Abstract

SOFT POWER is a word which in INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS THEORIES in order to description of a group political capability like government for indirect influence on behavior or interests of other political groups through cultural or ideological tools applied. By advent and growing those INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS THEORIES that were furthering a way from classical theories, it is required to emphasise on SOFT POWER. Liberal sights theorists, consciously or unconsciously focuses on SOFT POWER application in international relations scene. Critical standpoint said that SOFT POWER is a concept that by CRITICAL THEORY is grown and some of its components like conversation have been supported and also in STRUCTURAL THEORY OF NEGLIGENCE the intrapsychic element, has a deep unanimity with one of the basic component of SOFT POWER rather being neglected by theorist’s critical viewpoints.
