Formulating mass media code has been devoted a particular attention in the I.R. of Iran in recent years, to the extent that in Article 116 of the Fourth Development Plan and Article 10 of the Fifth Development Plan, the government has been urged to fulfill its duty in this regard. This article, while considering the status and significance of this code, tries to address three issues:1. Is formulating this code necessary?2. If positive, why then it is not yet carried out 7 years after the draft of the Fourth Development Plan?3. By considering the necessity and feasibility of the code, what are the exigencies of it?The article recognizes the necessity of this endeavor and by enumerating the reasons behind the delay occurred in formulating the code has made some suggestions about drafting an effective and useful one.

Using the net is one of the most important fields in daily cultural usage of people; also the cultural usage of the internet is considered to be one of the crucial sources which shape the student identity. In this research by using the identity discourse as well as the data collected during last 3 years in 3 different universities, the content of the meaning and the main discourse which is related to the internet usage have been categorized, in addition the interpretation of the lived experience of the student about using the internet have been identified and categorized. Identifying the major categories of the main discourse and the lived experience have been considered as the introduction of virtual identity among students, but the results of this research have indicated that we cannot be sure about the formation of the coherent virtual identity among student.

Nowruz is an Iranian ancient tradition and an emblem of the Iranian culture. Globalization process has developed a new condition for all cultures that may result in eradication of the indigenous cultures. What will be the destination of Nowruz, as an Iranian culture emblem, in the course of globalization? To answer the question, by eliciting Nowruz features, and globalization features, adaptability of Nowruz to globalization is explained.Nowruz includes features which cover humane and universal aspects. Focusing on ethical and humane values, promoting humane relations and altruistism, paying attention to the environment and emphasizing the health and sanitation are of the humane and universal features of the Nowruz. Regarding the features, Nowruz is capable of adapting to globalization. Thus, it can be saved and promoted through overcoming threats and taking advantage of the available opportunities in the global scene.

Social media are the online tools that people use them to share their contents, profiles, options, views, experiences and thought, so social media facilitate online conversations and interactions between groups. These tools include blogs, message boards, podcasts, microblogging, bookmarking, networking and wikis.The main objective of this article is the assessment of the rate of students participation in producing social media content. Method of study is survey method. Statistic population include all of Communication studise students in Allomeh Tabatabayi University, Tehran University and Azad University in different degree like B.A, M.A And Ph.D.Statistical findings showes that most of the students are at least, member of one online social networks like Facebook. Approximatelly most of respondents use from social networks through filtter crusher and most of them believe that using filtter crusher is easy and accessible way for them.

Introduction: The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the degree and type of mobile usage and personal traits in students of Faculty of Educational sciences and Psychology university of Isfahan.Method: 300 students (150 male150 female) were selected by random sampling method and were assessed with a version of (NEO-FFI-R) inventory scales and self constructed mobile usage questionnaire. Data were analyzed by applying Pearson product-moment correlation matrix and linear regression.Results: There was only significant relationship between the rate of mobile usage and neuroticism traits. On this study, none of the five personality traits had significant relationship with (Internet and Bluetooth) mobile usage. There was a positive relationship only between using mobile games and neuroticism. Also, neuroticism had a negative relationship with listening to music via mobile. On the other hand, "extraversion" and "openness to experiences" had a positive relationship with "listening to music". "Agreeableness" and "conscientiousness", didn’t have any significant relationship with listening to music.Conclusion: Among personality traits, "neuroticism" is the best predictor of the degree and type of mobile usage. In addition, personality traits can better predict the "listening to music" and "playing games" in comparison to other mobile usages.

Niklas Luhmann is one of Germany’s prominent sociologists that with a systems approach began to study the nature of art. In his theory change of the structure of the modern societies based on functional differentiation had worthy importance. The differentiation lead to shrink of society to subsystems like to law, economy, politic, education, science, religion, art and so on, that communications constitute their parts. He for the definition of art to sensory perception, sensory perception conceded to psychic systems and art as communication conceded to the scope of social systems. In line with this view, art is known as a communication that perceived, a communication deceives perception and the knowledge of it conducts. In article will try with the study and evaluation Luhmann’s main books explain that art how is communication and how perception and communication gathers in itself.

Expansive communication in Shahnameh requires that we would look at this communications from variegated aspects. The tragedy with the definition that the death of an ideal and positive human being degrading from good luck into misfortune brings this question to the mind that how the human links and communications proceed that cause the death of such human being. Since in the ideal homeland of Iran the communications take form on the basis of wisdom then how is it that tragedies take place.In this article, with due regard to different communicational theories and components of humane communication, the tragedy of Iraj is reviewed and answers this question that other than human communication, which other factors are effective in shaping up of the tragedy.In this article the researcher comes to the conclusion that other wisdom, other factors are also effective in materialization of human communication. The factors which can lead communication towards transcendence or confrontation and complete the parts and pieces of a tragedy.The attributive research method is the qualitative and quantitative method and the statistical community is 177 verses of the story of Iraj from Shahnameh of Joveini.
