Abstract: 

Ethnographic studies are not based on particular theoretical approaches; likewise, theory test is not a consideration. Theoretical approaches in ethnographical researches are only beneficial for scholars deepening perception of standard conceptual framework in human sciences. Therefore, theoretical approaches are used until an explicit relationship is clarified.This viewpoint is a research method in phenomenology which stresses intellectual and behavioral philosophy. Anthropologists and ethnographists are not interested in simplex or few data collection. They prefer studying people or culture profoundly. In the eyes of ethnography, useful information is obtained in field research among society. This paper is done in a local organization. Witnessing and interview are means of organizational culture cognition which is gained by analyzing 11 factors:1-Respecting religious mottos and values, 2-Subordination3-Official behaviors4-Organization identity5-Physical symbols6-Individualism7-Customer orientation slogan8-Income orientation9-Organization rules emphasis10-New manager forbiddance11-Language, in five levels: artifacts(language), artifacts(symbols), artifacts(behavioral patterns), values and cardinal beliefs.

Abstract: 

Today, in modern marketing knowledge it is claimed that the behavior of brands are similar to human. In fact ,this similarity is indicative that brands not only have external impressions but also have inner effect to assist businesse in achieving their competitive advantage.The aim of the current study is to investigate the relationship between brand trust and brand citizen behavior with emphasizing on the mediating role of brand commitment in the area of health entrpereneurship. In terms of objective, this study is considered as an empirical one, and the research methodology is descriptive-correlative type. The population includes 260 customers in health and beauty clinics and among those people, 152 individuals were selected to be studied using Cochran's sample size formula and through random sampling method. Measurement tool in this research was standard questionnaire and structural equation modeling (SEM) and Lisrel 8.5 software were used for data analysis.The results show the there is a significant and positive relatioonship beween brand trust and brand citizinship behavior and brand commitment mediate the relationship between brand trust and brand citizieship behavior.

Abstract: 

when that the successful organizations was related to their culture, organizational culture more than ever before considered. Academics and practitioners focused on how organizational culture develops, changes and institutionalizes, and discussed various aspects of management culture( a dynamic process of create a new culture, maintain, modify or change the existing culture). In this study, we investigated the culture and the challenges of culture management and mechanisms to overcome these challenges in a mother company. First, to assess the existing culture, a questionnaire was used. At this stage stratified random sampling method and sample size was 3323 members of the company. In the next phase, challenges and obstacles and ways to overcome it were investigated. Data gathering tools in this phase was interviews (individual and focus groups) with about 330 people from three companies. So after analyzing the questionnaires based on gender, age, class and education, in any of the classes were identified existing culture and after analyzing the interviews, we classified the main challenges for the management of culture in three categories and ways to overcome it was divided into four groups.

Abstract: 

From the research objective, the current survey is an applied one. From the research approach, this is a descriptive one. Statistical population of this research consist from the staffs’ of governmental hospitals, under the coverage of social security in Tehran. The instrument for collecting information is questionnaire. In the current study 200 questionnaires were distributed among the staff of the related hospitals. Finally 120 questionnaires were gathered and analyzed. The confirmatory factor analysis, one sample t test and the freedman tests are used as the statistical tests in this research. The results show, except the standards of responding to claims and suggestions, the other standards are not in an appropriate condition. Concerning not that much research is done regarding the topic of this article in our country. It is hoped the results and suggestions of this survey could be utilized by the stakeholders in Iranian hospitals and promote the risk management in them.

Abstract: 

The present study aimed to analyze and formulate strategy of Cement Sistan based on SWOT analysis. The study method is descriptive-analytic and applied in terms of aim. The study population is beneficiaries of All sale and Export area are divided into Three groups including sale experts and managers 15 People, local customers 10 People and internal customers 20 people .Data collection included interviews and questionnaires developed by the researchers is based on findings from the interviews. the most important Strengths of Cement Sistan are the quality of products and Financial Ability Company. The most Important weaknesses are costly products transportation in competitive market and the lack Regulation Sale. The most important opportunities are Despite Selling Export Markets and No Replacement Products; and the most Important Threats are Boundary limitations and the Problems of Points in Export and the lack of Diversity in Iran. Using a Matrix of IE, it was Found that the Company's Position in the Offensive Zone is the area with the strategies were Prioritization Matrix QSPM. The most important strategies are Including the diversity of homogenous products, development of Nimrooz Cement of Afghanistan, Increasing export to GCC and east African countries, and penetration in new markets and making target Market specialized.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to identify bottlenecks and industrial prioritize investment in the province of sistan and baluchestan. To compare and rank investment priority in the province, three methods of Factor Analysis, Numerical Taxonomy and Topsis model are used. In the method of Factor Analysis and Numerical Taxonomic, 19 indicators of investment, which have the same weight, is used. The model eliminates negative indices and other 17 indicators have different weights according to special status in the province and Theoretical Foundations of capital investment. Results of all three techniques in industrial priority of the province show that mineral production, textiles and food manufacturing activities are in the priority of capital investment.

Abstract: 

Today, the use of appropriate information systems for organizations is necessary and inevitable. Human Resources Information Systems is one of the most important of these systems play an important role in support of management decision making and the effectiveness of measures and functions human resource management. The main purpose of this paper is to identify aspects of HRIS and explain the relationship between human resource information systems and the effectiveness of human resource management in government agencies. Research statistic societies consisted of experts and managers in department of human resources in Sistan and Baluchistan government agencies. A questionnaire was used to collect the information needed research and structural equation modeling approach was used to verify the hypotheses. According to the analysis results, all hypotheses were confirmed. In other words, human resources information systems with two components of human resource information systems effects (functional, communication and development) and human resource information systems functions (strategic integration, knowledge management, staff development and predicting and planning), is positive on the effectiveness of human resources management and forecast much of the variation in the effectiveness of human resource management.

Abstract: 

This study aimed to investigate the role of Analysis of the role Organizational Learning Mechanisms in the Manner of Sharing Knowledge among teachers has been conducted in years 1392-93. Sample space of this project includes all teachers of grade one secondary school in Ardebil (area 1 and 2), By means of Kokaran formula, statistical samples were selected, using simple random method and we selected 250 teachers, who were tested by the same method. Inorder to gather the data, we devised two questionnaires in order Organizational Learning Mechanisms Armstrong & Foley & manner of sharing knowledge by Majid Research and realiability of which ate 0.79 and 0.86 respectively. The gathered data were analyzed step by step using few statistical methods: "single sampled T", "Pirsons correlation coefficient" and "multiple regression analysis". The results indicate that the condition of Organizational Learning Mechanisms and manner of sharing knowledge in grade one secondary schools in Ardebil town, has an average above normal. According to correlations based on the hypothesis of the research, It is indicated that there is a positive relation between Organizational Learning Mechanisms and manner of sharing knowledge. According to the results of multiple regression analysis among different aspects of Organizational Learning Mechanisms, determining growth need, learning, and providing it, are respectively convenient predictors for manner if sharing knowledge.
