Abstract: 

Studies have indicated that there are fund mental differences between the project supply chain and operation supply chain and its management calls for different approaches. Considering the importance of project supply chain management, different models have been offered by developed countries, but according to the difference development models between the developed, developing countries, the characteristics of the supply chain management of these countries are very different. This study aimed at developing a conceptual model of project based construction industry in Iran to compare the structure of project supply chain management with existing challenges in project supply chain.Using construction theory the casual conditions of emerging of challenges infrastructure elements were indentified and the procedures of challenging management and its expected results were presented.

Abstract: 

The knowledge based industrial organizations in order to produce the high-quality products in the shortest span of time, with the least expenses, require having access to the knowledge at the time which is necessary. Thus, knowledge sharing is one of the most key factors to the success in such organizations. However, the amount of sharing the knowledge among the employees depends on various factors and included different useful outcomes for the organizations. Hence, the study using a concrete model tried to investigate the relation among the empowered people, processes, and the result of knowledge sharing in the knowledge based industrial organization. The social capital as empowered factors, collecting knowledge, and donating knowledge as processes, employees’ productivity as the result of knowledge sharing are investigated. The research method was descriptive-survey. To gather the data, questionnaire was used. To test hypotheses the Partial Least Squares was used. The results gathered from 143 people from 10 investigated Firms showed that there was a positive significant difference in mutual social relationship and trust on employees’ willingness to gather knowledge and donating it. Finally, some practical implications for knowledge practitioners to foster firm innovation capability through knowledge sharing were suggested.

Abstract: 

Since the entrepreneurship is a long time educational and training process, it requires educational planning in all levels especially at the universities. The main objective of this study was explaining the positon of entrepreneurship in organizational structure and employees ‘vocational promotion. The research method was descriptive- correlation.The population of the research included 386 employees at kashan university. The sampling method was simple random one, through which 191 people were chosen as the sample size. To gather the data a questionnaire with two standard subscales (the organizational structure dimensions and entrepreneural organization structure diagnosis) were used. Using cronbach’s Alpha the reliabilities were 0.85 and 0.80 respectively. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the organizational structure levels (Formality, G, concentration) ang organizational entrepreneurship, and the variance analysis showed that there was not a statistically significant difference between the entrepreneurship mean scores among the university employees in comparison with their organizational structure levels, but considering the formality and concentration the obtained difference was significant.Analysis of organizational and ministerial regulations showed that the organizational entrepreneurship didn’t have any role in the job promotion of the employees. The organizational relation with formality was inversed. The higher the formality, the lesser would be the organizational entrepreneurship. It was concluded that the formality in the organization would effect the job promotion and increases the entrepreneurship.

Abstract: 

The information technology often have delays since they have been established in the organizations, and reduce the prioritization and decision making methods, also it is a barrier to the best benefits of productivity in this domain. On the other hand, the lean philosophy is a useful attitude to minimize the loss and maximize the productivity of facilities, human resources and investment. Using the lean theory in information technology systems, the wastage will be deceased and productivity will be promoted. This study investigated the role of the effective factors in being lean on IT productivity in banking domain. The research method was descriptive-survey. The statistical population included the experts in banking domain in Iranian banking industry which included 260 people, out of which 156 people were chosen as the sample size, using Morgan’s table. Using confirmatory factor analysis, the results showed that the factors had a positive effect on promoting the trend of being lean. The most effective factors were the proper designing of information processes of IT.

Abstract: 

Nowadays the organizational agility is an important factor in advancing the goals of organization, increasing productivity and employees' morale, promoting the level of organizational commitment, mental and physical health, and life satisfaction among the employees.The main goal of this study was to investigate the relation between the man-power productivity which is an effective element in the organization, and organizational agility which is a new Paradigm in achieving success and in line with variations. The research method was descriptive-correlation survey. The statistical population included all the employees in Dana insurance company in East Azarbaijan which added up to 120 people. Using Morgan's table the sample size was 92 people.The descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data.To gather the data the standard organizational agility and man-power productivity questionnaires were used. The results showed that there was a significant positive difference relation between the organizational agility and productivity of Dana insurance company employees.

