Abstract: 

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین هوش سازمانی و عملکرد سازمانی با میانجی گری خلاقیت در میان کارکنان دانشگاه تهران بوده است. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را، شامل کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه تهران و روش نمونه گیری از نوع نمونه گیری طبقه ای ساده بوده است. ابزار جمع آوری داده، پرسشنامه های هوش سازمانی کارل آلبرشت، عملکرد سازمانی هرسی و گلدسمیت و پرسشنامه خلاقیت سازمانی رندسیپ بوده است که بین افراد نمونه توزیع و گردآوری شده است. آزمون های روایی و پایایی با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS v22 انجام گردید و فرضیه های این پژوهش با استفاده از روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و با کمک نرم افزار Smart-PLS v2 مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. یافته: نتایج حاکی از آن است که ضریب معناداری سه مسیر میان متغیرهای هوش سازمانی، خلاقیت و عملکرد سازمانی (به ترتیب 9. 279، 6. 382 و 2. 218) از 1. 96 بیشتر اند که این مطلب نشان دهنده این امر است که تاثیر مستقیم هوش سازمانی بر عملکرد سازمانی و همچنین تاثیر غیرمستقیم هوش سازمانی بر عملکرد سازمانی از طریق متغیر میانجی خلاقیت، در سطح اطمینان 0. 95 معنادار بوده و باعث تایید هر 4 فرضیه پژوهش می شود. نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که تاثیر مستقیم هوش سازمانی بر عملکرد سازمانی و همچنین تاثیر غیرمستقیم هوش سازمانی بر عملکرد سازمانی از طریق متغیر میانجی خلاقیت، در سطح اطمینان 0. 95 معنادار بوده و دارای رابطه مثبت معنادار می باشند.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational performance through creativity mediation among Tehran University staff. Method: The research method is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research includes all the staff of Tehran University and simple sampling method. The data gathering tool was Karl Albrecht's Organizational Intelligence Questionnaire, Hers's organizational performance, and Goldsmith's organizational readiness questionnaire, which was distributed among the sample population. Validity and reliability tests were performed using SPSS v22 software. The hypotheses of this study were tested using structural equation modeling and Smart-PLS v2 software. Findings: The results show that the three-way coefficients between organizational intelligence, organizational creativity and organizational performance (9. 279, 6. 382, and 2. 218, respectively) are higher than 1. 96, which suggests that the direct impact of organizational intelligence on organizational performance as well as indirect impact Organizational intelligence has a significant effect on organizational performance through the mediator of creativity at the confidence level of 0. 95 and confirms all four research hypotheses. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the direct effect of organizational intelligence on organizational performance as well as the indirect effect of organizational intelligence on organizational performance through the intermediary variable of creativity is significant at a confidence level of 0. 95 and has a positive significant relationship.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of flipped learning strategy on improving reflective thinking and all components of them in second grade high school male students in Math. The research method was semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with a control group. And the statistical population of this study are all second grade high school male students in Ahar city in the academic year of 1396-1397; among them, samples of 46 were selected by cluster sampling method and randomly divided into two groups of experimental and control. Data were gathered using Kember and Leyong(2000) questionnaire. Initially, questionnaire was run as Pretest on both groups(experimental and control). Then, the experimental group was subjected to flipped learning strategy; and the control group was Traditional learning in mathematics course for 13 sessions. After completion of educational sessions, both Post-test groups were performed. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics(multivariate covariance analysis). The results of the analysis of covariance showed that the flipped learning strategy was effective on reflective thinking. Also, based on the results, the effect of flipped learning on all components of reflective thinking (habit action, understanding, reflection, and critical reflection) is positive and meaningful.

Abstract: 

Context: The most important pillar of the development of any country is research. Therefore, developed countries spend a considerable amount of their gross income on research, and as a result, the job of some people has been research. The distinctive feature of the research from other activities, such as study is creativity, and systematic innovation in the scale of knowledge that has made enterprises and even countries competitive. The more innovation and creativity in a country is, the better it is in terms of credibility over other countries. Innovation and creativity require specific infrastructure, one of which is legal and moral infrastructure. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the legal and moral infrastructure of creativity in society. Method: The research method is quasi-experimental. First, by examining the texts and interviewing the experts, the ethical and legal factors affecting creativity were extracted, and then, using the Demethan theme, relationships between them were examined. The statistical population of all experts in the field of ethics, law, creativity and innovation is the statistical sample of 30 people who have been selected as snowstorms. Results: The analysis of the results shows that shortcomings, over-opportunities, easy access to judicial courts, the recognition of the individual and social effects of virtues, proper laws and the existence of transparency are the most important causes of human morality. The social environment, education, adherence to patterns of morality, the recognition of virtues and vices, the implementation of the lawlessness of the law, the recognition of virtues rewards, and the recognition of punishments are causing disadvantages. Conclution: In order to observe the ethics of research, it must first be trained and the models, especially the sovereignty, should adhere to intellectual property rights. It is also easy to have access to judicial tribunals to investigate research offenses.

