In this study, using Fuzzy-TOPSIS in ARC GIS software Maku city zoning land for development based on the criteria of slope, elevation, geology, land use, land capability, Ice, the annual temperature difference between the risk of landslides, soil, distance River, between the cities was evaluated The suitability of land for urban development on five floors are very poor, poor, fair, good, very good and divided, and the zoning map was prepared. The results showed that the class with the appropriate zone 62.14% of the area and the area is very good, 55/6% of the total area is in the range of studies. Also, about 18.16% of the area is mainly in the marginal zone was very difficult and steep foothill have been developed.
