The objective of this research is to identify the effect of social factors on social tolerance of the citizens of Sarab in 2010.Our statistical society in this research is 43000. By applying Kokran Formula the sample under analysis is computed 381.The research methodology of this research is Survey Method.The desirable data and information are gathered by using library and field methods and by means of questionnaire. The answers are chosen by applying simple random method. The findings of the research are formed in descriptive tables and statistical tests by applying Spss software. The independent variable in this research is social factors including 1.level of social variable, 2. level of social capital (level of social trust, network of intimate relations, rate of variable of membership), 3. level of development of mass media, 4. level of dogmatism, 5. level of individualism, the basis independent variance including: 1. job, 2. monthly income, 3. the level of education, 4. age, 5. gender, 6.marital status. And the dependent variable in this research is social tolerance.The result of the research from the test of relational and differential hypothesis is that the social factors; network of intimate relations and rate of variance of membership and all of the basis independent variable except monthly income have a significant relationship with social tolerance.

The present article discuss the research and effects of social crimes caused for women and girls who were visiting the social emergency centers in Shahrkord, Iran. The purpose of present study was to investing at the impact of social crimes in the life of women who involved the danger and crisis of the situation. It also dealt with the role of women in various social crimes and participation of them in improving and best using of conditions and facilities available in social emergency centers, organizations and institutions.In this study special attention as been given to the social pathology and social health on the society and their close connation with crimes and treaths aganest women. One should take into the consideration Geographical, cultural, economical, cational and conditions background of the region. Natural this research from the viewpoints of aims and objects is an applied research and based on qualities conditions of cultural, human theory, ecological situation and also human rights. The model which has been used in this study is the conceptual research method. Information and data collection in based library research method, internet research and also case study of Shahrekord. The methods for collecting the first hand information were semi- structured interview and non- involved observation and study the documents. Population of the study consisted of 3 groups. all visitors to the social emergency centers in Shahrekord during the year 2009, a group of exports in this field and all the documents of the visitor from 1999 to 2009.The result of the study, indicates that some factors like family problems, personal, cultural, economical and indigenous, certain rules and regulations to gather with educational background influenced in getting women and girls into the crime and situations.

The aim of this study is describing the current situation of academic libraries in Khomein and comparing it with the standards of academic libraries in Iran. In order to collect information, the questionnaire has been used and in some cases direct observation and interview has been used. Research results showed that the total number of 6 human force has been employed in the libraries but just 4 are educated in library and information sciences. It is worth saying that the total number of library science expert required in comparison with the standards of academic libraries in Iran is 11. Total library space in the libraries is 950 square meters of total space but the desirable space in comparison with the standards of academic libraries in Iran is 7007 square meters. Total number of information resources available in libraries is 45, 939 volumes but the favorable total number of information resources in comparison with the standards of academic libraries in Iran is 150, 975 volumes.To sum up, the current status of academic libraries in khomein is very far from the standards of academic libraries in Iran, therefore the university administrators in Komein are expected to try hard to reduce the gap between the current and the desirable status in academic libraries in order to reach the ideal situation.

Much of the plans formulated to solve the problems of derelict urban sites in Iran did not achieve all of their objectives owing to the lack of sufficient attention to the potentials and merits of these sites and their inhabitants. The merely physical attitude of the past plans led to the neglected status quo of social organization and did not meet much success at the implementation stage due to not being welcomed by inhabitants. An asset-based development of a community is considered an effective approach to resolving the aforesaid issues. Based on this approach, derelict sites can not only satisfy the developmental needs but also have the potentials that set the stage for progress. Given that these derelict sites constitute old urban neighborhoods, the social capital within them is the most significant potential for development. This paper is aimed at emphasizing the use of social theories including an asset-based approach to formulating a strategy of equilibrating economic and social aspects of urban rehabilitation. Since a neighborhood's major potential is its social capital, based on library references, a field study, and survey tools, this paper examines three indicators of social capital (i.e. neighborhood bonds, social trust and local participation) and the utilization of these potentials in Khub-bakht (meaning having a good luck) Neighborhood rehabilitation in Tehran’s District 15.The results show that the use of social assets in an asset-based approach is a good option for rehabilitating Tehran's Khub-bakht Neighborhood, which would both prevent the social structure of the old neighborhood from changing and losing its identity and be economically profitable.

Inherent complexity of human society and inefficiency of the existing natural methodologies to study social dynamic phenomena and complex processes is led some social scientists to use social simulation on this issue.Social simulation is a research field that is using computational methods for studying social sciences concepts and computers in it support the activity of human reasoning by implementation of some mechanisms. In this paper, social simulation in sugars cape as an efficient method and also its applications in defining the evolution theory have been discussed. Type of research methodology is Fundamental, simulation and applied and method of data gathering is field, library and computational. Conducted studies with the practical use of this method and do some experiments and also findings and results, using this method in order to study and analyze of existing complex phenomena and processes in the real society seem appropriate and recommend.

Necessity of access to new information in scientific and academic societies and development of specialized networks in all over the world, get the attention to learning English and put in the national language in list of foreign languages. Therefore, according to the role of teaching of foreign languages in recognition of the way of communication in the other language, we need language teachers who should be knowledgeable and should be skillful in using modern technology in his or her own class and in teaching in virtual environment. Teaching foreign language can be considered as a main step for active communion in national and international specialized societies and effective action for development of cultural and scientific identity. In this research after introducing 8 indictors in teacher education of teaching foreign language, if current teachers of foreign languages are skillful in both languages, the amount of mental readiness and digital abilities of them for taking part in educational courses and electronica teaching with the use of research made questionnaires have been assessed.68 people of faculty members of English, German, French and Farsi departments in 7 Universities were participated in this research. The obtained information has been analyzed determination of scientific authority, however, individual abilities and facilities of language teachers have been considered more than medium level electronically instruction of their fields of study was not in the acceptable level and in spite of approximate inclination in participating of teaching courses with preparing content and teaching under web, there is no mental readiness for this research.According to several indicators in virtual education courses and the main role of foreign languages in developing of scientific and cultural societies, programming for creating of fields of study is essential.

The present article wants to study relationship between EQ & relapse of female’s consumption of crystal. Samples of 100 females. Sampling was randomized. Assumption of research was between EQ & relapse is significant meaning relationship. Tools was: 1-Bar on questionnaire with 90 Q. The reliability of questionnaire was. /82. 2-relapse questionnaire with 20 Q. The reliability of questionnaire was. /80. Research method was descriptive correlation type. Analyses of data were regression & CORRELATION. The result indicated there is a significant correlation between all of category EQ with relapse unless responsibility& empathy. The important suggestion is training EQ for girls, because they have higher EQ than men. Addiction females have low EQ because of degeneration potentials.

This research deals with the study of the amount of efficiency of managers and its efficiency on job stress of employees of Islamic Azad University East Branch. According to the importance of subject, the most important questions of this research are as follows: Are they any relationship among job stress, depression, and job experiences of employees with manager efficiency? or not? The research method in this research is correlation-post occurrence that after determining population, 100 people as a sample were selected among employees of Islamic Azad University East Branch by simple ransoming method and with the use of standard questionnaires, we dealt with assessing of hypothesis of this research, we analyzed data with we of SPSS software and these results have been shown.1. There is a meaningful relationship between manager efficiency and job stress of employees.2. There is no relationship between efficiency of employees and their depression.3. There is a meaningful relationship between employees efficiency with job experiences.4. There is a meaningful relationship between depression of employees and job experiences.5. There is no relationship between job stress of employees and job experiences.
