Abstract: 

Some researchers have linked the institutional perspective with strategic choice to better understanding of institutional pressures with organizational strategic responses. Managers and policymakers, by better understanding of the relation between institutional factors and strategic responses, may be able to decline the cost of producing social legitimacy. The present study seeks to understand the relationship between strategic responses and institutional pressures in food and beverage industry. For this purpose, using Oliver framework for strategic responses, a two-part questionnaire produced and its validity was as content validity and determined by scholars, and its reliability calculated by Cronbach’ s alpha coefiicient. 165 questionnaires were distributed among active companies’ managers and owners, and then 77 questionnaires collected. Therefore, the hypothesis tested by regression and correlation tests by SPSS software. The findings indicate that Oliver’ s Model is relatively consistent with food and beverage industry and in this area; it partly describes the companies’ behaviors to institutional pressures.

Abstract: 

Research on the implementation of marketing plans does not in line with marketing formulation and despite design qualitative and quantitative tools and comprehensive model to strategy formulation, a few number of research activities have been considering issues of implementation strategies and Explain a frameworks for the implementation strategies. This research investigate strategy Implementation and Barriers has emerged during the implementation process. After reviewing previous research and collect the main barriers, the questionnaire were designed, then in order to statistical survey distribute between 391 managers and senior experts of sample study. After classification of barriers by using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) in six groups (organizational resource, structure, human resource, communicational, strategically and Content) the structural equation modeling technique and Friedman test were used to test structural relationships and the main barriers in each of the six structures were identified. The result shows that between the six components identified in the model, communicational and structural barriers have maximal and minimal effects on marketing strategy plans Implementation in Mellat Bank. At the end of research we present some suggestion for improve each barriers.

Abstract: 

This research explains and examines the decision quality, usefulness and problem solving, and accuracy and compatable components of the efficiecny of the strategic decision expert system for organizational expertise development. The complexcity and the expansion of the strategic decision mechanisms and its processes need to use the solving problems knowledge capbilites upon the heuristic expert system. This research empirically investigates the multivariables effects of capbilites of the heuristic expert system for especial organization. The population size is 987 of personnels and the sample size has 85 of them. The research has four hypothese that after statistical data analysis and hypothses test by factors analyses and t test, the significant effects are found in capbilites of the heuristic expert system for especial organization based on its components.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is surveying the mediating effect of market capabilities in the relationship between internal market orientation and organizational performance of pharmacycompanies accepted in Tehran stock exchange. This research is applied in terms of the goal and descriptive-survey in terms of data gathering method. The population of this study consists of experts of pharmacycompanies in the stock exchange. The sampling method is convenience sampling. Totally, 205 questionnaires were collected from companies. To test the hypotheses, we usedstructural equation modeling with Lisre l8. 8. Results showed that internal market orientation and market capabilities, effect onorganizational performance. The impact of internal market orientationis more. Results also showed that market capabilities play as a mediating variable in the relationship between internal market orientation and organizational performance. In the first, internal market orientation results into market capabilities and then, market capabilities result into organizational performance.

Abstract: 

Strategic entrepreneurship (SE) has been introduced to capture a firm’ s effort to simultaneously exploit existing competitive advantages while exploring what needs to be done in the future to remain successful. More and more scholars have called for the SE construct to contribute to understanding of how firms can use SE to create value and to gain a higher performance. The goal of this paper is to propose and empirically test a model to enhance competiveness through strategic entrepreneurship in public organizations and to assess the role of this construct in organizational performance of. This study is descriptive which is conducted with total number of 210 managers in Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting and is tested by structural equation modeling. The results indicated that performance and two dimensions of strategic entrepreneurship namely opportunity exploration and opportunity exploitation is affected by recognized antecedents of strategic entrepreneurship including entrepreneurial mindset, entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial leadership.

Abstract: 

High seismicity and earthquake occurrence is one of the most important concerns of urban management in Tehran metropolitan. Unfortunately, this is being neglected because of the earthquake nature, human negligence and long-time return period of severe earthquakes in this city. Since Tehran has an important undeniable role in preserving the integrity, national, strategic and economic security in the country, any damage in would mean irreparable damage seen in the country. So, it is strictly necessary to pay enough attention to the seismicity condition of Tehran and make the benefit of all potentialities to decrease risk and increase safety level of the city against earthquake. Considering the above-mentioned issues, this paper takes the advantage of rumors in increasing security value of Tehran. It studies social positive and negative effects of spreading rumors about earthquake in Tehran, and also evaluates and assesses its positive performances. The case study was Tehran earthquake rumor in December 2014. The results show that by making the benefit of this media (rumors), we can constantly/repeatedly remind authorities and civilians about earthquake-related issues, improve safety culture against earthquake and increase the preparedness of rescue organizations, institutions, etc. under an efficient management.

