By consideration to importance of the relation between culture and entrepreneur, discovering somesolutions to perform this importance, seemsnecessitate. The questionnaire of this research is a proper instrument for consideration of this relation and realization of its goal. Statistical society of this research is consisted of entrepreneurial people of territory four from city ofTehran. 150 people of entrepreneurs from of territory four from province of Tehran have chosen as sample group of research in random accessibility for standardization of questioner. this relation has been evaluated with consideration of marital status, age group, education and job experiences. The results through SPSS software are as below: the validity was evaluated 0. 89 by Cronbach's Alphas which represents the high validity of the test. Content reliability has considered with factor analysis method. And the results represents that the test is saturated with six factors as: 1-attitude2-religouse believes 3-political protection of government 4-Independency 5-leadership power 6-risk-taking. Regarding the tested variables, after the statistical consideration and usage of Regresion method: for consideration of culture's effect on tendency of entrepreneur, we advance to consider the effect of subscales, and at confidence level of 99%, it was observed; the attitude is effected on Independency, leadership power, risk-taking. The political of government is effected on leader ship power and risk-taking. Regarding religion subscale at confidence level of 99%, it showed that religion has effected on leadership power and risk-taking. Regarding the age subscale, at confidence level of 99%, it was significant in relation of Independency, risk-taking, religious believes, and the kind of attitude and is meaningful. Regarding the marital status, it was significant in relation of Independency, risk-taking, being religious, and the kind of attitude and politics of government. Regarding education subscale, it was affected on independency, leadership power, risk-taking, being religious, the kind of attitude, and political of government at confidence level of 99%. Regarding job's experiences, it was significant in 99% confidence level, on Independency, leadership power, the kind of attitude and governmental politics.

Introduction & Objective: Considering that one of Nahjolbalaghe's illustrations is the depiction of a dominant culture of intellectual insight and practical action of Muslim commanders in battlefields and other fields, and also culture, the index of the score of different groups of human beings from each other in recognizing them from other spectra Or groups like in other societies, Some of the cultural aspects of Islamic commanders in the field of thought and deed with a rhetorical and literary approach from the perspective of the Balochi. Research method: Data gathering was carried out by library method; its tool for gathering data; configuring; setting the results in the form of tables and analyzes of the findings was descriptive. findings: The components and attributes of Imam Ali (AS) for the commanders and managers are mentioned in 25 letters of the Nahj-e-Balaghah letters. Background and Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of organizational culture in explaining the relationship between decision making models and organizational trust in education Mazandaran province. Materials and Methods: This is a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population of this study includes all administrative staff of Mazandaran education in 1412 people. Using cluster sampling, 306 individuals were selected as the statistical sample. Data were gathered through questionnaires of decision making model, organizational trust and organizational culture. The face and content validity of the tool was confirmed by the experts and their reliability was calculated 0. 83, 0. 87 and 0. 89, using the Cronbach Alpha coefficient test. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics used frequency, frequency, mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics, multivariate regression test. Findings: There is a meaningful relationship between Carnegie decision making model and organizational trust in agencies with participatory culture and mission. In administrations with entrepreneurial culture, there is a meaningful relationship between the decision-making model and organizational trust, and there is a meaningful relationship between bureaucratic culture departments between the waste bin decision making model and organizational trust. Conclusion: In organization with different cultures there is a meaningful relationship between the decision-making model and organizational trust.

The present study compares the role of three different types of media: TV, newspapers and social media in the Iranian presidential election (May, 2017) in Iran. For this purpose, in the first place the rate of various media usage for gaining information on electoral candidates has been considered, and then the effect of each media on the formation of voter's selection criteria has been examined. The research methodology was to send an online questionnaire to a broad number of students from Sharif University of Technology (SUT) and University of Tehran (UT) who participated in the 12th presidential election. A number of these individuals (213 students) were randomly selected to participate in this research. The analysis of the findings suggests that participants have greatly followed electoral television programs besides social networking contents. Also, social networks have had a greater impact on the participants' political awareness and they were the main sources of information for people about the presidential election candidates. Accordingly, with increasing levels of education, individuals tend to use interactive and knowledge-based media. But there is no meaningful relationship between the type of media and voter's choice criteria.

Introduction & Objective: Cultural tourism is one of the most important means of exchanges. Cultural nations are among the most important tools for intercultural dialogue. The purpose of this research is to analyze the strategies of Cultural Tourism development in Isfahan using the SWOT_QSPM hybrid model. Methodology: The research method was descriptive-analytic. A questionnaire was used to collect information Findings: According to the results of Table 2, so (aggressive) strategies have the highest weight, and among the four selected strategies, the city's appropriate geographical location in holding national and international cultural competitions with a score of The attraction of 5. 6915, the creation of conditions and the adoption of principles for attraction of foreign investments with a score of 5. 61, the prohibition of over visiting cultural sites with an attraction score of 5. 493 and encouraging private sector investors to accompany the government In organizing the cultural tourism industry of Isfahan with a score of 5. 352, they are ranked first to fourth respectively. Conclusion: According to the findings of tables 2 and 5, the city of Isfahan has the potential for developing cultural tourism.

Introduction and main purpose: Culture is one of the factors in the use of management accounting information and decision-making executives, because in different cultures, how learning and thinking of people is different, so considering of cultural differences can be help to make efficient accounting management information systems for helping management decision making. Methodology: This study examined the simple and interactive impact of culture (in two dimensions individualism and pluralism), the level of information provided by management accounting information systems and advanced manufactured technology on production performance. in companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2016. Results: The results of a survey reveal that a simple effects of management accounting information, culture and advanced manufactured technology on the performance of production confirmed, but in pluralistic communities progress of manufactured technology and non – financial performance, Advanced cost management has significant and negative effect on the performance of production and in the both of communities (pluralistic or individualistic) progress of manufactured technology and financial performance, traditional cost management has significant and negative effect on the performance of production, may be one of the reasons for these result is the national culture with a lot of uncertainty.

Introduction and purpose of the research: Undoubtedly, transition from the traditional system to the industrial system in the last decades of the twentieth century and early this century should be considered as one of the main factors in the redefinition of cultural identity. Because it has created challenges for cultural identity in its modern sense. Therefore, the purpose of the present research is at first deep describing of cultural identity types and then exploring the effective fields on the plurality of these cultural species in Kashan and intends to identify the explaining structural pattern of cultural identity types. Research method: Accordingly, with the hybrid method and exploratory design, at first has been tried to provide a deep description of the types of cultural identity and the effective fields on it with a phenomenological approach and based on it with quantitative modeling and structural equation modeling, the conceptual model was tested among 330 women in Kashan. Findings: The findings of the interviews of the qualitative section of the research reveal five types of cultural identity including traditional religious, modernist religious, religious modernism, epistemic and modernized and identified areas affecting these species include industrial development, tourism, science, communication and social mobility that the present model was confirmed using the Varp Plus structural equation software. Conclusion: Industrialization and increasing opportunities for women in out-of-home jobs, development of communication and community mobility, gradually create a mixed and heterogeneous in integrated cultural identity of Kashan women as far as we can identify new types of identities. That's what matters.
