Abstract: 

Given the importance of manpower to organizations and the role played by it in growth and realization of goals of them, addressing this issue is among the concerns of today managers and in this respect, universities are of more importance as centers of training specialist and competent manpower. The aim of conducting this research is to identify human resource strategies in Islamic Azad University of Qazvin on the basis of strategic reference points approach. The present study is practical with respect to it` s aim and is a survey one from methodological view point. In order to collect data, questionnaires were used and for selecting sample, stratified random sampling method was used. Statistical methods used for data analysis were mean test and t- test. According to strategic reference point approach, the jobs were classified and they were divided in to two groups of faculty members (official/guest) and non-faculty staff. The latter in turn was divided in to two groups of academic staff and financial-clerical one. After performing analyses, the strategies appropriate to these jobs were indicated.For faculty members, contractor strategy and for non-faculty staff (academic and financial-clerical staff) contractor strategy with a trend towards secondary strategy were selected as superior strategies.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study was to study the relation between quality of work life and four career anchors among the personnel of Isfahan’s iron foundry organization. The descriptive correlation method was used in this research. The population was all the personnel of iron foundry organization in Isfahan including 1200 managers, experts and staffs of the organization which 400 personnel were selected as the sample by cluster sampling method. The research instruments were two questionnaires made by the researcher. The quality of work life questionnaire was devised based on Richard Walton model and had 48 items; the career anchors questionnaire was devised based on Edgar Shine model and had 40 items including four anchors: exploring, establishing, maintaining, and retiring. These two questionnaires utilized a Li kert-type 5 point scale. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts and Cronbach’s alpha internal consistency reliability estimate for quality of work life was 0.79 and for career anchors was 0.89. The research data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient, one– way ANOVA, and step by step regression. Findings showed that social dependence; social integrity in work organization, obeying the law in organization, and life general atmosphere has a significant difference among eight factors of quality of work life. In other word, social dependence, social integrity in work organization, obeying the law in organization, and life general atmosphere had effect on the four career anchors while the other factors have no significant effect on the four career anchors. Moreover, it could be mentioned that the quality of work life in any career anchors of the personnel of iron foundry organization was at the average level.

Abstract: 

The job attitude is a concept that indicates positive and negative perception of individual about work and various aspect of workplace. A positive and good attitude is important for individual and organizational success. Research about employee, s attitude makes managers aware of their subordinates, attitude about himself and find out whether policies and procedures that are implemented is fair or not? Managers should have more attention to employee, s attitude because it affects on individual, s behavior in organization and they could predict it. For that aim, this study examined the impression and being impressed relation of job attitudes (job involvement, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction) and their connection with employee performance. This research has been done with descriptive-correlation method. Its statistical population involved all employees of Imam khomeini international university in qazvin. Of which 121 people were selected by simple random sampling. Findings reveal that each of job attitudes has a significant and direct impact on employee performance. Job involvement has much influence on employee performance than others. Furthermore, job involvement has a significant and direct impact on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has significant impact on job satisfaction.

Abstract: 

The aim of this research is to study “the role of job redesign in employee empowerment and commitment in public companies of Guilan”. The research has been conducted by descriptive method. Out of 6863 employees in the public companies of Guilan, 345 employees were selected, using judgment sampling and according to Morgan’s chart. The tools for data collection is standard questionnaires, that have validity and for reliability, the coefficient of Cronbach’s alpha has been used.The collected data from statistical sample has been analyzed by LISREL software. In order to analyze data, The T-value test was used. The result of T-value test show that there is a positive and meaningful relation between the following variables: job redesign and commitment, job redesign and employee empowerment, and employee empowerment and commitment.

Abstract: 

Acquisition and transfer of appropriate and modern technologies, enabling developing countries to add to your productivity and thus leads to rapid development of industrial countries. Key performance indicators that measure the dimensions that are important and vital role in the success of present and future, the emphasis and focus. The key performance indicators identified in the technology transfer in industrial heat exchangers and cooling, type or intensity of their relationship and effect of each of these indicators on each other is very important and a very important role in the success rate in this industry will be technology transfer. In this study, using interpretive structural modeling, between key performance indicators affecting technology transfer in Heat exchangers and cooling industry has been analyzed. And using the DEMATEL techniques effect of each of these indicators on each other and on technology transfer has been investigated in this industry.

Abstract: 

Establishment of strategic alliances and formation of integrated supply chains is an obligation nowadays. This is mainly forced by the necessity of specialization of businesses as the result of market requirements and tendency of customers to customized products and services. Under present circumstances, a supplier selection approach which is compatible with the long-term objectives and strategies of the enterprise increases corporate efficiency and effectiveness; this leads to a more productive enterprise.This research focuses on the strategic selection of suppliers considering the interrelation of decision data. Here, an integrated structure is built in order to appropriate determination of enterprise strategies as well as their transformation into applicable criteria for supplier selection. This structure employs a combination of an adjusted factor analysis approach with multiattribute decision making techniques within data envelopment analysis framework to evaluate decision alternatives; the alternatives which are not appropriate to be evaluated with traditional approaches of data envelopment analysis due to small number of them. Finally, the presented methodology is implemented in a corporation within Iranian foodstuff industry and its results are validated using a nonparametric statistical test in comparison with an extended model of data envelopment analysis.

Abstract: 

Todays, Post Corporation is played an important role to decrease the traffic mass, air pollution and speedup the works. These organizations are classified as a service organization dealing with costumers and staffs. Every days, these organization is faced with large amount of people which standed in queues.Analysis of queuing systems and decrease the UNFAVORABLE effects of expect is, one of the most noticeable subjects in practical mathematic and operation research. This research is followed above trend. Moreover it is helped to post corporation to decrease their problem providing reasonable services to costumers. First, the problem is defined. Next, system of office queuing is recognized.Finally the total office is chosen in Alborz province for starting special study and determining the way of giving service presentation to costumers as well.As a result, a mathematic model is exhibited based on queuing system structure. The results are shown with Enterprise Dynamic simulation software. The most important advantage of this software is, helped to optimize the system and to predict the function. At the end of study, 4 patterns are also proposed based on experts view. Moreover, three indexes are chosen for evaluation. After all, sequence of models is done based on Topsis Procedure.

Abstract: 

All company’s activities aimed to earn more profit; in fact it is the ultimate goal for them. But If you want permanent profit you have no choice except of obtaining strategies that lead to consumer loyalty. Of course it is a very difficult target nevertheless these companies have some useful advantages like their brand equity that they can leverage them to achieve this goal. So in this study we tried to examine the impact of brand equity on consumer loyalty. For this reason a survey is undertaken among 160 customers of the three companies in food industry (in Iran). Results of the test of conceptual model indicate that in this case we have no reason to contradict the direct relationship between Brand Reliability and Brand Perception Value and consumer loyalty, and we have found no direct relationship between Brand Image and Brand Reputation and consumer loyalty.
