The research purpose is to investigate the effect of coping therapy on self-efficient beliefs, psychological strain and professional burnout among the teachers in Conservator. Therefore among from the teachers working in Conservator sixty people were selected through simple random sampling and underwent the treatment in two experimental and control groups. The experimental group was trained with coping practice for eight sixty-minute sessions. The results suggested that the utilized therapeutic procedure and self efficient beliefs exerts effect on the self-efficient beliefs and could result in professional burn out, affective fatigue and psychological stain among the subjects .

The present research has utilized a laboratory analogue to explain the adaptive response or positive changes in psychophysical functions after going through a trauma based on being positive, illusive or factual response to trauma. Therefore employing an experimental design ninety laboratory mice were tested randomly in one control group and seven experimental groups. The data analysis indicated that memory and motor performance would improve after a traumatic experience. It was also indicated that preliminary familiarity with traumatic experience and increased activity before suffering a trauma (in different levels) would perform a catalyzing role to increase the above mentioned roles.

The research purpose is to investigate the personality characteristics and demography factors of successful counselors. Therefore, 430 people were chosen through simple random and multi-stage sampling among from the university lecturers, psychologist and counselors working in governmental and private departments and were then tested with regard to personality characteristics and demography factors. After analyzing the data, findings confirm that successful counselors were dominant on the subject of personality characters like cognitive and mental ability, value and ethical system, patience, problem solving styles, mental health and educational situation compared with unsuccessful counselors.

The present research purpose was to draw a comparison between the runaway married and unmarried females. Accordingly, 35 runaway girls and women who weren' t psychotic with average intelligence and having finished the primary education were selected among from those who had been referred to Isfahan social emergency centers by the police authorities and the judiciary. They were then compared with the control group which was formed of 35 female students as control group. The results demonstrated that two groups were significantly different with regard to interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, psychosis paranoid ideation and total score in SCL-90-R inventory.

The research purpose was to study the relation between meta worry and meta cognition with phobia. Consequently, 270 students (165 females 105 males) were chosen through accessibility mode from Roudehen Azad University and were tested by Negative Meta Cognition Beliefs Subscale (related to meta cognitions inventory) and SCL-90-R scale. The results indicated that negative meta cognition and meta worry are significantly positively correlated with social phobia in students. The results also indicated that there's significant positive relationship between the level of meta worry and negative meta cognition beliefs.

The research purpose was to investigate the juveniles' perception with their adjustment. Therefore, 395 students (230 females, 165 males) were selected through the accessibility mode and tested. The results suggested that juveniles' perception of family performance is meaningfully related with their adjustment. In addition, results indicated that family performances could predict juveniles' adjustment.

The research purpose is to compare the net reaction time span, short time spatial memory and cognitive inhibition in those suffering from compulsion and obsession with normal individuals. Accordingly, two twenty-five-member groups which had been matched were tested. The results of the data analysis indicated that two groups differed in the net reaction time span, short time spatial memory and cognitive inhibition. Additionally, there was the possibility to predict net reaction time span by depression and the short time spatial memory by the symptoms of obsession and compulsion in OCD group.

The research purpose was to investigate the relation between health and professional burn out among the staff at the University of Isfahan. The statistical population involved the male workforce of the stated university in 1387. Therefore 120 people were selected through simple random sampling and tested by GHQ health inventory and MBI burn out questionnaire. The results revealed that there's significant negative relationship between health and professional burn out, there's also significant multiple relationship between different factors of health and burn out. the results also demonstrated that among from different factors of physical health and disorders in social function, they could predict one's burn out.
