This paper seeks to investigate the effects of emotional intelligence on woman employee’s job satisfaction and commitment in electricity offices of Tehran Province. By using Cochran formula and random sampling method, 92 people were selected. For gathering data and measuring the variables, we used 3 questionnaires. Bar-on, job description and Allen-Meyer model were used for measuring emotional intelligence, satisfaction and commitment, respectively. For analyzing the data, structural equations modeling by PLS has been used. The results show that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on both satisfaction and commitment of women employees in electricity offices of Tehran province.

The main goal of this study was to determine the effect of group cognitive–behavior therapy on depression and irrational beliefs of housewives. This is a semi experimental, case-control, pilot study with the pre-test and post-test design. With a random and matched case-control group selection from all women participants in the psychology classes of region 5, Tabriz Municipality, 24 samples were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. After their consents were obtained, they were placed into two groups of the case (n=12) and control (n=12) groups. The case (experimental) group participated in 8 sessions of group cognitive–behavior therapy, while the control group did not receive such kind of therapy. The outcomes were interpreted by using the covariance analysis. The cognitive–behavior therapy group showed significant (p<0:01) results in reducing depression and irrational beliefs.

The aim of the present study is to predict marital satisfaction on the basis of the internal and external religious orientation among university students. In order to serve this purpose, a correlational research design with the use of multiple regression analysis was applied. The population of the study included 300 female university students from Science and Research Branch of Tehran Islamic Azad University. The participants were asked to complete Alport religious orientation and Enrich marital satisfaction scales. The results showed that there is a meaningful relationship between the internal and external religious orientation and marital satisfaction. In other words, the relationship is positive in the former and negative in the latter case. Therefore, internal and external orientation plays a meaningful role (P<0.001) in marital satisfaction.

This study investigated the effects of emotional safety training on subjective well-being of the married women in the city of Isfahan. A quasi - experimental research with pre-test and post-test design was carried out to pursue this purpose. The statistical population of this research included all the married women with at least one year experience of marital life who referred to one of the cultural centers in Isfahan. The research sample included 40 married women who were selected through availability sampling method and were randomly assigned in control and experimental groups. The research tool was subjective well-being questionnaire. Covariance analysis was used to analyze the data collected by SPSS software. The result indicated that emotional safety training didn't have a significant effect on subjective well- being. However, this kind of training revealed a meaningful influence on two dimensions of subjective well- being which are determination and neurosis, and it didn't reveal any meaningful influence on vitality and stress- depression which are the next two dimensions of subjective well- being.

This research has been done with the purpose of explaining the factors of organizational spirituality among the personnel and members of academic staff in distric13 of Islamic Azad University in 2013. The statistical population of this research includes all of the staff and faculty members in distric13 of Islamic Azad University, consisting of 4230 people. The sample size of the research was determined by Morgan table with 351 people including 200 staff and 151 faculty members according to stratified random sampling. Field research method (survey) and descriptive analytic method such as Smirnoff Kolmogrof test, Keizer Maier Olken, Krovet Bartlett and factor analysis test, and rotated varimax technique … have been used in the research. The measurement tool used in this study is a researcher-made questionnaire "organizational spirituality" with 0.93 percent reliability and with Validity confirmed by experts. It became clear that seven factors contribute to organizational spirituality as the main factors which are in order of importance: 1) better self awareness, 2) sense of meaning in work, 3) affinity with organizational values, 4) superego leadership, 5) sense of solidarity, 6) excellent awareness, and 7) ciritical existence thinking. These factors represent 98 percent of the whole varianc.

This study was carried out to investigate the effectiveness of resilience on the quality of life mediated by differentiation of self. The structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data. The sample consisted of 242 Boin Zahra students. The subjects were selected by cluster sampling random method. The instruments used consisted of: Conner-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC), Skowron differentiation of self scal (DSI) and short quality of life scale (WHOQOL-BREF). To analyze the data, AMOS software was used. The results showed that resilience influenced the quality of life but differentiation of self had a mediating role in this relation.

The purpose of this research was to predict marital conflicts through resilience and sensation seeking in couples. The method of research was correlation. The statistical population of the present research comprised the couples referring to the health houses in Region 21of Tehran Municipality. The research sample consisted of 30 couples (30 male and 30 female) that were selected by multi-stage, random cluster sampling method. Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale (2003), Marital Conflicts Questionnaire of Sanae and Barati (1379) and Zuckerman's sensation seeking scale (1978) were used to gather data. The data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient and independent t-test. The results showed that resilience (r= -0.687) and sensation seeking (r=0.696) were related to marital conflicts. The results of multiple regression analyses showed that sensation seeking (P<0.01) and resilience (P<0.01) explained 60 percent of variance of marital conflicts in couples. Also, the result of independent t-test indicated that there was a significant difference between men and women in sensation seeking (P<0. 01) and sensation seeking is more in men than in women.

Background &Objectives: For promoting quality life of all people we should increase quality of health cares. So we should stimulate quality of cares related to mothers and children. Our aim in this study was determining Quality of delivery cares in educational and non-educational Tabriz hospitals. Which results of it can help responsible to promote care quality and patient satisfaction.Material &Methods: This is a descriptive-comparative study. We select 454 mothers who had had been hospitalized for delivery in Alzahra, Talegani and 29Bahman Tabriz hospitals. For data collection, we used a questionnaire. Spss/ver13, Descriptive statistic, Independent t test, ANOVA and correlation tests were used for data analysis.Results: Findings indicated ranks from mothers’ satisfaction were in the physical, Informational, ethnical and emotional categories in postpartum phase of vaginal delivery were 93.5%, 48%, 91.5%, 90.5%, and in postpartum phase of cesarean section were 88.1%, 7.5%, 16.4%, 76.1% in educational hospitals and respectively they were (91.4%, 47.2%, 97.1%, 97.1%) and (92%, 0%, 10%, 92%) in non-educational hospitals. The analysis of data showed kind of delivery influence on mothers' satisfaction (P= 0.001), but there wasn't significant difference between mothers’ satisfaction in educational and non-educational hospitals (p˃0.05).Conclusion: The results showed that the highest ranks from mothers’ satisfaction were in the physical and the lowest rank was in informational category. Mothers were more satisfied from vaginal delivery in all aspects. Rate of satisfaction in non-educational were more than educational hospitals.
