Abstract: 

Implementing MIS had been an intensive investment in industrial and service sector, which its aim is to improve personnel and organizational performance. Investing in such a costly intensive area, brings up a need to evaluate its success or failure.One of the evaluating methods to control success or failure of such system is task-technology fit for user evaluations of MIS, developed by Goodhue.This model is used to evaluate MIS success or failure of industrial and service organizations in Isfahan province.The population of the study consists of all organizations in Isfahan province which had more than one thousand employees. Among them seven organizations chosen randomly which had been established a well MIS. Then 110 questionnaires were distributed among managers and personnels. Finally 62 completed questionnaires were returned. After tabulating the data, descriptive and inferred statistics were used for analysis. The result showed that MIS has been approximately successful in industrial and service organizations in Isfahan province.

Abstract: 

The goal of present research is the analysis of different investment strategies, in two approaches of "Filter" and "Buyand Hold" in Tehran Stock Exchange Market. Since, the different investment strategies, according to above strategies, give different return rates, so, analysis of approaches lead to more return for investors is important, in accordance to, three hypothesis have been set, which will be shown in following:1- The average of monthly return of "Filter" approach is more than the average of monthly return of "Buyand Hold" approach.2- The importance of choosing "Filter" approach and "Buyand Hold" approach in different industries, is not the same.3- Decreasing or increasing the accepted Filter is reverse with its return.Present research includes; abstract, introduction, analysis of different investment strategies, methodology, analysis of data, and presenting results and applied recommendations.

Abstract: 

The Essentional goal of this article is to survey and probe into the role of organizational stress factors on employees performance.For this purpose Road & Transportation Administration, chaharmahal and Bakhtiary province, was selected and to achieve this aim, the following hypothesis was tested: there is a direct relationship between organizational stress factors (structure / policy / role of conflict / process / role of overload interpersonal relation) and performance.The method of research is description and statistical universe which consists of 230 employees of Three Groups; managers / middle managers, supervisors and employees, that was chosen with method of simple random sampling.Methods used for Gathering data and information are library and survey.The results of this study showed that organizational stress factors are effective on employees performance. And the most influencing organizational - stress factor on employees performance is organizational policy.

Abstract: 

Optimal component choice of government physical policies is defined by government utility function and its effective factors. So, the optimal size of budget, public income and barrowing of government to provide the general affair costs, social affair costs and economic affair costs could be defined by utility function subject to organizational and economical constraints. In addition, by this method the government income orientation and effective variable on government utility function are also measurable.In this paper, the structural function of government expenditure and the tax which had been obtained by constraint utility function maximization, has been estimated by weighted ordinary least square. Then, by take some assumption into consideration, the parameters of government utility function have been measured and to follow, the variable of the government utility function has been calculated.the results show that the orientation of tax income and other government incomes source are inclined to the current expenditures and the orientation of oil and gas incomes are toward the investment expenditures.Then, by use of marginal utility concept, this result has been obtained that investment expenditures in comparison with the current expenditures have more utility. Finally, if the tax incomes are allocated to current and investment expenditures, the social welfare will be increased. While, if the domestic barrowing is allocated to investment expenditures, social welfare will be increased.

This paper first reviews the argument about structural effects on employment, than represent the measure of the extent of structural change in employment in the economy. A commonly used measure of the structural change in employment is the rate or coefficient of structural change. The coefficient (or Index) of Structural change is measured as un annual rate of change. This coefficient only measure movements in employment between Industries. On the other hand one of the Indexs that argue about shifting labor force between Sectors is the Income Elasticity of demand (or elasticity of output) to productivity growth ratio. This index shows that labor shift to the sector with the highest ratio (output Elasticity to productivity growth).

Abstract: 

The main goal of this article is "estimating demand for water quality in the Caspian Sea". To obtain this goal Contingency valuation Method (CVM), which does have good theoretical and empirical foundation is being used. The information needed is collected through 400 Completed questionnaires. Then those results which were Consistent with Mitchell and Vaughan ladder of water quality, included 95% of the Completed questionnaires were put on a two axis diagram. Horizontal axis includes four classes of quality for water and vertical axis measures willingness to pay (or accept) associated to four classes of qualities being chosen.Then, the sample results were adjusted to obtain demand for the whole population using Caspian Sea as recreation in the Iranian side of Caspian Sea.

In 1988 professor Anslin provided a comprehensive review of spatial econometrics in his book entitled "Spatial Econometrics, Methods and Models". These techniques followed the main stream quantitative techniques in economic studies. However, it was claimed that these techniques were more adequate in regional and locational studies compared with the conventional econometrics techniques. In studies where locational and spatial aspects of the variables are significant, thus spatial econometrics techniques can be substituted with conventional methods. Therefore, in recent years spatial econometrics has been widely welcomed in regional sciences directly and indirectly. The main aim of this paper is to introduce the concept and subject of spatial econometrics to the persian users. It is also tried to introduce some of the most useful special econometrics models and compare them with conventional models.

Abstract: 

امروزه یکی از سرمایه گذاری های هزینه بر در بخش صنعت و خدمات سرمایه گذاری در سیستم های اطلاعات مدیریت است که با هدف بهبود عملکرد سازمان و فرد انجام می شود. مسلما چنین سرمایه گذاری ایجاب می نماید تا موفقیت آن مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد، لکن از آنجا که دستیابی به معیارهای عینی برای ارزیابی موفقیت سیستم های اطلاعات چندان ساده نیست. یکی از شیوه های ارزیابی، مدل ارزیابی استفاده کنندگان نسبت به تناسب تکنولوژی با وظایف است که به وسیله گودهیو یکی از اندیشمندان آمریکایی به عنوان شاخص اندازه گیری موفقیت سیستم اطلاعات کمی در تصمیم گیری های مدیریت پیشنهاد شده است. دراین مقاله از مدل گود هیو برای برسی موفقیت سیستمهای اطلاعات از 22 سازمان بزرگ دراتان اصفهان به بیش از یکهزار نفر شاغل دارد، هفت سازمان صنعتی وخدماتی شامل مجتمع فولاد مبارکه، پلی اکریل ایران، سیمان سپاهان، برق منطقه ای، نیروگاه برق اصفهان، دانشگاه اصفهان و بیمارستان الزهرا، انتخاب و جمعا یکصد و ده پرسشنامه بین استفاده کنندگان سیستم های اطلاعات مدیریت یعنی مدایران و کارکنان توزیع و از هفتاد پاسخ جمع آوری شده، شصت و دو مورد پرسشنامه کامل مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل فرضیه های تحقیق از روش های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده گردیده که نتایج حاکی از آن است که سیستم های اطلاعات مدیریت در سازمان های خدماتی و صنعتی استان اصفهان تقریبا موفق بوده است.
