Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating role of self-efficacy in relation to personality traits with the professional competencies of public primary school teachers in Fasa in 2020. The statistical population was the teachers of public primary schools in Fasa city. According to Morgan sampling table, 339 teachers were selected by relative stratified random sampling method. The research instruments were the standard questionnaire of professional qualifications of teachers mullainejad (2012), Scherer self-efficacy (1982) and Neo (1985) personality traits, whose reliability based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0. 96, 0. 83 and 0. 83 respectively. The results showed that self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the relationship between personality traits and teachers' professional competencies. There was a significant relationship between personality traits and professional competencies, a positive and significant relationship was found between personality traits and self-efficacy and between self-efficacy and professional competencies. in total; Personality traits through self-efficacy with a correlation coefficient of 0. 168 is related to teachers' professional competencies with a correlation coefficient of 0. 239. Thus, self-efficacy plays a mediating role in relation to personality traits and professional competencies.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of anxiety caused by corona virus on the academic motivation of female students in the first high school of Sanandaj in the academic year 1399-1400. The statistical sample of the study using Morgan table was 118 people. For data collection, two types of standard coronavirus anxiety questionnaire (CDAS) (1398) and academic motivation questionnaire (AMS) Warland (1992) were used, the reliability of which is 0. 91 and 0. 88, respectively. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the status of academic motivation components in these two schools is moderate to high. The correlation between the research hypotheses also showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between the dimensions of the components of anxiety caused by students' academic motivation. As a result, by providing counseling and psychological interventions to reduce COVID-19 anxiety in schools, we can see an increase and improvement in students' academic motivation.

Abstract: 

Social skills and reducing aggression are among the important characteristics that are necessary for the success of people in society. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence on social skills and reduce aggression with the mediating variable of self-esteem among women heads of welfare households in Sarakhs. This study was conducted by field method among the statistical population of female heads of welfare households in Sarakhs city in 1399, whose number was 200 people. The statistical sample according to Morgan table was 127 women of Sarakhs city who were selected by non-probability sampling method. The Schott et al. (1998) Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (1998), Coopersmith Self-Esteem Questionnaire (1967), Matson Social Skills (1983), and Bass & Perry Aggression Questionnaire (1992) were the questionnaires used in this study. Data and data analysis including descriptive statistics, structural equation modeling and path analysis were performed in Excel, SPSS and Smart PLS software. The results showed that emotional intelligence affects self-esteem, also self-esteem affects social skills and reduces aggression, and also emotional intelligence affects social skills and reduces aggression through the mediating variable of self-esteem, but the direct effect of emotional intelligence on Social skills and the direct effect of emotional intelligence on reducing aggression is not significant.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to predict burnout based on personality traits and self-efficacy in primary teachers in Kerman. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this study included all primary school teachers in Kerman in the academic year of 1398-99 in the number of 145 people. Using the numerical sampling method, 145 teachers were selected as a sample, of which 132 were Participated in the research. Measurement tools were the Maslash Burnout Questionnaire (1981), the Neo Costa and McCurry (1992) Five-Factor Personality Questionnaire, and the Scherrer et al. (1979) Self-Efficacy Questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression using SPSS-22 software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that personality traits and self-efficacy were able to predict burnout. According to the results, by increasing the level of self-efficacy and improving the personality traits of primary teachers, burnout can be prevented.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of computer-based rehabilitation on executive functions (selective attention, working memory and behavioral inhibition) in children with special learning disabilities. This research was conducted by quasi-experimental method (pre-test-post-test with control and follow-up group) in which the statistical population consisted of all students with special learning disabilities (10 to 12 years old), which in the first period of October to mid In November 2016, they had referred to the Center for Learning Disabilities in Ardabil (123 people). Thirty of them were selected by purposive sampling (selection of volunteer students to participate in the study) (16 boys and 14 girls). Strop tests (selective attention), one back test (working memory) and go / do not go (behavioral inhibition) were used to measure executive functions. The students in the experimental group performed cognitive rehabilitation package assignments in 12 sessions of 45 minutes over a period of four weeks. The results of analysis of covariance showed that there was a significant difference between the mean of Stroop post-tests, a previous stimulus and go /do not go students in the experimental and control groups (p <0. 01). In addition, the results of correlated t-test showed that there was no significant difference between the results of the post-test and follow-up. The executive functions of students with special learning disabilities are enhanced by performing computer-based cognitive rehabilitation package assignments, and given that Aram computer-based cognitive rehabilitation package assignments, in addition to being appropriate for students' age, can have executive functions (selective attention, Improve working memory and behavioral inhibition) Students with learning disabilities, can be used by researchers and therapists in the field of learning disabilities.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of using augmented reality technology on learning and retention of seventh grade students in English language course. Statistical Society; All seventh grade students were from one of the high schools in Tehran in the academic year of 1397-98. Statistical sample was selected using available sampling method. This experimental study was a pre-test-post-test with a control group. The number of samples in this study was 30 people, 15 of whom were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the other 15 to the control group. To collect information about this research, a researcher-made questionnaire based on Heidari (2017) research was used, which included 20 questions. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 12 professors and experts in the Department of Educational Sciences and the reliability coefficient of the learning and retention questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach's alpha test of 0. 94 and 0. 91, respectively. After collecting data using descriptive statistics (frequency, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (analysis of covariance), the results were analyzed and showed that the use of augmented reality technology in learning and retention of seventh grade students in English is effective.

