For identify relation between phytoplankton concentration and environmental factors four station in bandarabbas coastal waters located. In this study 48 genera of phytoplankton related to Diatoms, Dinofllagellates, Blue-green (Cyanophycsae), and Haptophyceae identified that diatoms with 31 genera (%64.59), followed by dinoflagellates with 13 genera (%27.08), blue-green alga with 3 genera (%6.25), and Haptophyceae with 1 genera (%2.08) were dominate phytoplankton community respectively. Dinoflagellates concentration mean was 11016 (Cell/litr) followed by diatoms with 5340 (Cell/lit), cyanophyceae 3070 (Cell/lit) and haptophyceae 391 (Cell/lit) reported. Margalleff biodiversity index for phytoplankton cpmmunity renged between 332 to 2.035 in bandarabbas coastal waters. In this study temperature mean was 27.3 (c), salinity 34.5 (ppt) and nutrient renges were for po4 (231mg/lit), Sio2 (262mg/lit), No2 ((41mg/lit) and No3 (164 mg/lit)reported. Pearson correlation matrix showed a signifficant correlation between nutrient and phytoplankton community (Po4(P</05, r=/661), Sio2 (P</05, r=/585), No2 (P</05, r=/575), No3 (P</05, r=/624)) .We found inverse correlation brtween salinity and phytoplankton concentration (P</05, r=-/737) but between temperature and phytoplankton concentration not found significant correlation (P>/05, r=/118).
