The main goal of this study was to measure knowledge, attitudes and skills of participants about development of integrated pest management in the farmer field school approach in the Sistan Balouchestan Province. We used descriptive method and data collected by using survey approach. The total population was 140 participants in the farmer field school. The main instrument to collect the data was questionnaire which and its validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and faculty member in the Sistan Balouchestan province. Its reliability was confirmed by a pilot study and Cronbach alpha coefficient was determined to be 0.89%. The findings of the study show that knowledge, attitude and skills level of more than half of respondents was good and excellent. In addition, to identify and explain the most important variables affecting knowledge, attitude and skills level of farmers participating in farmer field schools on integrated pest management practices, a multiple regression analysis was used. The results show that the predictive variables knowledge, attitudes and skills level explained to the 36.9%, 30.6% and 27.6% of dependent variable.
