Abstract: 

In recent decades, scientists have shown that management and organizational behavior at the opening of the bottleneck issues, technology development and production of various products is important. Great resource for people who are worthy of attention and spend more time. Today's human resources are the most valuable resources to create competitive advantage. The decision to remain in an organization depends greatly on the level of member commitment to the organization. Commitment of the behavioral sciences as a key factor in the relationship between individuals and organizations known. Organizational commitment is a factor that increases the individual's interest and involvement. Summary: skilled and experienced professionals apart from the undesirable, destructive and cost. Seems to be effective in establishing organizational trust, organizational commitment is to maintain and improve. Therefore, this study investigates the relationship between organizational trust and organizational commitment Tehran University and research are discussed. The main purpose of the relationship between organizational trust and commitment of the staff of Tehran University of Medical Sciences and Research and identify important factors affecting organizational trust, organizational commitment and there.In this research, a component of organizational trust, loyalty, honest, stability, competency and integrity have been measured. Research results show, inter-organizational trust and organizational commitment, Science and Research Branch, Islamic Azad University, there is a significant relationship.

Abstract: 

This research uses descriptive - correlative to "examine the relationship between psychological capital and commitment to job performance in academic year 94-93 Meshginshahr Elementary Teachers' concerns. Therefore the relationship between the components of psychological capital and commitment to job performance were measured. This study was conducted in two parts: theoretical and practical. In terms of theory, data and documents using Ktabkhanh¬Ay and in practice, to the field using a method of statistical samples (211 employees Meshginshahr elementary school teachers) have been collected. Data analysis using Pearson correlation coefficients and regression analysis and T-test was carried out and results suggests that; Between psychological capital and commitment to the job performance of teachers, there was a significant positive relationshipAnd two independent T-test on the difference between the two groups showed no sex between men and women.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is The study of relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior of employees with regard to the role of mediator, justice and organizational commitment. This study is a kind of Applied, descripture and correlational research. Thread the hypothesis in four sub-indices of organizational commitment, organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior and emotional intelligence is expressed The population consists of all employees Office of Transportation and Terminals North Khorasan and its number is 178 people. The sample size according Kokaran was estimated 120 people and they were selected by stratified random sampling . for data collecting resaercher from Neoe standardized questionnaire for emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior, justice and organizational commitment varieble. which has its validity was confirmed by professors and experts . its Reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for emotional intelligence is ( 84%), organizational commitment ( 81%) and organizational justice is (80%), organizational citizenship behavior ( 83%) that shows the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Data collected by pierson correlation test was used for analyzing the relationship betwin resaerch hypodesises and data collected by pierson correlation test was used by spss software (version20) The results indicated that there is a positive ( direct) and miningful relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior of employees with regard to the role of mediator, justice and organizational commitment in the Office of Transportation and Terminals North Khorasan.

Abstract: 

The management and monitoring activities in Tehran taxi optimum services to citizens, providing good service and good governance is the taxi activity.The impact of privatization on the taxi in Tehran this research is that it is a general concept, "Privatization in Tehran Taxi,Taxi is improved performance". The general hypothesis is evaluated with the following sub-hypotheses:1. Privatization in Tehran, Taxi Taxi is to improve the service.2. Taxi Tehran's privatization is to improve service to citizens.3. Taxi Tehran's privatization to reduce the costs of managing and monitoring the taxi in Tehran.The clustering method, parts 2 and 8 were selected as the study area. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used for the T test with SPSS software was used to measure and test the research hypotheses.The population in the total results for citizens are 93480 Nfr and for the taxi rae 4964Nfr that obtained by sampling, the sample size was calculated citizens in total 2Mntqh 763Nfr and for taxi 651Nfr.After data collection and analysis, the following results were obtained:1. Check for hypothesis 1: Privatization in Taxi service to taxi drivers is not improved. (Hypothesis)2. Check for hypothesis 2: Privatization of taxi services to citizens is improved. (The hypothesis)3. Specific Hypothesis 3: privatization reduces the costs of managing and monitoring Taxi is not improved. (Hypothesis)

Abstract: 

The present study was performed to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and spiritual intelligence managers . The research method is descriptive and correlational. The population in this study were 62 managers of public schools That all these are due to the limited size of the population in the study. To collect information is used of Schwarz self-questionnaire that has three dimensions of sustainability, effort and initiative And spiritual intelligence David King Which consists of four dimensions of critical thinking, transcendental consciousness, the development of consciousness and personal meaning Its validity was confirmed by university professors and Cronbach's alpha was used for reliability assessment for the variables of spiritual intelligence and self-efficacy was obtained 0.79. 0.86. The results of the analysis indicate that the elements of spiritual intelligence and their level of efficiency and there is a significant positive relationship between administrators. The results of Regression testing also show that Three variables personal meaning-creation, Higher awareness and develop self-awareness are significant predictors for Self-managers .And critical thinking of managers are not a significant predictor for Self-managers and the results of sample t-test also indicates that The level of critical thinking, awareness of the transcendent and personal meaning-creation managers are More than average but The level of self-awareness component is less than average. Abstract: 

Background: decision-making compose the origin and basis of management tasks and a manager's skill can be seen in decision-making, self-efficiency of the tasks and the quality of the services presented by him. Objective: the aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between the managers' decision-making methods and organizational health of second-degree high-schools in Bojnurd. Methods: A descriptive-survey correlational methodology was used to conduct the research and of a total of 383 teachers in second-grade female high-school in Bojnurd, 191 teachers were selected randomly according to Krejici-Morgan Table using a startled random method and the research tools was a researcher-made questionnaire regarding the organizational health index (OHI) by Hoy et al. (1998). The research data were analyzed via SPSS (21) software and using Pearson correlation and multiple regression.Findings: among the methods of decision-making available for the managers, the Participative decision-making method has a higher effect coefficient (0.986) on the organizational health of the schools, and the decision-making methods predict 71% of the organizational health. The organizational health in these schools was 116.92, which is higher than the average level. Conclusion: in order to be able to have a healthy, supportive, high-spirit and trustful atmosphere in the organization, the manager's Participative decision-making methods play an important role in increasing the effectiveness of these decisions
