Faith plays a vital role in achieving felicity in life. Talking about faith in the field of theology is of a long history which always expressed as an important and effective subject by the intelligentsia. Their discussion is that whether faith should be rational or not. The present article studies and criticizes fideism in Islam and Christianity based on their theoretical principles (in two sections). In the first section the concept of faith in Christianity, fideism and its classifications, principles of some of the intelligentsia such as Soren Kierkegaard, criticism of fideism and rationalism will be discussed.

Each and every Messenger and the nation have responsibilities; the Messenger is responsible for expressing verses and divine commandments. An Islamic nation is responsible for understanding and accepting those commandments. Indeed, the reality of obedience is the attempt to reach to the Messenger’s goal. The responsibility of the last prophet is the conspicuous invitation (to believe) and the nation’s duty is obedience. The believers’ obedience will cause the acceptance of pray, unity and eluding of sin and disobedience will cause this world and hereafter’s suffering. Thus obeying the Prophet is one of the divine trials for the believers.

Hamdollah Mostowfi could draw out the hidden and evident secrets of history amongst the valuable 55 texts and verses of Holy Quran which is a treasure for prophets in creating his precious book, Tarikh-e Gozideh. By relying on these verses he could add special value to the issues mentioned in his book. That’s why his Tarikh-e Gozideh is valid, trustworthy and valuable in the history; most historians know it as a valuable document and could use it in many issues and fields.

The main subject of the 33rd verse of Maedeh Sura is to express the verdict of enmity against God and His Messenger and corruptions on earth. According to related explanations and narratives, the Shiite jurisprudents have defined enmity as drawing weapon in order to terrify people. Imam Khomeini also had added the third condition which is the tendancy in doing corruption on the earth. The punishment of the enemies against God in the mentioned verse has determined of four types which are murdering, hanging, cutting the opposite hands and legs and exiling from the hometown. Selecting each punishment is due to the judge’s authority.

The separation of science and religion was not posed in the medieval centuries and the Renaissance era; because most of the scientists of natural sciences were the speakers and religious men of their own societies. Appearance of experimental sciences in the seventeenth century made the needless (feeling) toward these scientists and caused the emergence of believing in God and scientific materialism. It seemed that in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries the sciences have finished and will replace the religion. This point of view had continued till the beginning of the twentieth century. The present article studies the offered solutions in order to eliminate the distinctions between science and religion following a review on related thoughts on the mentioned issue.

Family plays an important role in jurisprudence and social laws and the Islamic lawyer has determined the parties’ freedom because of the dependence of the society’s living to the families’. Jurisprudents and lawyers definitely know the divorce right as the right for men and leave some exceptions for women. The present article studies the different points of view of jurisprudents on the right of divorce in the cases that this right is given to women such as power of attorney to other than wife, when both wife and husband desire to divorce (Osro Haraj).

One of the most common strategies in using the Holy Quran verses is derivation. Joveini’s Tarikh-e Jahangosha which is one of the most famous written texts in technical prose has enjoyed this strategy a lot. The present article studies the derivations in Joveini’s Tarikh-e Jahangosha as well as its types from different points of view. One of the considered factors in the present article is the grammatical positions in the verses of the Holy Quran. In Joveini’s Tarikh-e Jahangosha the author has used the verses of the Holy Quran on one hand for its richness in semantics and on the other hand for its aesthetic atmosphere.

The Holy Land which means Palestine according to documents mentioned in Holy Quran and Torah is a fertile land enjoying earthen gifts. Holy Quran and Torah affirm that its holiness is definitely because of this fertility during the history. In Quran’s culture contributing divine gifts to Zion tribe was because of the providence in order to create theism society. This subject can be found in Torah as well but because of the emergence of racism in Zion tribe, its holiness has been challenged and changed.

The miracle of Holy Quran has been studied from different " aspects which one of them is scientific miracle. Science in Quran" divides into two types: knowing the sensual and logical facts and" knowing ultramundane facts. Although almost one fortieth of verses in Quran are specified to creation of Skies, the Moon and the Sun but the narratives on the relations between stars and their effects of " human’s destiny cannot be ignored. The present article attempts to define" astrological status and Quran’s view on this science as well as" mentioning some of the Quran’s predictions in astrology.
