Abstract: 

واکاوی محیط راهبردی موثر بر مدیریت رسانه در رسانه ملی با هدف کشف چالش ها و موضوعات راهبردی در افق چشم انداز، همواره ضرورتی حیاتی برای تسهیل برنامه ریزی و برنامه سازی موثر و کارآمد بوده است. از این رو، در پژوهش حاضر، ابتدا عوامل و روندهای تاثیرگذار بر جهت گیری و کارکردهای مهم سازمان صداوسیما، شناسایی و سپس با استفاده از روش پنل خبرگی، چالش ها و موضوعات راهبردی رسانه ملی با رویکرد آینده نگاری در دهه آتی که اهمیت بسزایی در رقابت سپهر رسانه ای، جذب مخاطب و جریان سازی دارد تبیین شده است. این تبیین در حوزه های ششگانه «مدیریت محتوا»، «فناوری و زیرساخت»، «مخاطبان و ذی نفعان»، «ساختار و قالب برنامه سازی»، «مدیریت رسانه و محیط رقابت» و «مدیریت منابع مالی و سرمایه های انسانی» صورت گرفت و در نهایت، با استفاده از روش دلفی موضوعات و چالش های آتی رسانه ملی در افق 1404 اولویت بندی و امتیازدهی شده است. بر این اساس، مهم ترین چالش های راهبردی رسانه ملی به ترتیب در قالب 8 کلان چالش «تشدید رقابت رسانه ای»، «اثربخشی محتوایی رسانه»، «تغییرات فناوری رسانه آرایش سپهر رسانه»، «مدیریت سازمانی»، «ذایقه شناسی مخاطبان»، «محدودیت های منابع مالی»، «هم افزایی نهادهای عمومی، کشوری و لشکری» و «تصمیمات حقوقی و سیاسی» شناسایی و اولویت بندی شده است.

Abstract: 

With the increasing number of different media، audiences tend to choose suitable media for their own criteria، interests، and more variety and interesting content. Interactive TV is an emerging technology with high impact on our society. Then National Media (IRIB) needs to recognize environment to adapt quickly changing media for being active in this field. The study is to compare the views of 16 experts and policymakers which have been purposefully selected، using Delphi and through interviews، to provide guidelines for interactive TV. After defining scores it revealed that IRIB position in the field of interactive TV in the strategic position matrix was in the offensive area. Finally، thirteen strategies were determined. The most important were creating a diverse and engaging system with healthy content، pricing for different income strata and optimizing users’ engagement، Maximizing audience through introducing interactive TV or ads on the different services، and also making infrastructures to use cultural institutions and private sectors’ productive contents.

Abstract: 

The study aims to analysis the effect of different media on people's willingness to participate in elections and their political orientation (Fundamentalist، Reformist، and Independent). It is very important to develop Researchers knowledge in the field of political influence of media especially new media. The population of the research is students of all universities in April and May 2016. The sample includes 400 people that surveyed by using researcher-made questionnaire. Using logistic regression analysis the results showed that while radio and television increases the likelihood of participation in the parliamentary election، satellite channels have had a negative impact on it. Satellite channels and social networks have influenced people’ s political orientations، So that both the media encourage people to vote for reform-minded political groups. But newspapers، radio and TV had no impact on political orientation of people.

Abstract: 

Undoubtedly book is the oldest form of media and communications technology. Analysis of the formation and development of media reveals that new technologies have not lead book (traditional media) to be Out of date، instead contributed to development. Nowadays، media such as TV have become an integral part of people live and have had a great influence in shaping the beliefs and attitudes of their audiences in disseminating culture of studying and book reading. This article examining the role of television in promoting book reading in Iran، conducted with a qualitative approach. Data were collected using purposive sampling and through in-depth interviews with 15 people from cultural experts and media. Main categories were extracted after completing the coding process. Experts believe that our country is not desirable in terms of book reading، and also no precise definition of the study has been done yet in the country. Given the extensiveness and popularity of medium TV، it can play an important role in the realization of book reading and it is necessary to create strong ties and interaction between custodians promote book reading and the medium of television to operate of existing facilities in order to promote book reading.

Abstract: 

This study aimed to determine the relationship between the amount of use of social networks and the formation of modern identity is girl students. The research is descriptive and correlational. The population is 326 undergraduate students at Allameh Tabataba'I University in the academic year 2015-2016. The samples were selected by multistage cluster sampling. The data collected through a questionnaire of modern identity developed by Kianpour et al. (2014). The results showed that amount of the use of virtual social networks had a significant positive relationship with modern identity and all its four components. Also bivariate regression analysis showed that the variance of variable use of social networks could significantly predict the formation of modern identity (R2 = 50. 8). It is recommended to set up a virtual national network then plan to create new virtual identity based on the native pattern، social and cultural policy making so that reduce the weakening of national identity through non-native social networks، according to the results.

Abstract: 

The main objective of this article is to study conceptual metaphors on the basis of cognitive semantics in the 20: 30 news headlines on TV channel 2. Metaphor on this approach is a cognitive process in the conceptual system of language used to understand abstract concepts on the basis of more objective concepts. On the other hand، applying metaphors in TV news headlines، as the first point of audience confrontation with news content، is considered a kind of mental activation process that is an important issue is linguistic studies. In the study we tried to answer the question how are the effects of the applying conceptual metaphors in the news headlines. For this purpose، 67 samples of the 20: 30 news headlines in January 2015 were selected based on purposive sampling، then analyzed based on Lakoff and Johnson metaphor theory (1980). The results showed that metaphors discussed in the theory، were realized in the different headlines. In addition، for all three types of structural conceptual، ontological، and directional metaphor were found good examples in the news headlines. Ontological metaphors have been observed at the highest rates.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to investigate the efficacy of the TV morning exercise program and its role on the audience commitment. The programs broadcasted on TV encompass partly sports that produced to educate or entertain and try to attract television audience. The study selected TV morning exercise program as a stimulant to examine its efficacy on the audience. The study population includes the audiences of morning sports talk show، and Samples have been chosen based on purposive sampling. For collecting data، four questionnaires were used which confirmed its validity by sport and media experts. Also the reliability was desirable. The results showed that there was effective and meaningful relationship between variables. Path analysis also showed that stimulating influence on the attitude of the audiences and the revealed attitude is effective on audiences’ behaviors change، as it finally makes their own commitment to change behavior. The audiences watching TV would be informed enough of it، so promised to carry out activities.
