Abstract: 

The goal of this study is to find the out the relationship between organizational justice and organizational Commitment with Job satisfaction among exceptional schools teachers of Bandar Abbas.The statistical population of this research includes all teachers in Bandar Abbas city in exceptional schools, in 2009-2010 academic Years, which were 138 persons, Using Morgan table, and 100 teachers as sample size through simple random sampling method was selected.The research method was descriptive–correlation. Data gathering was done through Moorman questionnaire for organizational justice and Allen & Meyer questionnaire for organizational Commitment, and Zali’s Job satisfaction questionnaire.For analyzing the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used. The results showed that there is significant difference between organizational indexes and job satisfaction. The organizational Commitment cannot predict the job satisfaction. Among the organizational indexes only the emotional commitment can predict the job satisfaction.

Abstract: 

This study is to determine the extent of individual and group counseling effectiveness based on Reversal theory in decreasing athletes’ stress. The statistical population is 36 male and female national athletes’ teams in various athletic fields. The statistical sample size was randomly chosen consists of two experimental group and a control group. The variables include individual and group counseling The reversal theory as independent variable and the extent of stress as dependent one. One group was exposed to individual counseling and the other got group counseling. Using the concepts, procedures and techniques that are emphasized by reversal theory, the two groups were examined. The control group did not get any counseling. The standard stress questionnaire of Lionel coudyron was implemented both before and after the experiment to determine the extent of stress of the subjects. The data were collected ad processed by statistical analysis of one and two way ANOVA, through repeated measurements, the T dependent and Tukey test was (P£0.05). The following results were obtained.There was a positive and significant effect of reversal theory both with individual and group counseling in decreasing national team’s athletes' stress (P£0.001). There was not significant difference in decreasing stress between individual and group counseling using reversal theory.In general, one can deduce that in order to decrease the national teams’ athletes’ stress, the individual and group counseling can be used. The reversal theory can also be used as one of the effective theories in individual and group counseling.

Abstract: 

This study was carried out with the aim of designing an optimal pattern for pre-school course curriculum and comparing it with the existing status. Since there is not any comprehensive pattern with certain framework for pre-school courses curriculum in Iran to cover all related aspects of a child's trainings, this study tries to present a model under the title of “development-oriented and creativity-oriented curriculum for bilingual children in Azerbaijan to correspond with primary school curriculum and more attention was given to all aspects of child's growth and creativity. Analytical and consequential methods were used to determine the elements of the optimal model, and survey method was used to validate the suggested model.Results1- The elements of optimal model of curriculum included main and subjectives, content, organizing the content, learning activities, educational methods, evaluation, teacher, manager and parents roles in the suggested model.2- Validation of the suggested model is according to the 20 related professors opinion was 99.62%.

Abstract: 

The objective of the study was to investigate the relationship between the manager's achievement motivation with the teacher's participation in decision making, Urmia high schools in the academic year 2009-10. The research method is survey- correlation. The statistical population was 93 managers. Using Morgan table, 75 managers as sample size through random multi- stage method was selected. To test the hypotheses, the inferential statistics of Pearson correlation, independent T- test, one way ANOVA were used Gathering data was done through two questioners namely: Herman's achievement motivation questionnaire with 30 questions and a researcher made one concerning the teachers' participation in affairs related to school with 38 questions were used. Using kolmograph S, normal distribution was used to check on variables. The results showed: there was a significant correlation between manager's achievement motivation with the teacher's participation and managers' age but there was not any significant correlation between manager's achievement motivation with managers' work experience and managing experience.

Abstract: 

The present study has been undertaken with the purpose of studying the relationship between parenting styles and epistemological beliefs with students' academic achievement. The statistical population of this research was 21251 female high school students of Tabriz city in the educational years 2008- 2009. Using Cochran’s adjusted formula 380 students were selected as the statistical samples through the multi-stage cluster sampling method. Questionnaires of epistemological beliefs (schommer, 1990), Baumrind parenting styles (1967) were used to collect the data. Students cumulative point average was used as dependent measure. Multiple regression analysis and Pearson correlation was carried out to analyze the data. The results showed that students' academic achievement has a negative and significant correlation with simple/ absolute and fast/ fixed knowledge with learning epistemological beliefs. Authoritative styles have a positive and significant correlation with simple/ absolute knowledge, but negative and meaningful correlation with and fast/ fixed learning epistemological beliefs. Dictatorship or authoritarian styles has a positive and significant correlation with Simple/ absolute knowledge and fast/ fixed learning. Permissiveness styles have a positive and significant correlation with fast/ fixed learning. Parenting styles was not correlated with academic achievement. Simple/absolute knowledge and fast/fixed learning epistemological beliefs were the meaningful predictor’s factors of students' academic achievement.

Abstract: 

The aim of the content study is to examine the vocational intermediate curriculum role in career empowerment of students of low intelligence. The statistical population included all administrative experts in exceptional education department curriculum, professionals of vocational intermediate level and teachers of the province (intermediate students of low-intelligence from whom 40, 80 and 93. students were selected as a statistical sample in simple random based on Cochran’s Formula. The study tools was researcher made questionnaire. The reliability was calculated on the basis of Crobach’s Alpha (=0.95) and validity was confirmed according to experienced teachers. Findings showed that contrary to administrative experts and curriculum expertise opinion, teachers who maintain the vocational curriculum of intermediate level has contributed less than expected to general experiences and skills, vocational intermediate level students’ career interests and preferences could not lead to graduates self- sufficiency as well as poor efficiency of the methods for above-mentioned students.

Abstract: 

The main objective of the study was to investigate the relationship between the managers’ quality of work life and their productivity in sardasht schools in 1387-1388. The methodology of the study was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population was all the managers in Sardasht schools wich included 212 people. Using cochran’s formula it was adjusted to 75 sampaling method was ratio stratified random sampling. In order to collect the data, two researcher made questionnaires namely quality of work life and productivity were used. The reliability of the questionnaires using the cronbach a were 0/91 and 0/92 respectively. The data were analysed using pearson correlation, t-test, and one wey ANOVA. The results showed that there is significant difference between the managers’ quality of work life and their productivity.

Abstract: 

The aim of this paper is to investigate of the relationship between gifted and normal female high school students’ emotional intelligence and social skills in Khoy Township in 1388-89. The research method is descriptive- correlational one. The statistical population was 1892 people (118 gifted and 1774 normal). Using Cochran’s adjusted formula the sample size was 51 gifted and 268 normal people. The sampling method was multi-phase cluster one. In order to gather the data two standardized questionnaires namely: emotional intelligence (Shring) and social skills (George Herbert Mid) were used.The results showed that there is not significant relationship between emotional intelligence and social skills of gifted and normal students. There is significant difference between the mean scores of gifted students and normal students. The mean scores of gifted students in emotional intelligence and social skills were significantly higher than normal students.
