Abstract: 

The main purpose of the present study was designing productivity model for governmental organizations in Iran. In this regard, after studying the literature and theoretical foundations of research, the conceptual model base on the factors affecting the productivity of governmental organizations in three categories namely, environmental, organizational, individual and the main productivity barriers were designed. Two questionnaires (17 and 19) questions were used to rank each categories effect on productivity and also on barriers. To compose the questionnaires, the university and organization’s experts were consulted. The questionnaires were distributed to a sample of 50 people. The results showed that productivity in governmental organizations the “environmental factors” having the most influential, and “individual factors” getting the most influential. The work ethic got the first priority.

Abstract: 

The study, has attempted to identify and rank the effective factors on man-power productivity promotion, especially in three general aspects (organizational, personal, and environmental) .In this regard, using the "Managers and supervisors points of view Cement company. ", 25 factors were identified that were reduced to 16 factors through a screening questionnaire. Internal relations of these factors were identified through the correlation matrix inventory and Analytic Network Process (ANP) was designed, The data were analyzed using Super Decisions software. This applied study was a descriptive one in terms of method. Reliability of the questionnaire was verified with regard to compliance rate of less than 0.1. Finally, after data analysis, environmental factors received the third rank after organizational and personal factors.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, knowledge is considered as the main source of obtaining the competitive advantage. Therefore, knowing the formation and promotion of knowledge productivity and distinguishing the effective factors on the organizations especially financial institutions and bank, where the issue of knowledge and using it in order to obtain competitive advantage is also very important and necessary. The research method is descriptive-survey. The Statistical population included all the employees who are working in all Bank- melli branches in Qom province. The Findings showed that the professional and work expertise, problem solving skill, thinking, and communication skills, self-regulated motivation, continuity and perseverance, and creative disorder Factors can explain knowledge productivity in organizations. Among these factors, the role of self-regulated motivation and thinking skill were greater than the other factors.

Abstract: 

Investment in human resources and improving its quality play eassential role in increasing productivity and accelerating economic growth. In this regard, one of the ways of increasing human capital is promoting the level of hygiene and health of the work-force. The effect of this study, the impact of adult male mortality rate and health expenditures are considered and examined as health indicators that affect the labor productivity. The findings of the research using panel data for 17 developing countries during the period between 1992 and 2012 show that the mortality rate of adult men has negative impact on health expenditure and a positive impact on labor productivity.

Abstract: 

This study aimed at identifying the effect of managers' competitive intelligence on modernization of small industries in East Azerbaijan province. In this study the competitive intelligence dimensions based on French management Faculty theory which included (trade, technical, social, strategic awareness and competitors situation)on modernization of small industries indices have been studied. The research population included small industries managers which added up to 2713 people. Using Cochran's formula the sample size was 337 people. The sampling method was stratified random sampling. To gather the data a researcher made questionnaire was used. The presented model, using structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least square the research hypotheses were tested. The results showed that the competitive intelligence and its four dimensions have positive and meaningful effect on the modernization of the small industries.

Abstract: 

A study of the employees’ obligation role in the relationship between abusive supervision and their innovative self-efficacy. The research method was correlational descriptive, using structural equations model. The sample included 214 employees of Fars Regional Electricity Company, who were selected by random sampling method. The basic tools of this research included abusive supervision (Tipper, 2000), employees’ obligation (Schaufeli et al, 2006) and employees’ innovative self-efficacy scale (Tierney & Farmer, 2000; Dorner, 2012 which had good reliability and validity. Findings indicated that abusive supervision had a negative and significant effect on employees’ engagement. In addition, employees’ obligation had a positive and significant effect on innovative self-efficacy and had a mediating role in the relationship between abusive supervision and employees’ innovative self-efficacy.

Abstract: 

The success of new products is as the greatest element for the company's success and even their survival. However, numerous studies show that the failure rate of new product development as a fundamental problem in many companies has been raised. Many companies are trying to predict the success of the development of new product before its development. The aim of this study was to predict the success of new product development using a combination of factor analysis and artificial neural network in the food and beverage industry. This research based on purpose is practical and based on method is descriptive. The population of this research is the food and beverage manufacturers in the province of East Azerbaijan in 1394. In order to collect data two questionnaires have been distributed among the population after the validity and reliability assessments. In order to analyze the data in this study, factor analysis and artificial neural network is used. Analysis of the data revealed the presence of six main structures as factors in the success of new product development: conceptualization of new product, market orientation, design orientation, technology orientation, use of sources, and management of new product development as the effective elements in the development of the success of new product. Furthermore, the prediction of the success of new product’s development using neural networks shows that the designed network was able to predict the success of the development of new product correctly.

Abstract: 

This study aimed at providing a desirable model for selection the faculty members for universities in Iran. Both qualitative and quantitative approaches were used in three successive stages. The method of this study was inductive exploratory, cross-sectional, and developmental study.  The data were collected by using non-interactive method (library and content analysis) and survey method (open, structured and Semi-structured questionnaires). The Statistical population included all the faculty members in universities in Iran (with the exception of Universities of Medical Sciences and Health Services). For content analysis, the texts were selected based on theoretical sampling which is commonly used method in grounded theory strategy. Using snowball method, 21 experts participated in semi-structured interviews. In confirmatory factor analysis stage, the sample size was determined to be 360 participants; also, 20 experts completed the ANP questionnaire. In the first stage, the qualitative data were analyzed in the process of conducting grounded theory; this led to design of initial model. Then, using a quantitative approach, the conceptual model was validated and the final criteria for selecting faculty members were determined by using confirmatory factor analysis in software SPSS. The cluster network analysis process in software Super decision was used to determine the importance of each of the dimensions, criteria, and indicators of model. Then, the final model was provided. This model may be used for selection of faculty members and also for its pathology in universities in Iran.

Abstract: 

The strategic key position of labor on organizational decision making caused the study of the relation between strategy and its performance results using balanced score-cards procedure. The research method was descriptive correlation. The statistical population included 700 people of managers and the manufacturing industries owners' active in producing auto spare parts in East Azerbaijan province. Using Morgan's table the sample size was 195 people. The results indicated that labor strategy had a positive and crucial role on organizational performance and hyperactivity foresight, analytical, risk-taking and defensive dimensions have a positive and significant relationship with organization performance.
