The purpose of the research was to identify improving factors of entrepreneurship tendency about agricultural extension experts of Khuzestan province. The method of research was causal-relation. The questionnaire was main instrument of this research. The validity of research instrument is determined by expert panel and reliability is determined by Cronbach method (over of 0.7). Population of this study was 120 of agricultural extension experts. The results of this research revealed that cultural and social infrastructure development, risk ability, want successfully and commitment, developing the system of information giving and education, enhancing supportive instruments, development of entrepreneurial groups, participation, emphasize on basic research and systematization of activities were factors that had impact on improving entrepreneurship tendency. The regression analysis was determined that dependent variables may well explain for 70.5% changes in independent variable.

The main purpose of this study was to identify the level of job satisfaction among extension experts of Qazvin agricultural organization based on Herzbergs Bifactorial Theory. This research is applied and non-experimental research and the methodology is correlation. Questionnaire is the tool of the research and statistical population includes 86 of extension experts of Qazvin city. The result showed that the job satisfaction of experts is in high level and there are no significant differences in terms of sex, marital status, field of study, educational status, and type of recruitment and place of employment between respondents. The result also indicated that motivational indicators and record of employment determined 23.4 percent of respondent's job satisfaction.

The purpose of this descriptive research was the factor analysis of agriculture students’ satisfaction, about quality of educational services provided by Tarbiat Modares University. Questionnaire was a tool for gathering of information that its Validity confirmed with using a panel of experts. A reliability analysis conducted, Cronbach's alpha values reported between 0.79 and 0.94. The target population of this study consisted of agriculture students', TMU (N=674) out of which, according to Cochran formula, a number of 159 people were selected using random sampling method. By applying Factor Analysis Technique, students’ satisfaction was reduced to eight factors. These eight factors expressed 65.26 percent of the total variance of the variables. Nearly 35% of reminder variance was related to the factors or variables, which had not been seen in this research.

Integrated rice and fish farming is the most appropriate technology in recent times. Recognition of effective factors for adoption of integrated rice and fish farming could help planning more effective extension program. For this purpose a survey research was applied and questionnaire was used as the main tool to collect data. Sample size were farmers of Talesh region in west of the Guilan province. Farmers divided two groups of adopters and non-adopters. The sample population was 61 adopters and 123 non-adopters of integrated rice and fish farming. The results showed that effective socio-economic factors on adoption of integrated rice and fish farming were family size, number of contact with extension agent, rate of participation in educational – extensional activities, farm workers, farm ownership, average yield of rice, yearly income from agricultural activities and yearly expenditure in rice farming.

Using the logit model, the factors influencing entrepreneurial mentality of the students of faculty of agriculture at the University of Tabriz is considered. To gather the required data, 157 questionnaires were filled by using random sampling method through interviewing of students of agriculture faculty in 2009-2010. The descriptive results have shown that 38 percent of students, for the reasons such as economic barriers, the lack of adequate proficiency in business, do not have any inclination towards entrepreneurship. Also, the results of logit model have shown that the variables of age, education level, access to loan, economic barriers, history of enterprise, income expectations, learning of necessary skills and risk bearing propensity were the factors influencing the student's entrepreneurship capability; out of which variables like age and economic barriers had significant negative effects and others had significant positive effects.

The study aimed at assessing entrepreneurship sense and the methods to improve entrepreneurship education among agricultural students of Bu-Ali-Sina University through a survey research. The research samples consisted of 160 both female and male students in both undergraduate and graduate levels on agricultural major. For data collection, the questionnaire and for selecting samples a random sampling method was used. Cronbach Alpha coefficient to determine reliability of questionnaire calculated equal to 0.79. Results of the study showed there were no significant relationships between the gender, age, education level, and education majors of respondents and entrepreneurship sense of the students, but there was only one significant relationship between employment status of students and entrepreneurship sense of them. This means the students who have a job during their education; they will have higher level of entrepreneurship sense.

The purpose of this research was to analyze of deterrent factors in horticultural greenhouse units development. A survey method of research has been employed, the statistical society being the greenhouse’s owner in the city of Varamin. A classified sampling (n=90) was employed. The instrument of research was a questionnaire, developed on based of background of the subject. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was a calculated equal to 0/84 indicating the reliability of the questionnaire. Also, content and face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed based on expert’s opinion. Analysis of data has been done with the use of SPSS software. Findings of the research indicated that economic, technical, personal characteristics, infrastructure and supportive factors were considered as deterrent factors in development of horticulture greenhouse units. These factors contributed about 87% of the variation in development of horticulture greenhouse units.

The major purpose of this study was to examine the perception of member about factor influencing success of electrical water pumping station cooperatives in the Township of Darehshahr. This research is of applied one and its research method is correlation. Questionnaires were used to collect the data and its validity was confirmed by consultants and experienced experts. The reliability of questionnaire was measured by using Cronbach s Alpha coefficient and it was computed as 0.87. The total population of the study was 461 members of cooperatives and 210 respondents were selected through random sampling. The results of the study show that there was a positive and meaning full relationship between years of membership in cooperatives, educational Factors, psychological Factors, economical Factors, political Factors and social- cultural Factors as well as technical ones with Success of cooperatives Results of regression analysis has indicated that 60 percent of variance was related to psychological and social- cultural variables.
