Abstract:

This paper seeks to answer the question whether macroeconomic environment in the event of fiscal policies shocks will affect their efficiency. For this purpose, a two-stage approach and data during years 1357 to 1391 are used. First, fiscal policy shocks were recognized as the residuals from estimating of first-order autoregressive model for government spending and tax revenues. Next, the shocks were considered as explanatory variables in the specified function. In addition, narrative approach is used to demonstrate the effects of economic position on the efficiency of identified shocks have been used by traditional methods. Thus, the macroeconomic environment on the basis of the key macroeconomic variables including money growth, inflation and unemployment to economic good and bad conditions is separated and composed using a combined dummy variable in the model. The results show the efficiency of government spending and tax shocks is dependent to the macroeconomic environment.

Therefore, today productivity is the most effective way to achieve economic growth, given the scarcity of resources. Therefore, in the field of economic research and analysis to determine the optimal allocation of factors of production and productivity in the different, sectors of agriculture seems necessary. Since local conditions and geography of each region is different so the most important regional research is for increased production and removal of area farmers problems. This Study is aimed to assess the TPF Olive crop Tarom city, on 181 samples taken. Statistics and information Needed, the Cross-sectional data from the 2011 crop year by a two-tage cluster sampling method by completing the questionnaire and interview with Tarom farmers were collected. After the required information, by ordinary least squares method to estimate the production function olives was with two Cobb-Douglas and transcendental functions. According to Model selection criteria, the Cobb- Douglas was selected, followed by using the production function selected, Partial productivity measured and examined. The results of this study showed that, average productivity of Bearer, fertilized trees input, work force, water, machinery, Poison positive. Also, marginal productivity of Machinery are negative, Poison and Bearer, work force and water are positive.

Abstract:

One of the effective factors on stock price index is exchange rate that often its quantities is fluctuating in different domains. In different countries with considering the differences in investment infrastructure and economic situation, the effect of exchange rates and its volatility on stock price index can be different. This article uses monthly mean of Tehran price index (TEPIX) and real exchange rate between 1380/M1-1391/M3 with purpose of studying the effect of exchange rate and its volatility on TEPIX. By Using Eviews6 software, at first, volatility of exchange rate is calculated by GARCH method and then the effect of exchange rate and its volatility on TEPIX is estimated by VAR model. The results indicate that in all periods the effect of exchange rate is more than its volatility. Based on the results of Johansen test, exchange rate and its volatility has a significant long-run equilibrium relationship with TEPIX. Exchange rate has negative effect on TEPIX and its volatility has a positive one.
