Abstract: 

Organizational whistling is one of the important concepts that deals with people’ s perception of the occurrence of illegal events, ethics, etc. and is very important for organizations, because on the one hand it may damage the reputation and credibility of the organization and on the other hand it may lead to identify unwanted errors and prevent problems from getting worse. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational leadership factors on the desire to whistle the staff of Sima, Manzar and Urban Green Space of Karaj Municipality. This research is applied and descriptive survey. Data collection tool of this research is a standard questionnaire that was distributed to 162 people based on Cochran’ s formula. In the present study, referring to the opinion of experts and professors on the validity of the measurement tool, the measurement of research variables has been ensured and the questionnaire is reliable considering the size of Cronbach’ s alpha (0. 816). In this research, Smart PLS software has been used to analyze the data. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational leadership and exchange-oriented leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational leadership and organizational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the tendency to whistle.

Abstract: 

In today's world of management, human capital is a very important issue that, if the risks associated with it are identified and not addressed, will pose serious risks to the organization. Therefore, the present study aims to explain the mediating role of human resource risks in weakening human capital due to the synergy of competency and organizational impairment. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of how to collect data is descriptive and correlational research. The statistical population of the study is the staff of Lorestan University. Using the Cochran's sample calculation formula, the sample size was determined and based on the 370-person population, the sample size of 236 people was selected using a simple random sampling method. Data collection tools in the present study were standard questionnaires whose validity and reliability were confirmed by Cronbach's content validity method and alpha. AMOS and SPSS software have been used to investigate and test the research hypotheses. The results show that the synergy of organizational competence and impairment has a positive and significant effect on the weakening of human capital. The results also show that human resource risks play a mediating role in the synergistic effect of organizational competence and vulnerability on weakening human capital. Therefore, as a general conclusion, it can be said that the synergy of organizational competence and impairment imposes many human resource risks on organizations, which will result in the weakening of human capital in the organization.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of psychological capital on job burnout of Iran Police employees studied by Alborz Disciplinary Command in 1398. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method. The statistical population includes all employees of Alborz Disciplinary Command who have been selected by stratified random sampling method. To collect data, the Luthens Psychological Capital Standard Questionnaire (2007) covering the dimensions of hope, resilience, optimism and self-efficacy, and the standard questionnaire of job burnout based on the model of Moshler and Jackson (1981) surveying the dimensions of emotional fatigue, personal success and depersonalization were used. The content validity of this study has been confirmed and reliability has been confirmed through Cronbach's alpha for each of the questionnaires as 0. 883, 0. 9343, respectively. Kolmogorov-Smirnov and regression tests were used to analyze the data. The results show that psychological capital and its dimensions have a negative effect on employees' burnout; that is, job burnout decreases with increasing self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience.

Abstract: 

Attracting foreign investors and harnessing their financial capacity, technology and knowledge is one of the best ways to develop competitiveness. The aim of this study is to evaluate the factors affecting the attraction of foreign investors in technology transfer projects in the oil and gas industry. For this purpose, the National Company for Southern Oilfields-the largest oil company in Iran-was selected as the case of research. The statistical population of the present study consists of industry managers and experts as well as university experts with experience in the field of factors involved in attracting foreign investors. In order to collect data, 5 members of the community were surveyed using purposeful sampling-judgment method. For data analysis, BWM technique was used, including new techniques and performance based on pairwise comparisons. The results of the data analysis indicate that the criteria for return on investment, security of principal and investment profit and access to natural capital are among the most important criteria for attracting foreign investment in the oil and gas industry. Finally, practical suggestions for managers and scientific suggestions for future research of researchers have been proposed.

Abstract: 

The great impact of social responsibility in the present era and the effects it may have on the organization's view of customers and, in general, the personal performance of employees, especially among service organizations, has formed the purpose of the present study, examining the relationship between social responsibility and employee job performance with the role of customer orientation and organizational identification. Based on the purpose, this research is applied and according to the type of research and the method of data collection, it is among the descriptive survey studies. The statistical population of this study is all employees of Mellat Bank branches in Guilan province. In total, 326 employees were included in the multi-stage cluster sampling method as the research sample. The analysis of the hypotheses of this research has been done using the method of modeling structural equations with the least partial approach of soft squares with the help of Smart Pilates software. The results showed that the social responsibility of the organization through customer orientation and organizational identification has a positive relationship with employees' job performance. Finally, it is suggested that through the development of comprehensive operational plans, efforts are be made to develop and pay attention to the concept of social responsibility at different levels and a special look at the organization's customers at the macro level to improve overall job performance of employees.

Abstract: 

The requirements of today's life have led people to play acquired roles in addition to traditional roles. Conflicts between different roles cause psychological stress in them, which endangers their physical and mental health, and as a result, their level of satisfaction is affected. This study seeks to investigate the effect of psychological pressures resulting from various roles on their satisfaction with the role of Islamic work ethics and organizational commitment. The present paper is a practical, quantitative and descriptive study of the correlational branch. The statistical population of the study is all employees in the Cultural Heritage Organization in Tehran. Due to the uncertainty of the size of the community and the use of available sampling, 490 people were selected as the sample. Content validity and structure were used to measure reliability of the instrument, and Cronbach's alpha was used to measure reliability. Smart PLS software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a significant inverse relationship between psychological stress due to role and employee satisfaction. Also, another achievement of this study showed that the existence of Islamic ethical behavior and organizational commitment can affect the effect of role stress on employee satisfaction.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of implementing a balanced scorecard on improving the performance of Ghavamin Bank. The statistical population includes managers and staff experts of Ghavamin Bank, including heads, deputies, experts of East branches and experts of branches of West Tehran, 68 of whom were randomly selected as the statistical sample using Cochran's formula. The research method is applied in terms of practical purpose, in terms of how to collect the data it is descriptive and analytical research. The research tools include Kaplan and Northron questionnaire (2012). In this study, Cronbach's formal validity was used to guarantee the validity of the questionnaire and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to check the reliability of the instrument. Cronbach's alpha of the questionnaire was 0. 78. Statistical analysis using the T-pair test showed the positive effect of using a balanced scorecard method on improving the financial performance of Ghavamin Bank.
