Abstract: 

The present study has set the following objectives: To determine the relationship between social family role stress scores and social support scores among women clerks, doctors, and university teachers in Tehran. To determine the differences between the clerks and doctors, clerks and university teachers, and doctors and university teachers in the relationship scores of social family role stress and social support. Social family role stress scores were significantly positively correlated with social support scores among clerks, doctors, and university teachers, indicating that the more social support they received from the family and husbands for the work, the higher the social and family role stress they experienced. There was also a significant difference between the clerks and doctors in the relationship scores of social family role stress and social support. This difference may be attributed due to the higher mean score of doctors than the clerks. Significant differences were not found between the clerks and university teachers and doctors and teachers in the relationship scores of SFRS and SOS. A close scrutiny of results suggests that there is no significant difference in the correlation coefficients among clerks and university teachers. Among from 400 participants only 300 were selected for final analysis.

Abstract: 

This research has been conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the stress management skills training on the increase of the scholars' mental health. Therefore 40 People were selected through random sampling method among from the nursing and gynecological scholars and underwent the treatment in two groups known as experimental and control and the experimental intervention was also performed on the experimental group for eight seventy- five- minute sessions. The results of the data analysis indicated that the stress management skill training Would increase the mental health and decrease the physical symptom, anxiety, depression and disorders in social functions.

Abstract: 

The research Purpose is to investigate the Prevalence degree of behavioral and affective disorders in male and female students in the elementary- school level and in the school Year 85- 86, therefore among from 1660 students studying in Rudehen's Primary schools, 350 students (175 female, 175 males) were selected through cluster sampling and tested by affective and behavioral disorders inventory. The results indicated that the Prevalence degree in the research was 34/29% (27/43% females, 41/14% males) the affective disorder with 14/28% (12% females, 16/6% males) the anxiety disorder with 14% (16% females 12% males) and the hyperactive disorder with 13/14 (12% females, 14/3% males) had the most amount of Prevalence degree among the 6 studied disorders. The results also demonstrated that the anxiety disorder with 16% was the most Prevalent disorder in females and behavioral disorder with 19/4% was the most prevalent disorder in females and behavioral disorder with 19/4% was the most prevalent one in males.

Abstract: 

The Present research is to find the relation between conflict management style and the main factors of emotional intelligence which has been carried out among the managers in Tehran. The statistical universe involved all the industrial managers of Tehran. Therefore 152 People (61 females and 91 males) were selected through random sampling method and tested by two Bar- on emotional intelligence and conflict management questionnaires. The results revealed that there's negative relation between avoidant style and compromise style and positive relation between manager's emotional intelligence and corporation Style. The regression analysis also indicated that it's Possible to Predict the manager's emotional intelligence by considering the corporation style and conflict management avoidant style's scores.

Abstract: 

The Purpose of the Present research is to concentrate on the effect of the star game on the increase of the mathematical understanding and its concepts and functions like addition, subtraction, multiplication and also rapid and effective mathematical learning. There fore 499 students were chosen from the Primary schools of Babol Province and underwent the treatment of the research. The results indicated that the star game is an effective game on learning the mathematical subjects and different structures and measurements regarding to that.

Abstract: 

This research has been conducted to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction. The statistical universe involved the employees of the educational offices in Abarkuh Province from which 285 People were selected through random, classified sampling and then tested by job satisfaction and emotional intelligence inventory. The results indicated that the emotional intelligence and job satisfaction are correlated to one another. There's also significant correlation between the two factors named self regulation and social skill with job satisfaction.

Abstract: 

This research has been carried out to investigate the effect of group therapy on the decrease of dysfunctional attitudes. There fore 21 students (17 female, 4 males) were selected through voluntary sampling and Participated in 16 two- hour group- therapy sessions (2 sessions a week). The comparison between the dysfunctional attitude's scores of the group members with regard to consecutive measurement and also following up the degree of dysfunctional attitude's of the members two months after the end of the treatment reveals the effect of cognitive- behavioral group therapy on the decrease of dysfunctional attitudes.

Abstract: 

The research has been conducted to suggest the correlation between counselors and Psychologist's Personality traits and their Professional codes and ethics. Therefore 110 counselors and Psychologists were selected through the availability mode in Tehran and tested by Personality traits inventory and the researcher's Professional ethics inventory. The results revealed that the personality traits are significantly Positively correlated With the observance of the Professional ethics considered by Psychologists and counselors.
