Accident severity modeling is an important object in accidents safety researches. This research consider to frontal accidents severity investigation and driver traumatism severity the informations of this research are consist of frontal accidents that two vehicle have one occupant. So, we use logistic regression method. This method determine which driver have more injury. Investigated variants are vehicles dynamic and static features, safetybelt, airbag and possibility of driver body egress of vehicle. Model processing shows logistic regression model has high authority in accidents severity anticipation. With elasticity environs and border cost dubitation formation, we investigated parameters role in frontal accident severity and finally have determined safety belt, airbag and vehicle weight are main roles in drivers traumatism likelihood abatement. The factors increase driver traumatism likelihood are high speed and driver body egress of vehicle. Vehicle size has no affection in safety increasing in frontal accidents.

Nowadays in developed countries new technologies, namely GPS have many applications in military, business, marine, aerial and navigational system. In road transportation, GPS has been applied for fleet cars and transportation and guidance of vehicles and locating the exact position of cars. Global positioning system is not of much use alone and should be applied and incorporated alongside with other communicating devices. In transportation system, GPS has been used in two ways, online and offline. GPS has been used among governmental organizations, especially in police force. In this paper the researcher has been carried out on the effect of offline GPS on buses which is currently being used by police force in the Iran. The main emphasis on the research work was to evaluate the effect of offline and online GPS used by police for law enforcement. The methodology of research was based on the questioners, the before and after studies data collected and analyzed. The results show that the application of GPS can have great effect on the control of speeding motorist leading to reduction of accidents and fatalities.

Road accidents are one of main factor in mortality and financial damage. Various factors causes road accidents. Environmental variant and improper weather and climatic affect traffic safety. In this research, we have investigated froze event and traffic safety and accidents. We take statistics and daily. Monthly and annual information of agrology stations for investigation of froze event influence on transportation safety-we use Excel software for diagram charting and ArcGis software for pr paring maps of geographic information system. Then, we receive accidents statistic for six years period (13811386-) of Ardebil traffic police. The information have been analyzed and finally, conclusions have been showed.

If, we assume that road transportation is a system then the important components of this system are: road, driver and vehicle. Each component is effective on traffic and driving accidents creation. So, system components control causes dangerous reducing or elimination. Human as major factor in vehicle -human system have epistemic factors that have especial limitation and abilities. Considering to limitation and human abilities as main component of road- human system is a important point in designing and road transportation system configuration that have effective role in reducing and elimination of human errors. Ergonomics design of traffic signs and signals as main source of information transmission to drivers could improved visual incentives perception phases by information process phases and finally causes correct determining and early reaction, These terms comprising driver accidents and traffic reducing.

Nowadays, traffic flow simulator softwares are useful tool for management and traffic information control, movement simulation and drivers behaviours.This tool decreases field act costs and also has updating capability. Also, this tool helps researchers and experts in transportation branch for traffic problem resolution. Traffic proper simulation needs datas and informations about traffic flow in qualitative and quantative. This datas use for simulator calibration with present situation. For obtaining these datas, we need various infrastructures toward informations collecting of road surface. Unfortanately, absent of necessary infra structures causes simulators using aren’t in valued surface. In this research, we investigate these problems in IRAN and we introduce NGSIM project. Also, we overview simulation efficienq and and NGSIM datas in transportation researches. In this research, we recommend to use traffic flow micro datas and simulators primary calibration.

The target of this research is recognizing and ranking of effective individual behavior factors on driving violations reducing by TAPSIS algorithm. So, we have been comprehensive review about relative topical literature to behavior al factors. We collect required data with using of proofs and documents consult, interview and questioner in form of metrical no experimental research method for priority allocation by using TAPSIS algorithm. Research consequences show that introverted personality, educations remembrance show that introverted personality, educations remembrance, intelligential ability, motivation, experiment and positive maintenance have high priority.

In this essay, we investigate Nanotechnology application as one of the most advanced technologies of today in vehicle industry, to result in increasing safety.The importance of this issue is related to the role of vehicle safety on fatalities of crashes. So, the applications of Nanotechnology on the above issues, statistical studies, investments, and the world’s last changes will be investigated to determine their effects on traffic.
