Abstract: 

This study is tried to reply this question; would the existence of the strategic alignment in the international marketing domain be caused export performance improvement? After that a Decision Support System (DSS) about export strategy alignment is presented. This research from the view of objective is a casual research and because of the research presents a model in the strategic level for export strategies, it is a developmental research. The study applied in the 100 influential companies which had export for three years. The level of analysis is organization. The method of data gathering for export performance is external secondary data (Industrial Management Org. reports about IMI100) and for determining the degree of strategic alignment the strategic reference points (SRP's) theory is applied. The result shows that: (1) Higher export strategies alignment caused increasing in the export performance, (2) Fuzzy measurements of strategic alignment and export performance caused a more accurate statement for reality, (3) In this research the utility of the fuzzy model to present a DSS for management has approved.

Abstract: 

Facing a globally competitive age, firms should focus on their own key capabilities and resources to achieve competitive advantages and enhance their market position. In fact, the competitiveness of manufacturing firms is relied on development of competencies. Supply chain management (SCM) is considered as a powerful tool for driving growth and creating competitive advantages. Supply chain management is a concept that involves different perspectives and has been the subject of numerous studies in different academic fields and empirical examinations. Among other related issues, the operations involved in supply chain management play a critical role in managerial decisions and can exert significant leverage on profitability and operational success. The aim of this research is to study how supply chain management operations affect firm performance. The compiled data for this study were analyzed by structural equations modeling using PLS-Graph software. In analytical statistics of this paper, whereas different indices of supply chain management operations have been reviewed explanatory, for identifying the latent variables, EFA was applied using SPSS software. The results indicate that procurement operation has no direct positive impact on firm performance. Also, according to the findings, production and distribution operations influence firm performance directly and positively and result to improvement in firm performance.

Abstract: 

In this research, a model has been developed to measure the firm’ s competitive power. The developed model is based on Porter's competitive model and using analytic network process and fuzzy logic techniques. The five forces of Porter’ s industry structure model which are threat of potential entrants, bargaining power of buyers, bargaining power of suppliers, the intensity of competition among rivals and the threat of substitute products have been considered as the main competitive forces. Using experts and senior managers’ view in a carbonated beverage Company, the importance of studied forces and their determinant variables were found for Iranian carbonated beverage industry. The price of substitute products was determined as the most important factor, in Iranian beverage industry, which influence on firm’ s competitiveness. Finally, considering the competitive situation of the studied company, its competitiveness score was determined.

Abstract: 

Job burnout is a syndrome that emergences as a response to chronic stress and mostly in human professional services. Among the main factors that affect on the job burnout, are personality characteristics and coping strategies to stress. In this regard, this study examines the role of personality characteristics and coping strategies in Tabriz Saderat Bank's staffs. In this correlation research, 242 Saderat Bank's Staffs selected in the form of cluster sampling and administered by Demographic Questionnaire, Maslash Burnout Scale, NEO-Five Factor Personality Inventory and Lazarus & Folkman Coping Styles Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis methods and multiple regressions (simultaneous). The findings indicated that the most of Bank's staffs (%52/3) have moderate burnout. Neuroticism personality factor and emotional-focused coping strategy are positive predictors but extroversion and conscientiousness are negative predictors of Bank staff's job burnout. In sum, present study provided support to previous findings that there was significant relation between job burnout and personality characteristics.

Abstract: 

Branding strategies weakness and strengths recognition is one of the most important issues in marketing strategies. Brand equity concept is one of the indicative specifications for brand strengths and weakness. Aim of this paper is creating a scale for brand equity measurement for home appliance goods by Iranian customer view resident in Tehan. By this process the strengths and weakness of Iranian branding can be recognized. The statistical population is from Iranian home appliance consumers resident in Tehran. 1017 consumers have been selected to complete questionnaires in stochastic method. By SPSS and Lisrel, Factor analysis has been used for modeling and Independent compare mean for population comparison. The study identified that the brand equity of home appliance for Iranian and European brand can be measured by the fourteen scales. The findings indicate that in home appliance industry, foreigner brand equity is better than Iranian brand equity in all scales.

Abstract: 

Knowledge Management (KM) is one of the growing apprehension in existing business in the new age of the complex and quickly changing business environment, and it has been realized that knowledge is the organization's critical asset and latent strategic resource that gives a basis for competitive advantage. At this situation, banks require to use knowledge and it prone to implementation related applications of knowledge management. One of the most important issues to implementation of knowledge management is how to select appropriate KM strategy. It is a kind of multiple attributedecision-making (MADM) problem required to consider a large number of complex factors. To determine the knowledge management strategy, there are many influencing factors. The purpose of this paper is to ranking the appropriate KM strategy with TOPSIS and VIKOR, and prioritization the effective important factors for evaluating KM strategies for reducing the cost and time. Additionally, an empirical study is presented to illustrate the application of the proposed method.

Abstract: 

This research addresses a holistic framework for e-Health strategic planning for Iran and is based upon a strategy of change which will be a guide for the transition from traditional services through to an internet based system. The e-Health strategic planning would be deployed for digital data storage, data transmission and data retrieval, and will support clinical, educational and administrative processes based on World Health Organization (WHO) definition. Moreover, the strategy of change would be focused on three important resources such HR, ICT and investment by pattern approach. The e-Health strategic planning should be considered three important dimensions such man, machine and money through resource based strategy. Therefore, core philosophic perspective in the strategic planning divided into two research methods, which are qualitative and quantitative and based upon hermeneutic and positivistic notions. The strategy of research is qualitative method which was undertaken by doing action research through interviewing Iranian e-Health experts. The other research method was to collect data for ranking e-Health issues into three main areas, such tangible, semi tangible and intangible, which are used to show the return on investment and is based upon a quantitative approach. Further to this, we have presented the e-Health strategic planning within all Iran’ s legal requirements, ICT infrastructures, world’ s e-Health pioneers as well as the tacit knowledge of e-Health experts.