Abstract: 

Numerous internal and external challenges caused by technology innovation and customer needs’ changes have made the performance evaluation inevitable. Tendency to quantitative results of performance evaluation and increasing the accuracy of decision making made the data envelopment analysis a famous method for benchmarking a set of homogenous decision making units. But in the case that the number of DMUS’ are not compatible to the number of inputs and outputs, the model’ s results may not reveal the appropriate scores of efficient and inefficient DMUs and may lead us to misdirection. In order to increase the accuracy and discretionary of standard DEA, we've used an integrated data envelopment analysis and goal programming to find a common set of weights. We have chosen the insurance industry as our case study and for choosing the relative indicators we've used Delphi Technique. Asking indicators' importance from insurance experts helped us to set the weights in the goal programming model. Using proposed model, we can clearly find an optimal set of weights for evaluating each DMU and calculate efficiency scores to rank all the insurance companies. The empirical example showed that the new proposed DEA model can successfully acquire a full ranking for the DMUs. Running the model resulted a better discretionary of 0. 74 in comparison to classic Dea and introduced the first insurer as efficient.

Abstract: 

The important capital of the organization, including who have a creativesmind and dynamics. The prospect of implementation the strategy, the creative capital should play a major role to finally determine which strategy should formulated and finally implemented. But be aware that the creation of innovative investment, people should be placed in an environment of continuous learning to improve their innovation ability. As a result, organizational learning should be used as a lever in the implementation of the strategy. Since the company's strategies are not well implemented, the need for improved methods. In this regard, the present study was to evaluate the implementation of the strategy on organizational performance with emphasis on the role of mediator to reach organizational learning. After reading previous research, According to the purpose, a conceptual framework is presented in the context of Gomez’ s organizational learning model (2005) and okumus’ s strategy implementation (2003) is used. The results of the mediating role of organizational learning in the effective implementation of the strategy on organizational performance has confirmed.

Abstract: 

The central role of human resources in organizations introduce them as a strategic factor in the management of the organization. So the formulation, implementation and evaluation of human resource strategies, as a model of strategic decisions related to human resources is considered in order to link them to the strategic goals of organization. In this study, in order to develop human resources strategies in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, data collected through questionnaires, interviews and documents. We used natural pattern, SWOT matrix, IE matrix, QSPM matrix and Delphi method for Formulating human resource strategies. Based on the results, the strategic position of the human resources was the conservative and aggressive houses. The findings, revealed the fact that the implementation of the proposed strategies could be more synergy and coordination of the activities of human resource policies and strategies will be achieved.

Abstract: 

This research designs a model for Identifying and Analyzing of Strategy Implementation Barriers in Saman Bank. At first, the theoretical principals and concepts are reviewed and then measuring indicators of each index and dimension are derived by the literature review. Then the indices are confirmed by focus group and qualitative method. The statistical sample consists of 290 managers, deans and experts of staff and branches in saman bank of Tehran. Data is gathred through questionnaire which is confirmed by Chronbach's alpha coefficient and Content Validity and finally analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. The results show that 10 key factors are the most important barriers of strategy implementation, human resource, managerial and strategic factors are the most 3 important barriers and then structural, communicational, cultural, process, commercial intelligence and information system, time and project, and finance are the other factors, respctively.

Abstract: 

Among different types of assessing information systems success, end user satisfaction is one of the most applicable measures. Investigating factors influencing user satisfaction in business process management systems according to Delone and McLean’ s success model, and Sahin and Shelly’ s satisfaction model, is our point in this survey. Five factors influencing on user satisfaction and perceived usefulness, including information quality, system quality, service quality, flexibility and system expertise was investigated as a model. Statistical population is Keshavarzi bank’ s business process management system users in Tehran, and sample includes 291 people. The tool for collecting data was questionnaire, and correlation and linear regression was used for estimating relations using SPSS software. The findings show system quality has most influence on dependent variables, and after that, information quality has the second order. System expertise, flexibility, and service quality also influence on user satisfaction and perceived usefulness. Finally all of the hypothesis were approved.
