Based on the predominant viewpoint among scholars, jurisprudents, and fundamentalists, it is possible to rely on invalid narrations such as "Zaif", "Morsal", "Monghate" and genersllg any types of reasons lacking argument to proclaim unnecessary decrees.This viewpoint which is known as the method of "Tasaamoh dar Adelleye sonan" (negligence in Reasoning Traditions) is based on "Ahadith Man Balaq" more than anything else.By carefully studying narrstions and further concentrating on their senses and also reviewing other reasons of the method, it is realized that none of such comments and reasons are led by the claims of the scholars and therefore, the aforementioned method lacks validity and requires efficiency. 

The Islamic rights and the global declaration of the child rights have enumerated a great number of rights for children, including the child adoption. It is in fact considered as one of the indisputable principles in both Islamic jurisprudence and the global declaration of the child rights on the grounds that the child is feeble, and thus s/he would be sustained. This common-sense approach has been stressed in Islamic jurisprudence, which is based on the holy Quran verses and hadiths. This article attempts to survey the child adoption from jurisprudent and legal standpoints.

This article intends to elaborate on the concept of Taghiyeh–the dissimulation of beliefs and the denial of one’s faith as a precautionary measure when facing opponents to safeguard oneself from physical and mental loss – while stressing its difference with hypocrisy and lie, and attempts to respond to the misgivings in this regard. This concept is also traced in other scriptures, including the Bible and Torah. Besides, this article scans this issue through the perspective of the Shiite Imams while classifying Taghiyeh into five categories, including obligatory, prohibited, recommended, permitted and execrable based on the religious sources and common sense, what can help distinguish the permitted and prohibited cases in which one should resort to Taghiyeh.

The main concern of the present article is to survey the issue of adopting religion as a voluntary or compulsory act. Voluntary act signifies man’s will to measure and choose when facing miscellaneous paths and options. Thus, measuring, making decision and choosing are accounted as three essential elements of voluntary acts.The followers of Ashareh sect believe that it is compulsory for all people to adopt religion as it is God’s gift to man; thus, man has no alternative save to adopt religion. Imamiyeh sect, on the contrary, stresses the adoption of religion as a voluntary act, referring to the common sense and holy Prophet’s traditions. They are of the opinion that every voluntary act enjoys at least three elements, including insight, tendency and power to choose. Accordingly, to prove their claim, they invoke the holy Quran verses and traditions for each one of these elements.

The koranic viewpoint regarding the religious pluralism has beenstudied in this article. what is considered in this article will be thephilosophic, cognitive pluralism and the truth. some verses of the gloriouskoran have been invoked by pluralists, therefore, they believe that the truthof other religions' claims is confirmed according to them. However, it willbe revealed in this writing that those verses which have been invoked bypluralists, don't express their claim. Here, we have tried to describe thepluralists' viewpoint and argument concerning each of those koranic versesand then to critivile their viwepoint and argument.

This paper first explains Quran’s view about writing and then mentions verses of Quran about this matter. Traditions of holy Imams are explained in this paper too. Islam’s view about book and study is explained as well and Quran verses together with traditions related to this field are mentioned. Other subjects explained in this paper include great libraries such as library of Maraghe observatory and other great libraries constructed by Muslim scientists, invention of paper, Islam’s victories, encouraging Muslim people to write and record Islamic subjects; contribution Islamic scientists for writing; interest of caliphs to writing and translation; transferring government from Damask to Baghdad and entrance of Iranian people to court of caliphs and their help to develop writing and translation in Islamic civilization. Finally, first people who wrote different Islamic sciences are introduced in this paper.

This article intends to survey the profound insights and works of Allameh Majlesi, the grand Shiite scholar. This Shiite scholar has translated a great number of invaluable hadiths from Arabic into Persian, including the great collection of Behar ul-Anvar, which consists of 25 sections dealing with different issues. He has also written a great number of books, entitled Tohid, Mera’at ul-Oghul, Jaram ul-Olum, Sireh Payambar, Fazael Amir ul-Momenin, Tarikh Fatemeh and Hasanein, to name just a few.
