Abstract

Road accidents are one of main factor in mortality and financial damage. Various factors causes ROAD ACCIDENTS. Environmental variant and improper weather and climatic affect traffic safety. In this research, we have investigated froze event and traffic safety and accidents. We take statistics and daily. Monthly and annual information of agrology stations for investigation of froze event influence on TRANSPORTATION safety-we use Excel software for diagram charting and ARCGIS software for pr paring maps of geographic information system. Then, we receive accidents statistic for six years period (13811386-) of Ardebil traffic police. The information have been analyzed and finally, conclusions have been showed.
