Although there is various sights about soft threat stances and its concept, but analyzing security principles of Islam system imply that moral category play a prominent role in recognizing this one and even soft threat identity. That's why it is consider as a one of the softwar-type security making requirements in Islam that attempt on structure and reinforcement of moral security. In this article authors by using expository – analytical method aim to answer to this question that: what are the soft threat features that relates to moral security of Sadum tribe? Done analysis imply to: First, holy Quran on the basis of human nature congnition, plots some values and goals for him. In description of deviances counts some factors like psychological, social and even metaphysical, physical ones and from another side said that sexual deviance infrastructures are resulted from cultural failure and detour of Amre be marouf and nahy az monkar (it means order to being truth and avoiding from fault) Second, people justice flighting because of false social customs among themselves and neglecting norms, also can regard as the soft threat features that relates to Sadum tibe moral security. Third, corruption of family, being along with deviant people, social unorganized and situation, cultural incoherence, sneer and finally Sadum tribe ignorance are including semantic elements that cover soft threat in Sadum tribe. Fourth, from total notes which about theories present in this article, it is clear that security has a software-type nature and hard security without it, has no mean.

Soft power is a word which in international relations theories in order to description of a group political capability like government for indirect influence on behavior or interests of other political groups through cultural or ideological tools applied. By advent and growing those international relations theories that were furthering a way from classical theories, it is required to emphasise on soft power. Liberal sights theorists, consciously or unconsciously focuses on soft power application in international relations scene. Critical standpoint said that soft power is a concept that by critical theory is grown and some of its components like conversation have been supported and also in structural theory of negligence the intrapsychic element, has a deep unanimity with one of the basic component of soft power rather being neglected by theorist’s critical viewpoints.

Information revolution resulted in basic mutation in power phenomenon. In countries domestic scene, by increasingly expanding of democracy waves, we are witness of becoming deficient of repression tools behalf of governments and their undertaking in economic-technologic domains. In international scene, rehearsal of international boycotts and efficiency of foreign loans and assistance in conduncting countries foreign policy, has critical role. In addition, information revolution has changed power tools and resources. So that in national and international scene, countries which have advanced information technology, also will have more power. Current age changes especially in power phenomenon area were emphasized by various scientifics like Francis Fukuyama, Samuel Huntington and Alvin Toffler. The aim of this article is answering to this question that how could explain the process of power changes in passing modern period to postmodern? Based on these research findings, transition of hard power to soft power, through new power relying on wisdom principle is possible. However, It cannot definitely mention to this transition as a promise to totalitarianism end and obtain of the best.

Soft power is of emerging subjects which in spite of its being new, of lexical nature relate to past. So that the exact scrutiny of Imam khomeiny idea imply to dominant of software on hardware demention of power. Imam theoretical and practical demeanours mention to emergence of new kind of power that Islamic worldview forms its centrality. So that's why the initial point of soft power production process in Imam Idea is based on revival and expanding the values and preferences of Islamic religion. Recovering the Islamic culture means reclamation of soft power basic resources that in next stages can help politic system to change to social capital and legitimation of politic system. So this article while answering to this question that what is the soft power production mechanism in Imam Khomeini idea? Claim that process of soft power production in Imam idea include three stages: 1) production of culture, value, policy, idea, belief, and generally accepted, legal and attractive intellectual believes flows, 2) processing pattern and 3) soft power initial resources conversion to social capital and politic legitimation.

Current article using analytical and descriptive methods attempt to analyze Islamic Republic of Iran soft power features, basics and components. Soft power for survival and continuity of democracy systems, comparing autocratic systems, has critical importance. Islamic Republic of Iran, as a religious democratic system, from initial point was persuading in acquire, cover, continue and improve of soft power components. Because through soft power improving in usual times, while attracting ideas, thoughts and hearts of parties, can save its hard and semi hard power for critical occasions. The findings of this research show that the type of used soft power in Islamic Republic, comparing liberal systems of west democracy, is of growth-based kind that means the ability of having influence on others behaviors whithout any compulsion and temptation, and based on conduction. Three main components of soft power in Islamic Republic of Iran, including religious democracy theory, justice and dying, and liberty and independence principles, have indiscerptible elements of eachother that are resulted from Mohamad pure Islam basics and especially Shieh top culture and comparing present politic systems, has could attract Iranian and region countries people thoughs and ideas.

Soft power is among new phenomenons and novel method to counter with independent and opponent regimens with imposed order of imperialistic governments which recognition of its dementions and the way of its formation help to finds ways for dealing with. In this article, while study lexical mean of sedition and its features in Ali words, it is also surveyed its relation and effect on soft power phenomenon. Then based on Imam Ali sermon and letters attempted to explain social motives of sedition conduct in soft power. So people governor and blind specials or sacreds a role has determined, and the role of each one relating to sedition social induction in soft power has expressed.

In globalization and development of information and communication technologies age, we are witness of increasingly importance of information power. The necessity of study the effect of these technologies as an element of national power in this framework is measurable. Current research attempt to study new information and communication technologies effects on policy makingin in diplomacy and security domains. So this question designed that "what are the new information and communication technologies effects as a part of soft power, on policy making in diplomacy and security?" This research claim that new advancements as a main tool of cultural globalization has made it necessary to review its diplomacy and concept, and with converting security from traditional form to its new design and importance of general new diplomacy, paying attention to macro defensive-security strategies in soft power framework have been necessary. Mentioned claim by descriptive, documental and second analyze method, will be investigated.
