Abstract

The advancing role of knowledge, INNOVATION and moden technology in making strategic advantages and also value importance of knowledge resource to manage organizations leads to remarkable situation of KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT at strategic policy center of organizations. However, KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT can achieve goals and objectives by direct effection on such concept as custemor-oriented, ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING, cultural promotion, leadership, intelligent decision making, redesign processes, producing new knowledge, converting implicit knowledge into explicit. Also according to new attributes of PNU central organization, it seems KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT is necessary to PUN mission and goal achievement. As result, the related literature and variables are reviewed, conceptual model is designed, then it is tested in descriptive_analytical survey by PUN managers and practitioners.
