Abstract

This research states the role of ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP of EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE in order to FACULTY EFFECTIVENESS. It reviews current literature, then a proposed model is suggested by principles and previous approaches. The researcher indicates a concerned preface, literature and theoretical principles related to model (FEMEIL).Finally, a proposed model is represented according to leadership of EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE in order to FACULTY EFFECTIVENESS at the end.
