Abstract: 

Nowadays, owing to the raise in product diversity and development and intense competition among companies, manufacturing organizations should be flexible enough to manage the unpredictable threats in uncertain future and unstable environments, on the other hand, and to adequately take existing opportunities, on the other. Ambidexterity is defined as an organizational ability to align to the market and efficiently respond to market demands while maintaining the simultaneous capacity to remain adaptable to environmental changes. Moreover, it is one of the fundamental challenges for today’ s managers to fit turbulent business environment Hence, this study sought to design an Ambidexterity Supply Chain Development Model in Yazd Steel Industry. Due to the growing use of Structural Equation Modeling and its hypothesis testing power, Partial Least Squares Approach was applied to test the proposed model. Four dimensions of the proposed model include "Dynamic SC Capability-Building Process", "Combinative Competitive Capabilities", "SC Ambidexterity" and "Firm Performance". The research sample (population) comprised 100 experts in Yazd Steel Industry who completed a questionnaire assessing the proposed model. The results of the statistical analyses revealed that the "dynamic SC capability-building process" was positively associated with both "SC ambidexterity" and "Combinative competitive capabilities", that the "SC ambidexterity" was positively related with both "Combinative competitive capabilities" and "firm performance", and finally that the "Combinative competitive capabilities" was positively associated with "firm performance".

Abstract: 

The culture of productivity provides the bedrock for the reformation of a wide range of organizational functions (managers and employees). The purpose of the present study was to design a model for identification, measurement and pathology of productivity culture in the National Oil Company of the South. The study was carried out in two phases of Model Design via the Delphi method and measurement and pathology of the proposed Model. The data collection instruments comprised a researcher-made questionnaire, observations by the researchers and exploratory interviews. The data required for the Model Design phase were collected from the research population comprising the experts from the University and the National Oil Company of the South and those needed for the measurement and pathology of the Model were gleaned from the experts from the National Oil Company of the South. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, Kendal Coefficient and Student T-test. At the end of the first phase of the research, four variables of values, attitudes, norms and organizational symbols, along with 14 dimensions and 41 components were extracted as factors of Cultural Model for exploiting productivity. Further, the Measurement and Pathology of the Model showed significant differences between existing situations of all proposed dimensions and components and their desirable condition. A number of suggestions will be made as how to improve the status of the variables, dimensions, and components.

Abstract: 

In the present era, green supply chain management is considered as an important organizational philosophy in reducing environmental hazards and a preventive approach to increase organizational performance. Different industries are obliged to enforce environmental compliance during various supply chain processes to meet environmental obligations in their production or service activities. Hence, the main purpose of the current enquiry was to design a two-level model for green supply chain management practice and to analyze the relevant importance of each component, via fuzzy analysis, in enhancing green productivity in the Petrochemical Industry in Bushehr province, Iran. The research population consisted experts and specialists from both the industry and the university. The research data were gleaned through a researcher-made questionnaire. To serve the purpose, the study commenced with reviewing the existing literature via a qualitative content analysis approach which identified 12 important measures that can be taken in the field of green supply chain management. Having validated the Two-Level Model, the importance of each of the measures was computed via Fuzzy analysis. Finally, the managerial measures in Green Supply Chain were classified and, accordingly, suggestions were presented to the Petrochemical Industries Managers concerning how to improve their situation.

Abstract: 

This research deals with resilient supply chain in Iran Khodro Company. The current study was undertaken with the aim of enhancing the resilience of supply chain against environmental disturbances in Iran Khodro Company. To serve the purpose, a number of strategies were determined that can prevent company’ s viable production breakdowns or can instantaneously resume production more adequately after probable breakdowns. The causal relationship among the strategies were also investigated. The population of this research included managers and experts in logistics and planning departments of Sapco Company. Initially, all 12 failure modes that have the potential of breading down the production chain were identified through literature review and expert opinions. Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Failure Anlayisis after Occurrence (FAAO) were employed to determine supply chain resilience strategies prior to and following failure, respectively. Moreover, the relationships and reciprocal effects among the identified resilience strategies were explored using Dematel technique. Experts determined four high risk failure conditions with the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN); using FMEA techniques, they also identified 21 strategies that could promote resilience in the company’ s supply chain as well as six of the most effective strategies using FAAO techniques.

