Imam Khomeini’s theory of state is a three- concept equation (i.e. Religion, Velayat and Nation). How the above mentioned three concepts are added together is subject to discussion from various perspectives. Attempts have been made in this article to review and investigate the issue from the viewpoint of political legitimacy and political participation. The question posed is the investigation of the relationship between political participation and political legitimacy from the viewpoint of Imam Khomeini. It is hypothesized in the article that in Imam Khomeinil’s Ejtehadi Interpretation, legitimacy is prior in position and is incorporated into political philosophy and is of governance type in nature. Howerer, the position of political participation is subsequnet and belongs to the relam of sociology and is regulatory in nature. Therefore, state is the result of the mixture of both. That is, in “Islamic Repulic”, the “Repubice” refers to supervision and participation dimensions and the “Islamic” refers to its governance and legitimacy aspects. Thus, this balance point follows his Ejtehadi Interpretation in methodology.

Presidential elections of 2009 in Iran marked a new chapter of socio-political changes after three decades past Islamic revolution which make it is necessary for Iranian society to analyze its different aspects. The main focus of this article is to investigate of governing principles of supreme leader's management style in controlling and harnessing events prior to and following the elections and people's role in this management process. Our hypothesis is that resolving the crises built at that time period could not be resolved without leadership (based on religion, intellectuality and law) and the welayat-oriented society which is the main asset of the system. Applying a method based on religion, intellectuality and following law in preceding and succeeding phases using preemptive and resolving methods, the supreme leader handled this crisis. The supreme leader's management style can be considered as a comprehensive, dynamic and flexible style which enjoys various characteristics in political management domain.

Supervision is defined in Islam as a relgiouse responsibility within the “Amre Be Maroof va Nahye as Monkcar” main duty. Though after 33 years of the Islamic Revolution the two nesponsibities of “Amre Be Marouf” and “Nahye as Monkar” have not been appropriately applied, neither the instructions of the eights article of the constitution, nor the idea al the deceased than about the establishment al an independent, meta- governmental organization of “Amre be Maruof” and “Nahye as monkar”. For the same reason the ultimate purpose of the present study is to see if it is possible to make the supervision in Islamic system more rigorously established, improved and reconstructed through the application of the thoughts and suggestions of Imam Khomeini, and if it is possible to design for a meta- governmental organization for this purpose and remove its impediments and challenges? Presenting the required documentation, the researcher belives that the absolute idea al Imam Khomeini was not to establish a ministry or a governmental organization for this purpose. And so wisely he has put the emphasis on the establishment al a “Dayere he” (union) and meta governmental nation-wide organization under the leadership and mastery of the clerics.

Using the Charles Tilly's theory, this article has tried to study the process of the resource mobilization in Iranian Islamic Revolution. The main question of this article was to investigate the question of how the mobilization of resources in Islamic Revolution was based on the Charles Tilly's theory. The research method used was deductive and historical. Therefore, based on the constructing concepts of Charles Till's theory, the interest of challenger groups, revolutionary organizations and their actions, process of the mobilization of each revolutionary group, opportunity-threat situation, opportunity, repression-facilitation situation and collective actions in Islamic Revolution were explored.

The aim of this study is to investigate the role of theosophical bases and principles and its radical subject The Perfect Human' in transcendental political development accoriding to Imam Khomeini's thoughts?Attempt will be made by the use of illative method. To investigate theissue. The illative method is based on understanding and analyzing the works of the thinker in accordance with the framework of his school. Therefore, transcendental wisdom supports theoretically the subjects and issues of the article. It is claimed that according to Imam Khomeini's thoughts and opinions, since the absolute perfection or primary aim of human life is to attain guidance and salvation, theosophy and politics categories in the scope of religion have the primary roles in realizing salvation, justice and development of ruling the theistic values. The perfect human, as the total symbol of the Great Name of God and excellent exemplar, has a major role in attaining Allah's gratification and also the spiritual and material guidance of human beings. The perfect human also has a major role in making an Islamic government possible which is based on development, rationality, civilization, and establishment of social, political and cultural rights and the maximum participation of the intercommunity of all the citizens and all the primary indexes of transcendental political development.

This paper reviews the position and dimensions of practical behavior (Sireh) of Imam Khomeini. The method used in this study is document analysis, so references and resources related to the subject, have been studied and reviewed. Findings show that Imam Khomeini had particular regard to the consultation. Therefore the Imam Khomeini's practical style of life can also be a good model for human societies, political leaders and officials of the country. Then some Examples of Imam's consultation in different courses of his leadership have been considered and discussed including, consultation in dismissals and employments: consultation in internal and foreign policy, consultation in selecting military commandants, Consultation in military proceedings and operations and also Consultation in the social, economical affairs and so on.

In the past and nowadays, clergies have played the most important role in preserving and promoting Islam in Iran. The clergies faced some and problems disputes and challenges especially during Iranian constitutional movement that divided them into different groups with many gaps. Thus, while they succeeded in designing a the orical framework of Islamic state, it never actually implemented in society. In contrast, late Imam Khomeini truly realized the challenges in seminaries, reviewed historical events and discussions and finally adopted a comprehensive strategy and executed Islamic thought as a basis for governing of society in Iran.At the beginning of this article, constitutional movement and Islamic Revolution are discussed. Then, the roots of disputes among clergy leaders of constitutional movement as well as the situation of clergies and seminaries explained before in Islamic Revolution are compared and contrasted. That is this comparative study explains why Imam Khomeini successfully established Islamic Republic in Iran while clergy leaders of constitutional movement failed to do so.
