Abstract: 

The advancing role of knowledge, innovation and moden technology in making strategic advantages and also value importance of knowledge resource to manage organizations leads to remarkable situation of knowledge management at strategic policy center of organizations. However, knowledge management can achieve goals and objectives by direct effection on such concept as custemor-oriented, organizational learning, cultural promotion, leadership, intelligent decision making, redesign processes, producing new knowledge, converting implicit knowledge into explicit. Also according to new attributes of PNU central organization, it seems knowledge management is necessary to PUN mission and goal achievement. As result, the related literature and variables are reviewed, conceptual model is designed, then it is tested in descriptive_analytical survey by PUN managers and practitioners.

Abstract: 

Introduction & Objective: The goal of the present study was to survey of organizational culture in Shahid modares governmental hospital and Laleh non-govenmental hospital and their impacts on employees' performance. Materials & Methods: In order to achieve the goal, organizational culture and employees performance of two hospitals were evaluated on questioner which had three parts(demographic information , organizational culture , employees performance).The Likert system in 5 scale was used for responses and finally the data was analyzed by the statistical indicator, T.test and Pierson test .Ten percent of the employees who worked in Shahid modares hospital and Laleh hospital (n1 = 70) and (n2=70) were selected to participate in this research .Results: The findings revealed ‘there was positive and significant relationship between the organizational culture and employees performances (except individual creativity, risk, critique indicators) in per two hospitals(r=0/879, P<0/01) between organizational culture indexes in shahid modares hospital, Identity, control, critique indicators and in laleh hospital, other indicators had better position .Also Between employees' performance indexes of laleh hospital, Quality, Discipline, Responsibility indicators had better position .These findings indicate the hospitals in a relatively weak position to support breastfeeding in this province.Conclusion: The health care managers should have been attention to organizational culture and their effects on employee’s performance .With this regard such as clear function, appropriate reward system to establish corporation and education continuing better organizational in environmental hospital .Also to establish job security, to recommend on self-control of employees and attention to criticisms are important in employees' satisfaction and their better performance in non_governmaental Laleh hospital.

Abstract: 

The concept “Productivity” carries different connotations in various cultures. According to human being point of view and his status on universe.’Productivity’can be conveyed by a survey of original Islamic-Iranian cultural resource, such as the Holy GHORAN, the Prophet Mohammad’s families(peace be upon them),also Persian arts and literature in reflection of domestic culture. In addition, It is defferd by other cultural definitions. This research attempts to study the discourse of Productivity with Islamic-Iranian culture via related references.

Abstract: 

This research attempts to find Higher Education (H.E.) role in cross-cultural interchange of countries. This is an ‘Applicable’by purpose and ‘Discriptive’ by method research. The sample includes 67 professors and practitioners in culture and (H.E.) as statistical population. The data is collected by ‘questionnare forms’ in ‘Field’ and ‘Library’ methods The result reveals the significant factors derived from Literature include;1.thoughtful attitude and common concept creation,2.cultural plural acceptance,3.correction of psycho-cognitive surroundings of nations,4.prevention of domination and prefication, 5.removing political and diplomatic barriers,6.access to mutual understanding, 7.competition of all cultures,8.balance of domestic and foreign priorities.while the factors number 4,1&3 in arrengement have important in the status of (H.E.) in order to cross_cultural interchange of countries.

Abstract: 

This research states the relation between cultural factors of Tradition and Modernity in dealing with challenges between these paradigms, since Modernity has come into Iran. It is also stated different approaches for this challenge. However, the approach ”Managerial Cultural Interaction” is introduced by means of the strategic model ”SWOT”. Finally, the purposes, Theoretical framework, questions and hypotheses are indicated. The findings revealed: ”Iranian Traditional Challenge is concerned with Modernity”. There is also a positive significant relationship between Iranian Traditional features and Modernity in their mutual challenge.

Abstract: 

This research is “Applicable”by purpose and “Descriptive” by method. The data is also collected by “Field” and”Library” method and carried out by “Questionnare forms” among 456management students of both T.U and I.A.U (statistical population). The findings revealed that two factors”law_oriented”and “cultural comprehension” among I.A.U student and also the factors “social solidarity” and “citizen participation” among T.U students are significant factors. The result indicates (by cultural capital testing) the individual level as a main factor of cultural capital among T.U students is more significant than I.A.U students. In addition, the level of the factors “social and national dimensions”of I.A.U students are more remarkable than T.U ones.

Abstract: 

This research indicates the participation of university students and its effects on cultural activities in advance. Therefore the concept’development’with all dimensions are described in viewpoint of participation advantages. Consequently, the role of students’participations in dealing with development of cultural management is defined. Since the researcher attempts to find main barriers of this participation at I.A.U, Khalkhal Branch, then represents several suggestions for making students motivated to participate in cultural activities. However, the ‘questionnaire forms’ are distributed in 200students as statistical participation whom are studying at I.A.U Khalkhal Branch in mehr 88 (Sep-Oct2009.( Finally, the data derived from questionnares is analyzed, and then the most effective factors of students’participations are found.

Abstract: 

This research states the role of academic leadership of emotional intelligence in order to faculty effectiveness. It reviews current literature, then a proposed model is suggested by principles and previous approaches. The researcher indicates a concerned preface, literature and theoretical principles related to model (FEMEIL).Finally, a proposed model is represented according to leadership of emotional intelligence in order to faculty effectiveness at the end.
