Abstract: 

Recently organizations note using information technology as a one of the important rival factors. To obtain more profit from using information technology, they search for the best internal and external resources for procuring their IT need. For this reason IT outsourcing became one of the key issues in management. For this reason managers face important problems, such as" which IT projects should be outsourced".In this article has tried with distinguishing factors witch has effect on IT projects outsourcing decisions and the amount of their importance score by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method for calculating the outsourcing of each project then by using binary programming, choose the IT projects for out sourcing. For this research the IT department of NIORDC (national Iran oil refining and distributing company) has been chosen.

Abstract: 

The basic element of privatization on the basis of profitability all over the world, is the increasing of contest power and effectiveness. Because of expectations from privatization about decreasing of salaries and increasing of expulsion from job, the employees are against implementing of privatization. The economical outcomes show vague impacts of privatization. One of the ways of decreasing of expenses and increasing of effectiveness of submission companies to private sector is decreasing of employees. With submission of public companies to private sector, employees of privatized companies are steadily encounter whit increasing of effectiveness from their new bosses. Incompliance of these demands will result in decreasing of salaries, changing of jobs seats and expulsions.these new terms has caused anxieties in human sources areas. This survey has probed the impact of privatization whit emphasis on incitement of job, organizational commitment and mentality. The outcome of survey shows that the commitment, mentality and incitement of employees are decreased after privatization.

Abstract: 

To improve the status quo, by performance assessment could recognized weakness and strength and minimized input of resources. Thus, university has to know efficiency of faculties and to study cause of its efficiency and inefficiency, then to improve and to conduct faculties of inefficiency by suitable programming. In this paper, according to importance of university, largest higher education center in country, be evaluated efficiency of Shahid Beheshti University’s faculties by DEA using CCR model in two cases of sample model and based on goal programming (min max deviation) in period of 1386-1388. After ranking of faculties by using composed approach of DEA and AHP, in conclusion, have been sated final ranking of faculties and evaluating of used methods. Finding of research presented Sciences, Letters and Human Sciences, and Management and Account faculties were top faculties based on observed indices in this period.

Abstract: 

Investors consider macroeconomics variables in making decision about their investments. This implies that they seek to decline investment risk (systematic risk) and obtain expected returns. The goal of this study is to investigate the effect of macroeconomic variables of employee rate, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), inflation and growth of stock price index on stock returns in Tehran Security Exchange in period 1379-1385 using the regression model. The results of research indicate that growth of employee rate do not have significant effect on returns and GDP (limit effect), inflation (negative limit effect) and growth of stock price index (significant effect) affect returns affect returns. To understand the effect of macroeconomic variables on share returns can help investors to make decisions appropriately and also can help policymakers to direct macroeconomic policies and to determine the effect of these policies on security exchange.

Abstract: 

One of the difficult tasks in management is decision making. To accomplish all phases of decision making process, all criteria must be measurable and quantitatively available. Because information technology, according to its intangible nature, has a broad range of definitions and generally undetermined indicators some of which are qualitative, there is no certain criterion to measure it. This paper aimed to consider all aspects of information technology. Indicators of information technology have been set in four main groups and in each of them, the main criteria and related sub-criteria are defined. As qualitative and quantitative criteria cannot be measured certainly and accurately, the fuzzy systems (FS) are utilized to assess the magnitude of any indicator. To do so, after creating the matrix of decision-making, weights assessment techniques in multi-criteria-decision making (MCDM) have been used and then a model for measuring in order to gain points for a unique level of information technology is provided. The method used to assess the weights is "grouping" that is one of the decision-making techniques and the method of measurement is fuzzy simple addition weight (FSAW). Points earned, indicate the level of information technology in the organization. According to the implementation of the model and examination by experts in this field, designed model was approved and is applicable in all organizations that have IT units.

Abstract: 

Knowledge is known as the most important factor to achieve competitive advantage in advanced organizations. Organizations with the capability of learning, will take the benefit of the organizational knowledge. Therefore, in case organizations can adapt to changes they face, they may survive. In this study, the elements of knowledge management process in medium industrial organizations have been recognized. The structural model of knowledge management elements in these organizations has been developed. Our research has shown that all elements have not the same effect on knowledge management efficiency. The model developed shows different efficient patterns of knowledge management which can be selected by organizations with respect to their internal strengths and capabilities. The patterns provided and its relationships will assist knowledge engineers and knowledge management process to utilize the best suitable approach for their specific requirements.

Abstract: 

Performance evaluation my help various goal achievement but which providing information on behaviors is the most major one of them. Other performance evaluation criterias can be divided into two classes of previous performances and modification and improvement of further. In previous performance evaluation the emphasis is on previous actions, primarily measuring and comparing performance also how to use provided information is of interest. Viewings of previous performance records provide valuable feedback on selecting methods effectiveness and organizations educational programs. In performance evaluation with modification and improvement approach, the emphasis shift on future work and the use of evaluation information for progress.Management can focus on employees short and long term goals, eliminating performance drawbacks and problems in the way, and future educational needs if performance improvement is the intention of evaluation.The present research aim is comparing academic development of master students in virtual learning environment versus traditional learning environment in Islamic Azad University. The statistical population sample size in this research is 101 students (63 students of virtual learning system and 38 students of traditional learning system).Data gathered from senior students of Islamic Azad University E-Campus and Islamic Azad University Science and research Campus. E-campus learning system is virtual and Science and Research campus learning system is traditional. First the students marks were gathered from both campus, then t-test was used in order to analyze the data. In conclusion, the research shows that there is a significant difference between academic development of master students in virtual learning environment and traditional learning environment in Islamic Azad University.

Abstract: 

ISO 14001 has attracted interest from industry, international organizations and governments around the globe. ISO14001 standards are designed to help organizations to establish management processes for controlling and improving their environmental performance and for reducing the impact of their operations on the environment. An empirical study using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was carried out to find the relative weights and priorities of these critical success factors and benefits The study was carried out in the SMEs ARAK which includes 190 companies, the results of the study indicate that the critical success factors in the order of importance are as follows: management approach, organizational change, technical aspects, and external and social aspects. The results of the study also indicate the benefits that can be obtained by the implementation of ISO 14001: improvement in the company’s image and reputation, improvement in company’s processes and profits, improvement in customer loyalty and trust, and improvement in staff morale and employere employee relations.