Abstract: 

Story and Storytelling is as old as human history in such a way that human beings have portrayed their lives within the framework of stories, and stories have shaped, transformed and changed human life. The present study was a pre-test-post-test with the control group that aimed to investigate the effect of storytelling on moral intelligence and vocabulary treasure of second grade elementary school students. The statistical population included all female students in the second grade of primary school in District 2 of Shiraz in the academic year 1399-1400. The statistical sample consisted of 52 students who were selected by random cluster sampling. The moral intelligence questionnaire of Ali Akbari Dehkordi, Golpayegani and Mohtashami (2015) was used to measure moral intelligence and the revised Wechsler children's intelligence scale was used to measure vocabulary. The results of multivariate analysis of covariance showed that storytelling promotes students' moral intelligence and vocabulary (P≤ 0. 01). Therefore, it can be concluded that children's moral and verbal intelligence can be developed and can be tried to improve it by using appropriate methods.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of compound exercise training on improving the executive functions in four areas: Active memory, decision making and planning, response inhibition, organization and math performance of male students with math disorders. Method: experimental research method, pre-test, post-test with comparison group was used. The statistical population includes 56 boy students with 4th, 5th and 6th grade elementary schools, with mathematic learning disorder in Arak. A sample of 30 students were selected and randomly assigned into two experimental and comparison groups. The Cornwall Active Memory Test and the College Neurological Test were used to measure executive functions and the Ki-Math Mathematical Test was used to measure mathematical performance. Compound exercise training was conducted in 15 sessions per group. The training was based on a combination of sensory-motor and attention enhancement, based on neuropsychiatric enhancement and sensory-motor skills. After completing the training sessions, a post-test was performed and the results were analyzed using covariance analysis. Results: The results of covariance analysis in seven hypotheses showed that the effect of compound movement training on improving executive functions and math performance of students with mathematic learning disorders was statistically significant (P <0. 05). Conclusion: Compound exercise training Sensory-motor methods and increased attention have a positive effect on improving executive functions and math performance of students with disorder.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to identify the effect of school principals' self-concept on organizational learning mediated by professional ethics. The research method is descriptive-correlation and its analysis method is structural equation modeling. The statistical population includes all school principals in District 1 of the Ray city with 154 people using Cochran sampling formula and stratified sampling method. 111 people have been studied with a proportional allocation. To collect data, the modified organizational learning questionnaires of Neife et al. (1990), Professional Ethics of Hosseini (1393) and Carl Rogers Self-Concept (1957) have been used. The reliability of these tools using Cronbach's alpha coefficient is 0. 92, 0. 90 and 0. 86, respectively. The results of one-sample t-test showed that the self-concept of school principals, organizational learning and their professional ethics is higher than the theoretical average. Also, the results of structural equation modeling indicated that respect as one of the components of professional ethics had the ability to predict organizational learning. Structural equation modeling also showed that self-concept had an effect on professional ethics (γ = 0. 30) and organizational learning (γ = 0. 26). But professional ethics have not affected organizational learning. Also, self-concept has not indirectly affected organizational learning through professional ethics.

Abstract: 

The present study aimed to investigate the prediction of social responsibility based on family performance in female students of Qom University. This research is applied in terms of objectives and descriptive in terms of data collection method. The statistical population included 4687 female students of Qom University, 354 of whom were selected by stratified random sampling through Morgan table. Data were collected using the standard Skate, Smith and Bakers (2004) Social Responsibility Questionnaire and the Epstein, Baldwin and Bishab (1950) family performance questionnaires, whose reliability was 0. 734 and 0. 914 based on Cronbach's alpha, respectively. The face and content validity of the questionnaires have been confirmed in various studies. In addition to descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov inferential tests, Pearson correlation and regression tests were used to analyze the data. Findings showed that 7. 7% of the variance of social responsibility can be explained by family performance. Also, according to studies, family performance predicts social responsibility in female students of Qom University. Thus, in order to achieve the benefits of responsibility at the community level, it seems necessary to pay attention to the performance of students' families, which are effective factors in national development.
