sociologists have offered theories of “differentiation” and “resemblance” as patterns of analyzing solidarity. They have also come up with various elements of strengthening or disrupting social solidarity.Methods: the present research is based on a descriptive-exploratory method. Thus, for deduction of the Quranic data, the writer has analyzed the content of the Quran.Conclusion: from the Quranic perspective, there is no precise difference (border) between solidarities that the theories of “differentiation” and “resemblance” cite; according to this outlook, both the "individual" and "society" are subjects toward the reality and have independent identities. So, the Holy Quran in order to explain social solidarity talks of the following constituents “strengthening emotional dependency”, “sociability” and “performing religious rites”. Contrary to that the Holy Quran introduces “normative disorders”, “Inequalities arising from injustice”, “telling lie” and “disrespecting” as factors which disrupt social solidarity.

Objective(s): The main part of the Quran is devoted to state real story of nation's and prophet' s. God selects the story method as an efficient instead of goal, in expression of different education. In this process the goal of Quran from writing stories not being entertainment, special and unique style from anecdote expression, with the goal of warning and guidance is adopt with profit of anecdote elements. In this essay by stressing on examples we research in diverse sides (technological. subjective, topical - semantic) in the stories of Quran with the goal of analyzing different dimensions of stories of Quran. And the particular method of writing stories of Quran investigates with comparison of it with writing stories.Method: The method used in this research is descriptive – analytical method.Conclusion: obtained that in spite of basic difference of Storytelling of Quran with what to be in mind in story literature, story elements in Quran are cause of ideal showing and artistically construction and it displays as special method in writing stories that is exclusive to Quran.

Objectives: One of the major approaches prevalent in recent decades regarding literature is intertextuaity studies. Intertexulaity indicates that there is a correlation between texts. Knowing about these interrelationships opens a new chapter on reading texts. As a prime example, we can refer to “Majma-al-Bahrain” by Nasif Al-Yaziji, contemporary writer and poet. This research attempts to study this book’s allusion on intertextuality in comparison with the Holy Quran.Method: The paper has been conducted in an analytical-descriptive method based on the Quran verses mentioned in “Majma-al-Bahrain”.Conclusion: The purpose of this research is to identify and introduce the impact of the Holy Quran on content and terminology of Nasif’s works. There are many books available on intertextuality as well as Nasif’s works, but intertextuality regarding the Holy Quran needs more attention at present time. The most important achievement of this research is that Quranic issues form a major part of Nasif’s works. It is more interesting when we considerate he is a Christian. Applying common parables and referring to events, Quranic stories and characters are all examples of intertextuality in Nasif’s works. By evaluating the issue of intertextuality in Majmaal- Bahrain and the Holy Quran, we understand that while the existing correlation seems like a parallel or partial negation, it is indeed a general negation.

Objective(s): Subject of recognition of nature, principles and laws dominated on it and using these principles in human activities and making artificial environment are the main goals of this research. This important method is derived from the thought that, human being as the successor of the God on the earth knows that, normally he should create his/her works with benefiting of principles and characteristics dominated on divine creatures.Methods: This article is based on Islamic worldview. From an Islamic worldview point, type of understanding and thinking method that Islamic thinking presents about existence, is substructure and backrest of functions between human beings and nature. Research method in this article is descriptive – Analytic based on Quran, religious and Islamic resources studies, and documents related to this research. And we try to step in library type studies path in direction of goals of this research.Conclusion: Generality of resurrection is as a divine system which dominates on the world. Divine matured wisdom, has designed an available and visible system which dominates on. Based on this fact, the system which dominates on the world of existence has three spaces that are: divine system, nature system and human–being system. Nature system is in line of divine system. And fate of human system should be in direction of divine willpower. Whereas all systems of nature are stable. Then, from eschatology point of view, five main systems are: moving, balance, opposition, perfection and creation are verified.

Objectives: One of the most important topics of the literature crisis of the contemporary Arabic poems is the intertextuality phenomena. This phenomenon is the think of the meaning or term transfer or both of these from one text to another or from one literary work to another.Intertextuality is one of the common oral phenomenons at the essays of the Arab poets. The poems of Abdolvahhab Bayati, a is so renowned because of these features. Not only had he used various shapes of this phenomenon in his own poems, but also his intertextuality references are so varied in his essays.Abdolvahhab, used this religious heritage as important references of his own poems intertextuality. Among the all intertextuality in his poems, Quran based intertextuality is so significant. This matter forced the writer of this paper to research the historical root of this phenomenon near the crisis and with a brief view to the life of Bayati, describe the different aspects of the inspiration of him from the Quran.Methods: The main course of this paper approaches the intertextuality phenomena at the Arabian and European literal crisis to notice the history of this phenomenon for the readers. Then a short description presented for the Bayati's living career. Also the paper discusses the way of inspiration of the poet from the Quran presenting 3 examples in the field of singularities, compositions, meanings, the Quran's opinions and Quran personals and also Quran's events.Results: The main result of the research in this area shows that the intertextuality phenomena didn't disappear from the view of the noticeable viewpoint of the Arabian outstanding and dominant critics either contemporary or old. Arabian contemporary researchers using the Europeans result in this field have done very good researches in the area of intertextuality.Conclusion: This paper has approached the intertextuality phenomena at the poems of Bayati, The research of the paper in this field shows that this poet uses Quran's concepts as a main reference to shows its own experiences in the field of literature and poem. So, sometimes he used Quran's paradigms directly in his own poets and in some instances he used Quran's paradigms as a part of the poem. In some cases, he used Quran to state his own idea and to design a new concept in his own mind. In an instance, he indicates the instability of the insect's fiber (net) from the Quran paradigms to show his own willing to help poor peoples. Finally he could show a good figure of himself as a tramp poet in the exile and also a liberal fighter.

Objective(s): There are four ideologies regarding the validity and Manbaee’at (being the primary source) of Quran and the traditions:1) Quran-orienticism discusses that the only source for perceiving religion is the Holy Quran.2) Tradition-orienticism argues that resorting to the Infallibles’ (AS) Sunnah is the only source for learning about religion.3) Quran-orienticism and Tradition-orienticism focuses on the issue that Tradition is the same as Quran in validity and Manbaee’at.4) Double-orienticism says that Tradition is infereior to Quran with respect to validity and Manbaee’at.Method (s): the present research is based on a descriptive-exploratory method. Thus, for deduction of the Quranic data, the writer has analyzed the content of the Quran.Conclusion: The followers of Quraniyoon movement are in favor of the first ideology while the Akhbaris supports the second one. Allameh Tabatabaee and Shatebi are among the followers of the third ideology. The writer of this article has attemped to address the fourth one. Based on Doubleorienticism ideology tradition with respect to validity and Mabaee’t possses independence.