Abstract: 

Today, Human Resource (HR) is regarded as one of the essential corporate capitals especially among service companies like insurance companies. Given the role that HR plays in achieving organizational effectiveness, HR managers have always focused on maximizing HR Organizational effectiveness. Hence, the aim of the current study was to examine the effect of HR flexibility on the organizational effectiveness of Iran Insurance Company with respect to organizational citizenship behavior. The research data were collected using a questionnaire which was piloted to verify its content validity through convergent and divergent validity. Further, its reliability was assessed via Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability (CR) and reliability of factors was measured through factor loading. The data in this study were analyzed via Confirmatory Factor Analysis and variance-based Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Squares Method. The SPSS and Smart-PLS software were employed in the analyses. The findings verified the significant effect of HR flexibility on organizational effectiveness (t=9/478) and on organizational citizenship behavior (t=28. 894). Moreover, significant correlation was found betweenv organizational behavior and organizational effectiveness (t=2. 092). The findings from the Sobel test revealed that organizational citizenship behavior could account for approximately 17% of the effect of HR flexibility on organizational effectiveness (t =0. 154) and that intensity is significantly correlated with organizational effectiveness (0. 1730).

Abstract: 

The process of learning has greatly evolved in the dynamic world of today. Business world is instable and what could do well in the past may not work efficiently in the future; thus, learning has become a process of acquiring new habits which can change our organization into a learning institution. A learning organization is the one which disposes of conventional ways of doing things and is constantly involved in constructing the future by learning innovative methods. It is a place where the employees are continually developing their capabilities to create what they intend to, learn new models of learning and realize the significance of exploring ways of linking experiments with the ultimate goal and their role in achieving these goals. This applied qualitative study set to present a learner organization model in line with enhancing human intellectual capital and resource productivity in Islamic Azad University, Cultural Deputy. Deductive qualitative content analysis of the research data revealed 19 components out of 679 concept codes which were further categorized into five factors including Learning Levels (3 components), Systematic Thinking (3 components), Shared Perspective and Goal (2 components) Mental Models and Patterns (2 components), and Evaluation of Learning Organizations (5 components).

Abstract: 

By using the latest standards of International Monitory Fund this paper tries to present an appropriate using model of budgeting strategies and allocating resources to increase Iran budgeting systems productivity, this research has been designed and implemented with a quantitative approach. The statistical population of this research is 480 budgeting experts and its statistical sample includes 214 budgeting experts which is identified by stratified sampling method and sized by using the Cochran formula. This paper is exploratory and inductive research in the aspect of purpose, a developmental research in the aspects of users and a cross-sectional research in the dimension of time. The questionnaire and the descriptive and inferential statistics were used to determine and present the proportional pattern of using different types of budgeting strategies and allocating resources based on the ten affairs and fifty different seasons of the country's budgeting economic principles in accordance to the International Monitory Fund 2014 Standard.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the present applied and descriptive study was to identify challenges in electric power industry in East Azarbaijan province and to design a model for promoting the level of product sales. A researcher-made questionnaire was employed to collect the research data. The content validity of the questionnaire was verified by the specialists in the field and especially the supervisor. The design of the questionnaire initiated with exploratory factor analysis to identify factors influencing efficiency in Electronics Industry. The analyses specified 18 intercorrelated variables that were classified under four general groups including Internal reinforcement like innovative product design, market and sale, macro business environment like technical, social, economic and environmental factors, strengthening internal infrastructures like laboratories, chip design and modern technology and factors related to the industrial context like consumers, customers and competitors. Further, the intervening effect of marketing, competitive and research factors as well as the moderating effect of professional shopping and chip design probability were examined.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, the most important competitive advantage in an organization is talent management. Hence, the aim of this mixed method study was to identify and evaluate the components of talent management via the succession planning approach in governmental organizations. Two-stage stratified sampling was employed to select the research sample that comprised 357 respondents who were selected from the employees in governmental The collected research data were analyzed qualitatively via Delphi Technique and quantitatively via Structural Equation Modeling. An extensive literature review on talent management resulted in an initial model with three components of Talent Management, including two factors of talent way of thinking and talent strategy, Talent Management Strategy, including five factors of communication, employee training, culture, performance management, rewards and appreciation, and Succession Planning, including three factors of structure, background, and content. The model obtained from the Delphi technique was subsequently examined through Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The results emerging from the present study revealed good model fitness for the proposed model with a credible degree of validity. It was shown that Talent Management Strategy can respectively explain 82% and 99% of variance in Succession Planning and Talent Management.

Abstract: 

A major concern in any social system including the Islamic Economic System has always been explication of the role of the government in economy and achieving economic justice. The aim of the present study, thus, was to explore the role of the government in fulfilling the criteria for economic justice in Iran. To achieve the goal, we first estimated the descriptive statistics of various references to economic justice based on religious texts specifically the holy Koran, Sunna, and views of Islamic Experts. Further, the role of the government was investigated via the TVP approach and the Kalman Filter method in administration of justice over a 40-year period commencing from 1355. The findings revealed that the state development expenditure has constantly enhanced economic justice while current spending failed to promote economic justice criteria. Also, inflation has always been one of the impressive factors influencing and deteriorating economic justice parameters. In addition, economic growth has failed to promote economic justice criteria.
