Abstract: 

The purpose of this article is to enumerate the effective factors and criteria of Organizational leadership in the implementation of strategies and strategic documents of the revolutionary institutions of the country by a case study of the strategic documents of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method, it is considered as a kind of exploratory type. After reviewing the theoretical foundations, background and exploratory studies, a conceptual model of research is developed and interviewed (qualitative data) and completed a questionnaire. (Quantitative data) was collected by 72 experts in the field of strategic management of the IRGC, research data was collected and analyzed by structural equation method and final model. The proposed leadership model consists of 4 dimensions of support and demand, managerial coalition group, appropriate leadership style and managerial competencies, each of which has components that are presented in the conclusion section and a total of 18 components are presented.

Abstract: 

target is design an strategic model for sustainable human resource management for administrative organizations of Iran. The research method is descriptive in terms of applied purpose and in terms of exploratory nature and in terms of method of collecting and analyzing information, this research is descriptive and survey type. The statistical population in the qualitative field includes professors and researchers in the field of human resource management and senior managers of the administrative and recruitment organization of Iran. so after studying the literature and then to codify the data theory theory method, sustainable human resource management factors were identified. The results of the analysis show that the causal factors affecting sustainable human resource management include human factor, organizational factor and organizational environment. Underlying factors affecting sustainable human resource management including sustainability and retention of human resources, use of infrastructure for organizational sustainability, intervening factors affecting sustainable human resource management including socio-political constraints, environmental legal constraints and financial constraints, strategic factors Effective on sustainable human resource management includes hiring people based on job conditions, formulating and implementing human resource strategies, using and establishing a human resource recruitment system and management principles to apply the payment system, the main and effective phenomena on human resource management Sustainability includes green culture management, sustainable organizational status and behavioral social status and the effective consequences on sustainable human resource management include the economic productivity of the organization, ensuring the interests of employees for the welfare of the organization and development of the organization based on environmental issues.

Abstract: 

Today, resistance economy is considered as a tool for economic prosperity. In this regard, the word resilience in order to strengthen organizations has attracted the attention of many researchers. The resilience of organizations to crises has been one of the most important theoretical and applied concepts in management and organization literature in recent years. Today, despite Pay attention to resilience and its widespread use in various domains in relation to organizational resilience, there is limited theoretical and practical understanding of this concept in its evaluation and measurement. The purpose of this study is to identify the dimensions and components of organizational resilience. The research method is qualitative and textual thematic analysis. This research, in terms of the purpose, is development-functional type and in terms of data collection is descriptive and in terms of data certainty, it's kind of exploratory. Dimensions and components of resilience were extracted from 26 sources. The result of the literature review was the extraction of 43 basic themes (Component 2), 11 organizing themes (Component 1) and 3 general themes. The general themes include strategic, managerial and structural dimensions.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the psychometric properties of the Islamic Spirituality Scale in the workplace with 71 items among NAJA employees. The combined method (content analysis and survey method) was used to conduct the research. In the first stage, in order to identify the dimensions and characteristics of Islamic spirituality based on Quranic teachings and narrations of the Imams (AS) in a qualitative and library form, and in the second stage, interviewing and presenting a questionnaire to 42 experts and to test the structural model of The scrolling method was used. To select a small sample in the survey section, stratified sampling method was used. To this end, 12, 000 employees completed the scale. Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability were used to evaluate the reliability of the instrument. The results showed that the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the 71-item Islamic Spirituality Questionnaire was higher than 0. 70 and also the composite reliability coefficient of all components was higher than 0. 90. To evaluate the convergent validity of the research instrument, the AVE criterion was used, since the square root of all structures is greater than the correlation of structures with other structures in the model. PLS software was used to evaluate the final research model and factor structure of the questionnaire. The results show that the range of factor loadings is between 0. 40 to 0. 70. According to the obtained results, it can be concluded that the 4-factor scale of the Islamic Spirituality Questionnaire has acceptable validity and reliability.

Abstract: 

Today, the use of information and communication technology and the cyberspace platform has overshadowed many aspects of human life; As the relationships of people in this context have led to the formation of the title of "cyber communities". The dimension of security and public order is the most important element in the stability of any society; Cyber communities are no exception to this and seek to outline their criminal policies to ensure the security of life, property and dignity of citizens as well as the security of public institutions in the context of cyberspace. In Iran, due to the high rate of Internet penetration and the large number of users, creating a criminal policy to manage and control cyber anomalies is of great importance and priority; Accordingly, in this category, by examining the documents and studying the library, the trends and approaches of the criminal policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in cyberspace are explained, as a result, a conceptual model of relative cybercrime-related criminal policy for scientific and practical development is presented.

Abstract: 

The right to a fair trial includes a set of principles and rules as essential minimums for the trial to guarantee the rights of the accused and the dignified treatment of the victim in the criminal process. The importance of observing these principles in criminal proceedings has been such that the legislator has assigned Articles 3 to 6 of the Code of Criminal Procedure adopted in 1392 to these principles. In this context, the legislator has implemented the observance of the principles of fair trial with guarantees in several laws, including the Code of Criminal Procedure. Violation of them is accompanied by criminal, disciplinary, administrative, civil and invalid protection. This article is about that By studying and criticizing this performance guarantee in various laws and regulations, What are the effects of guaranteeing the implementation of violations of the principles of fair trial in the Iranian legal system?