Abstract: 

Aim: The purpose of this study was to comparison effect extensively thinking skills and self-regulation learning strategies training on creativity (fluidity, initiative, flexibility, expansion) of students. Method: The research method was semi experimental with pre and post-test plan and following was done with two experimental groups and one witness group. The statistical population of this study consisted of all female primary school students of Khorramabad Secondary School in the academic year of 2016-2017 in 1353 individuals. The sample size was 45 people selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. In two groups and evidence (each group of 15) was randomly replaced. After that, the students of experiment group were instructed self regulation learning strategies and extensively thinking skills thought, at this time, the control group students did not receive any training. The Torens crew questionnaire (1966) was used to collect data; finally, for analysis of data, covariance analysis was used using SPSS software. Results: The findings showed that in the post-test and follow-up stages, the training of self-regulation learning strategies could affect general creativity and all its minor components, except for the sub-component of the initiative in the post-test and in the follow-up phase only for the sub-component of the expansion of the effect meaningful; also, the results showed that the training of broad-based thinking skills could have a significant effect on the sub-components of flexibility and expansion in the post-test stage, but this effect was not sustained in the follow-up phase. On the other hand, the results indicated that the teaching of self-regulation learning strategies in comparison with the broadening of thinking skills had a greater impact on overall creativity and sub-components (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Therefore, it can be said that teaching self-regulation learning strategies and extensive thinking skills can increase students' creativity.

Abstract: 

Background: The world around us is rapidly changing. To keep pace with these changes and, subsequently, solve the issues caused by these transformations, we need creative and innovative people. Objective: This study mainly aimed at determining the effectiveness of a doodle-book training program in increasing creativity and its components among 6-year-old children. Methods: This quasi-experimental study followed by a pretest-post-test design with a control group. The present study had a statistical population including all preschool students in Zahedan selected using a convenience sampling method. In this regard, two classes were chosen as experimental groups (girls: 24, boys: 22) and two classes were selected as control groups (girls: 22, boys: 22). The experimental groups took part in 10 sessions of the doodle-book training program and Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (Form B) was carried out on these groups before and after holding the sessions. Results: Results of a multiple-way analysis of co-variance indicated that the doodle-book training program increased creativity and its components among the children. Moreover, results of a multivariate analysis of variance demonstrated that there was a statistically significant difference between the girls’ and boys’ groups with regard to the components of creativity. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the doodle-book training program can be effective in increasing creativity among preschool children.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of mental health in students' creative behaviors. Method: The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection, descriptive-correlational. The statistical population included all students of girls' schools in Tehran during the academic year of 96-97. The sample consisted of 150 girl students from Tehran who were selected by cluster random sampling method. The instruments used were Goldberg General Health Questionnaire and Pediatric Creativity Questionnaire. To analyze the data, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were used. Results: The findings showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between mental health and creative behaviors. Also, the results of regression analysis showed that anxiety and insomnia among mental health components can predict-0. 60 of variance of creative behaviors. Conclusion: According to research findings, one of the factors influencing the students' creative behaviors is their mental health.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to provide a conceptual model of creativity in domestic marketing with a performance improvement approach in the water and wastewater industry. Method: The method of analysis of this study was a Structural Interpretative Method (ISM). Using this method, the analysis of the proposed model was performed. Findings: The results show that the variables of the comprehensive motivational system, the economic attitude towards the water industry, the comprehensive human capital system, the system of competence in appointments, prospects, and the formulation of strategy and process management in the hybrid region. Impact-dependency strength diagram An analytical method has been used to show that the variables in this area have a penetration power and a high degree of dependence. Ultimately, these dimensions are considered as key variables, or the key dimensions of internal marketing, and they have been particularly important for the implementation of internal marketing in the water and wastewater industry.

Abstract: 

The main objective of the research was to investigate the effectiveness use of researcher– made multimedia software on the quality of Creativity science in Fifth grade elementary school. This research was quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest design with a control group. The statistical population was of All students of the fifth grade of the elementary school of Tarom city were in the academic year 2017-18, among 40 schools in the form of two groups of evidence and testing And each group has 20 schools were selected by random cluster sampling method. One group (n = 20) was selected as the experimental group and the other group (n =20) as the control group. In the experimental group, the software training and in the control group and After the end of the test, post-test was performed on both groups. To collect information, the Abedi Creative Development Achievement Questionnaire was used to determine the reliability of the academic achievement tests that obtained 0. 838 for the pre-test and 0. 856 for the post-test. The data were analyzed with covariance analysis and T test. The results showed that the researcher– made educational software had a positive effect the quality of science in Fifth grade elementary school (P>0. 001).

Abstract: 

Background: Attention to the brilliant talents is an important global movement. Understanding the characteristics of gifted students, especially their emotional-social characteristics, is very important and also because the role of school in the process of social-emotional development and their quality of life, so we need a comprehensive study of the school environment. Purpose: Therefore, the purpose was to compare the school environment and emotional intelligence as an indicator of socio-emotional characteristics among gifted and normal students in both levels of school and class. Metod: Participants included 134 gifted students and 82 normal students from high schools who were randomly selected from 4 gifted and ordinary schools. The instruments included school environment questionnaire and Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire. The method was multilevel analysis in two levels of school and class. Founding: The results showed that the school environment and emotional intelligence were significantly different between the two groups. Multilevel test results showed that a significant difference between the perceptions of the school environment in gifted schools, so that gifted students in the educational expectations, educational opportunities and relationships with teachers had a higher mean than normal students and the type of class didn't affect the perception of the school environment and wasn't meaningful. We also foundedthat the mean of emotional intelligence was higher in gifted students and the type of class didn't related to emotional intelligence. Conclusion: Generally, due to the higher emotional intelligence in the gifted, their perceptions of the school are also higher, and therefore it is important to meet the educational expectations of gifted students
