Abstract

In this study we examine the effect of SOCIAL CAPITAL on GOOD GOVERNANCE in developing countries. We start with a brief review of the concepts of SOCIAL CAPITAL and then use the data from 1196-2010 to evaluate the effect of SOCIAL CAPITAL on GOOD GOVERNANCE indicator. Using PANEL DATA, our econometric models show that the magnitude of SOCIAL CAPITAL has a significant and positive impact on GOOD GOVERNANCE.
