The women’s football development is an important subject world wide nowadays and is a new topic in sociology. Our goal in this project is to survey the cultural and social fields in women’s sport development such as football. Therefore, we have used variables such as health, mass media, education, democracy and human development. The research is in secondary analysis method and the information was obtained from the sites of FIFA (Football International Federation) and HDR (Human Development Reports).We analyzed the data with SPSS18 software. The statistical population includes some of the U.N. member countries, from among which 33 countries. The sample. After testing the hypotheses, we noticed that all the variables except education and human development had a meaning full relationship with woman’s football development.On the whole, of the five studied hypotheses, three of them (related to health variable, use of internet and democracy) were confirmed, and the other hypotheses were rejected (related to human development and education variables).Totally, the most effective variable which has the most impact on women’s football development is the use of internet with 0.01 sig and correlation coefficient at 0.38. On the contrary, education indicator, with 0.21 sig and correlation coefficient of 0.14, has the lowest influence on the related variable.
