Initial understanding of the verse ‘Marry those among you who are single, or the virtuous ones among yourselves, male or female: if they are in poverty, Allah will give them means out of His grace: for Allah Ample-giving, and He knows all things’ (24:32), demonstrate that marriage leads to human’s rich and removal of worldly needs. Found in many narrations, as poverty is a social trouble and several solutions are prepared, one question may be raised that how sensible poverty in society conform to current marriages? To answer this, the concepts of the words ‘marriage’ and ‘singles’ has been recognized; by special relying on its relevant words in Quran, illustration of with attention to its context and contiguous verses, paid attention to documented narrations, and finally exegetes viewpoints. Our hypothesis is based on that the verse signifies the prohibition of marriage’s delay due to economic poverty. Therefore, occurrence of verse’s apparent meaning which signifies promise of rich depends on Allah’s will, human’s advice and etc.
