Abstract: 

Bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and recreational T-C are opportunistic pathogens in hospitals, often through contaminated linen and staff as well as patients with skin wounds and transfer. Aloe vera plants, including plants that today many of the properties of this plant are used in various industries. Properties of the gel inside the leaves of this plant are to be noted that it is antibacterial antimicrobial effect against pathogenic bacteria of the show.In this study, the inhibitory effects of this substance after being impregnated bandage and cotton fabrics were listed on bacterial survival.Staying power Asrzdbaktryayy inhibitor concentrations for 24, 48 hours a transmission band Vgaz·hay 1´1 cm square were the media again. Abstract: 

In this paper, the dye ability of polyester/wool fabrics after plasma sputtering treatment was investigated. The polyester/wool fabrics were sputtered by copper particles. The natural dye (madder and weld), metal complex and disperse dyes were used for dyeing at the boil point. The Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) was applied for morphological study and the elemental analysis was studied by the Energy Dispersive X-Ray (EDX). Results were monitored by using reflectance spectrophotometer analyses. The results show that, the dye ability of the polyester/wool fabrics after plasma sputtering is improved and this effect is more pronounced for natural dyes.This study may offer a way to achieve better dye ability of polyester/wool blend fabrics.

Abstract: 

Braiding has many applications in different industries as an internal pressurized cylinder. In these conditions having a sustainable structure without any wrinkling and unevenness is a must. Using thin wall structures with the closed ends and under internal pressures as a braid matches appropriately with present study.With the use of a silicon vessel as the core, the braid with different angles and weaving were produced. They were exposed to internal pressure from zero to failure point. All the stages of change in shapes of the samples were recorded by a camera and the pressure-diameter results were extracted in 10 seconds once.In this research the authors are trying to elaborate on the theory of stress and wrinkling moment created in these braids under internal pressure, and then they develop a new testing method by which they compare the obtained results with the theory. Following that the relationship between the angle and failure pressure is investigated to determine the best braid angle in braiding used as thin wall structures.in the braid angle of ±55° all the forces created in braid due to internal pressure are along with strands direction and the increase in the cylinder diameter of the braid has been completely controlled and it depends on strands elongation. The rate of diameter increase in the angles of less than ±55° is fast specially in pressures close to failure pressure. However, in the bigger angles the elongation or in another word the diameter decrease is observed in braiding.

Abstract: 

In the present work an evaluation was carried out on the effect dye-bath pH on the obtained shades and fastness properties in wool dyeing with cochineal. In this way wool samples were first mordanted with ferpous sulphate and mordants and subsequently dyed with cochineal at different levels of dye-bath pH. Colorimetric evaluations were carried out and fastness properties of the dyed samples were assessed. It was found that the pH of dye-bath has a great effect on obtained shades. Based on the results, combination of dyeing in different levels of dye-bath pH along with mordanting with various mordants can considerably develop the range of obtainable hues in dyeing of wool with cochineal. The fastness properties of the dyed samples in different conditions were also studied.

Abstract: 

In this study in order to measure the agility, agility is measured by using questionnaire in every main substructure. Using controlling tools in fuzzy logic, is a method which gives managers efficient solutions to make decisions. Therefore, by using fuzzy conditional rules in practical scale and also textile industrial manager’s knowledge, the agility of the organization can be measured in every moment. The results show the amount of organization agility (Behkoush industrial complex) in 6.01.So, the amount of organization agility can be accounted as average or in other words this organization includes 66% of properties of an organization with an average agility.

Abstract: 

In this research fibre configuration in box groove of Box spinning and its classification was studied. Fibre configurations may be evaluated with frequency of different classes, fibre configuration statistics S1 or fibre extent statistics Se. The aim of this research was comparison of relation of S1 and frequency of different fibre configurations with fibre extent statistics Se. A small amount of a sliver containing tracer fibre was fed to the spinning rig and fibres collected in the box groove were scanned into an image with BMP format. The image was processed with a program in MATLAB and its S1 and Se statistics were calculated.600 images were analyzed and a quadratic equation was established between S1 and Se statistics with a correlation factor of 95.6% for different fibre configuration classifications. It was concluded from the results that, fibre configurations in box groove of box-spinning may be evaluated simply with measurement of frequency of fibre configurations in different classes and avoid tedious measurement and calculations of S1 and Se statistics.

Abstract: 

In this research, polyester/viscose (35/65) yarn in two twist direction (Z&S) used. And different type of test such as: twist and yarn number tests, strength, and pilling and unevenness (%cv) tests have done on yarns. Then samples in four types: S twist, Z twist, S and Z twist (with alternate bobbin) and two S and two Z in plain knitting with three stitch length have made.Altogether 12 fabrics sample has been studying which from each sample, five 30×30 samples have taken and the curling after keeping in dry relaxation for 24 hours, have determined in same condition. The result shows that: the yarn with Z twist has more effect on curling because of having same direction of machine rotation, and in alternate bobbin of Z and S type the curling reduced considerably because of deactivation effect of each other. And by increase stitch length in all samples the curling will decrease too.

Abstract: 

Functionalization of multi-walled carbon nanotubes with carboxyl and amino groups and its effect on composite properties of multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT)/ Epoxy has been studied. In order to examine the interaction between MWCNT and epoxy monomers, hydrophilic contact angle and the amount of epoxy resin reinforced with MWCNT film is measured. Tensile test specimens to obtain mechanical properties of composites MWCNT/ epoxy, for different percentages by weight of the MWCNT was carried out to compare the results, pure epoxy and epoxy composites-MWCNT were also prepared without cause. In order to predict the mechanical properties of composites of epoxy reinforced with MWCNT, the impact factor of detachment (dissociation) MWCNT by applying the correction factor to the equation Halpin-Tsai is obtained and the results obtained from the equation Halpin-Tsai modified by the results of an empirical study of and approved.
