In recent decades, on economic, social and ecological researches has been attention to border areas. The desire and enthusiasm emanating from the special zones may cause compatibility and consistency of economic convergence between their countries. In totally, Commercial transaction and economy in the border areas can be playa fundamental role in promoting the advancement of sustainable development, especially in border areas of the economy, improving people's living standards, reduce poverty, income distribution and stimulate further cooperation between border areas. Creating border markets in recent decades has had a major effect on cities. Some of these effects can be urban growth, increasing trade, exchange, land and housing prices. This study to investigate the role of border markets in land and housing prices in the city of Baneh during 1996-2013 using descriptive and analytical method. Data has been collected from land and housing real estate agents. As well as statistics on the number of building permits are obtained from Baneh municipality. In this study, using three parameters (minimum, maximum and average) of two variables divided residential and commercial lands. Also Crosstab method has been used for price trend assessment. The result indicate that neighborhoods located in the city center due to access to services and commercial centers had very high price increase and As well as the avoiding from city center, housing and land prices will be decline.

Urban Morphology is the knowledge of recognizing shape of city and studying city structure as human residence. This knowledge helps to determine the hierarchy of urban changes. Because the physical environment makes the future behaviors and changes, identification of physical changes is important to predict future changes. The most important components of urban morphology are structure of the street network and land use. Studying the structure of the street network in order to identify its power and capabilities in relation to land use and traffic parameters can provide useful options for decision makers. This study aims to investigate the relationship between structural capabilities and land uses between Maali Abad Street and Gulistan Town (District 6 Shiraz Results show that each part of the urban network has specific capabilities to which we should pay attention in management of traffic services. If land uses are placed according to network capacity, urban space reaches its highest efficiency and will have a better shape.

The increasing level of urbanization has created many different socio-economic problems in developing countries. Attention toward the security of citizens and their promotion became as one of the essential priorities for professional and scholars. Identifying and analyzing criteria is very different in city zone and changing with respect to physical, functional and environmental components. The city of Shiraz faced socio-economic and physical transformation due to substantial migration from eastern and southern provinces which consequently influenced the security of different regions of the city. The aim of this research is to analysis the physical criteria of public spaces in Shiraz regarding to security feeling in the different parts. The methodology of the research is based on descriptive-analytical approaches and a random sampling method was applied to the statistical society of 608810. Cochran was used to obtain the number of sample which is 384 people. The data were processed using SPSS and F-Test was applied to analyze the difference between depended arid independent variables. The results revealed that the level of security feeling was higher in low income areas (12.74) compared to the middle and higher income parts of the city (11.56 and 12.42 respectively). With regard to the presented data in different parts of the city, the observed means about security feeling confirmed the difference level in the regions of Shiraz with low variation.

Today there is no doubt that the requirement human sustainable living, symbiotic coexistence with nature wherever and whenever it is exposed to risk of injury, as well as various forms of life are faced with a variety of disorders. Because of the marked loop interface between man and nature parks are the places to be seen as one of the first functions that urban residents are somehow always in contact with it. With respect to the issue of safety in public spaces and urban parks, this is the city of Izeh examined in this study. The purpose of this research is based on a practical and based on research, descriptive - analytical. Obtaining information prepared and distributed a questionnaire among a sample of 391 people conducted using parametric test, One Way ANOV A, analysis of research effort has been inferred. Analytical results suggest that the 10 parks surveyed in this study, Laleh park, Shade, Bannu, sultan dinavar, city, shahrbazi, sakhraei, Baharan And Azadegan Based on the average Likert spectrum to 1.56, 1.58, 1.74, 1.75, 1.77, 1.80, 1.81, 1.85, 2.02, 2.04 (According to the normal average 3), Safety should not have any normal circumstances, it is necessary now more than ever it's important for city managers focus their attention and immediate action to improve safety conditions of city parks to take.

This study looking for urban density of Tabriz metropolitan and assess the sustainability of the physical form this metropolitan with emphasis on the new patterns of urbanism and the main aim of study is investigation The possibility of high population each of the municipal areas of Tabriz. In first part population change, population density and area change of Tabriz metropolitan is studied. In the next part, districts of municipality of Tabriz metropolitan due to the density factors (population and area) are compared. Finally, with respect to the regulations of Tabriz Municipality (floor area: 60% and 20 m2 open space of any residential unit) number of residential units and the high population of the metropolitan district is anticipated. Results indicate that the population density of Tabriz metropolitan during 1956 to 2006 continually declined. Also, annual growth area during the mentioned years is over than annual growth population. Thus can be said Tabriz metropolitan is faced with urban sprawl. Investigation The possibility of high population each of the municipal areas of Tabriz shows that district 4 and 3, respectively, with an estimated population of over 537900 and 430320 people will have the maximum population. Also, district 8 and 6, respectively, with an estimated population of over 105600 and 140580 people will have the minimum population.

Among the various cities, extractive towns have special features, including a high focus on industries and mining activities; high environmental contaminants and social problems caused by the occupational migration, and cultural duality that could be the issue of instability in the environmental, economic, social-cultural and physical aspects created or exacerbated. In order to applied assessment indicators to determine statues of urban sustainability for the Iranian exploitative towns seem necessary. The aim of this study was to analyze and evaluate the social-cultural aspects and sustainable urban development in the Asalooye city located southern of Iran South and north of Pars Sea coast and in term of methods and procedure governing this descriptive-analytical study. Information required by the review of documents, field and completed questionnaires were collected by using SPSS software and valuation of indicators using a Likert-case is analyzed. Statistical analysis of the results after using the T-student test, Wilcoxon and Friedman tests indicate instability in the social - cultural dimension and sustainable urban development in the city.

In the asset-based approach to urban development, we tried all assets of the community (both material and non-material) be considered as a basis for development. Among the assets of a community, social capital and place attachment are important and can be stimulating the development of a neighborhood or city, because these two types of assets causes that resident into the arena other assets, such as intellectual and financial capital for improving their living environment. Then in this research, we tried have measured place attachment and social capital in Sardeh neighborhood of Sabzevar city and analyze the impact of these variables on residents' participation in neighborhood development. The general approach of this research is descriptive-analytical and one combination of library and field methods has been used for data collection. Questionnaire have been used for collecting data in the field study, sample size is 100 people and the unit of analysis is the household. Analysis method of data is statistical test including one sample T test and correlation. The results show that social capital and place attachment is more than average. Further these two variables have significant impact on level of residents' participation in rehabilitation programs of the neighborhood. therefore it is essential that municipal officials and planner consider social capital and place attachment in planning associated with this community and should be have strove to maintain public trust - especially people trust to urban management that is one of the most important aspects of social capital - and the sense of people's belonging and attachment to their dwelling place.