Abstract: 

The favorable investment funds play a suitable role in economic growth and development of a country. Thus, the investment fund has a key role in guiding the capital investment. The study aimed at the performance net growth of investment funds. The research method was casual-comparative. In order to assess the total productivity changes the malamaqeist, s total productivity index in regard to its assessment growth regression was used. According to the previous researches, the beta coefficient of the fund, expenses and net asset value (NAV) at the beginning of each year was selected as input variable, and the average annual return on investment (ROI) from the time of establishment, and the end of the year (NAV) were used as output variable. Accordingly the total malmaqueist, s productivity index was applied to the 19 common investment funds in 2013 and 2014 respectively. At the same time, mathematical expected growth of investment funds was compared with the status of each investment funds growth (regression) to neutralize the impact of environmental factors and assess the productivity performance growth in relation to each other. The results showed that the first mutual funds of agricultural bank with 314percent growth performance was in the first rank and gained the greatest growth rate and the joint funds of omid-saham with 38 percent regression had the greatest decline.

Abstract: 

Increasing the shareholders’ wealth is the main objective of every company. The success of a company is largely based on the financial manager's ability in establishing the capital productivity of the company.The amount of working capital affects the amount of liquidity and capital productivity of the company. This study investigated the effect of aggressive working capital management strategy on economic performance with emphasis on the capital productivity management based on the annual financial statements for the period of time between 2008 to 2013 one hundred and two companies were evaluated. The measurement standard for working capital strategy variable is (the working capital net ratio), the company's capital productivity (EVA, REVA, MVA and the company's value). The panel data was used to analyize the hypotheses. The results showed that the effect of working capital strategy on EVA, REVA with greater capital productivity was high but capital productivity on the relationship between the strategy of working capital and market value added and firm value didn't have significant effect.

Abstract: 

This study has examined the net yield surplus earned by the investment companies Managers, and using the net yield surplus the chance and skill were also examined. The measurement criterion for net sur plus was Jensen’s Alpha and research data for 25 bourse bonds investment companies of Tehran were extracted during 36 months periods. After the approval of net yield surplus earned by these companies they were devided into three categories based on Jensen’s Alpha (a<0, a=0, a>0) and finally chance was measured in the investment companies. The results showed that in 10 percent level of confidence it is expected that 22 percent of investment companies were considered skillful, but only 19 percent of them were skillful and 3 percent of them were by chance. Similarly, in 10 percent level of confidence the investment companies were without skill, but exactly 7 percent were without skill, the rest of them were by chance.

Abstract: 

Job burn-out is an issue not only relates to the staff mental health, but also to their productivity. Therefore, considering the importance of the issue, this study compared the performance of the Sepah Bank personnel based on their job burn-out in 2014. The research method was descriptive-survey. The population of the research included all the staff in Sepah Bank branches in Tabriz, out of which using Morgan's table 222 people (32 female and 190 male) were chosen as the sample size. To gather the data two questionnaires (Paterson's job performance and Maslach standard) were used. The results showed that the staff job performance regarding emotional exhaustion, and intensity of the work and personality metamorphosis, the amount of their involvement and their academic level were different.

Abstract: 

In speedy and competitive world of today, having talented human resources guarantees the priority of firms and institutions. Investigating and evaluation of talent management, organizational performance and being aware of capabilities and defects are very important. The research method was descriptive –survey with an emaphsis on correlation. The inferential statistics (Pearson’s correlation and regression) were used.The statistical population included 52 municipalities in 16 towns in Gilan province. The sampling method was multistage stratified cluster sampling. To gather the data researcher made questionnaire with 23 questions was used. The reliability of the questionnaire, using cronbach's alpha were 0.88 and 0.83 for talent management and organizational performance respectively. The results showed that the correlation between talent management and organizational performance was 0.82.The highest correlation coefficient related to the retaining talent on the organizational performance.
