Abstract: 

Purpose: the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of time-management training on creativity and its components of students in elementary school. Method: Semi-experimental research was a pre-test-post-test with control group. The statistical population of this study included all female students of the sixth grade of elementary school in Sabzevar city (2016-17 academic years). For this purpose, 40 female students of sixth grade girl students were selected through a cluster sampling method in one of the Shahed schools. They were randomly assigned to two groups named experimental (20 persons) and control (20 persons). Pretest was done on both groups. The experimental group received a time management training program in ten sessions of 60 minutes, while the control group did not receive any plans. After two weeks training the post-test was performed on both groups. The instrument was Abedi Creativity Questionnaire (1985). The collected data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (covariance analysis). Results: The results showed that time management training had a positive and significant effect on creativity and elaboration and originality components; but not significant effect on fluency and flexibility components. Conclusion: According to the results, it could be said that time management training reinforce creativity thinking of students in science class, so attention to role of time management training for enhancing students creativity thinking is recommenced to the teachers.

Abstract: 

Background: Creativity key factor in the field of social sciences, psychology and education. In the world of civilized survival and success in various spheres of human activity depends on the creativity in that area. Several factors affect the creativity of the capital, including its psychological factors. Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between psychological capital and creativity women managers in schools in Dezful. Method: The design of research was correlation. The population consisted of all women managers in schools in Dezful and sample included 101 women managers in primary schools selected Census. Data was collected by using the positive psychological capital questionnaire (Luthans, 2007) and creativity questionnaire (Rand Syp, 1986). Statistical method included Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis. Results: The results of Pearson correlation coefficient showed that psychological capital (r = 0. 50), self-efficacy (r = 0. 61), hopefulness (r = 0. 35), optimism (r = 0. 43) and resiliency (r = 0. 31), with creativity has a positive and significant relationship.

Abstract: 

Background: In the current environment that is constantly changing and evolving, and the acceleration of community development has resulted in an abundance of information and multiplicity of information sources, the value and importance of concepts such as knowledge management, knowledge-oriented leadership, and innovation have become more and more evident. Purpose: The aim of present study is to invest the impacts of knowledge-oriented leadership and organizational value on innovation performance with clarifying role of knowledge sharing. Method: population of study during this study consisted from employees in public organization in city of Kerman, among which 345 subjects were selected as sample of study through stratifies random sampling way and Cochran's formula. Data gathering tool was a standard questionnaire, whose face validity was confirmed by professors and scholars in this regard. In order to determine reliability, Cronbach alpha coefficient was used. Present study is an applied descriptive survey in terms of purpose and data gathering way. Considered model was explored using structural equations model and software LISREL. Findings: The findings from the statistical model indicate that the proposed model is elegant data and organizational values and knowledge-oriented leadership have a significant positive effect on innovation performance, however, the sharing of knowledge in relation to the role of mediator. Conclusions: In this regard, when the knowledge sharing as a mediating variable in the equation is treated with more power. In other words it can be said that organizational value and knowledge-oriented leadership with role mediator knowledge sharing by increase innovation performance. This research will contribute in increasing the knowledge upon the impacts of organizational value and knowledge-oriented leadership on innovation performance and also indicating the role of knowledge sharing as a psychological mechanism, through which organizational value and knowledge-oriented leadership effects on innovation performance.

Abstract: 

Background: now a day innovation is as a basic challenging for remaining organization and make it succeed because of employees’ job function and job satisfaction direct organization, individual’ s job function is very important for surviving organization and job satisfaction is necessary for productivity, so They are a main goal for each organization and each of them should be provide a possible situation for each employee till they become satisfied, one of the important organization is school which maturing new generation and the most function of it related to theachers, thus the educational authorities should be recognize the factors that improve teachers’ job function and job satisfaction. Objective: The main purpose of this study, the relationship between organizational innovation and teachers’ job performance and job satisfaction in primary schools is Alborz Province, Method: the applied research and descriptive. In order to collect information, a questionnaire that its validity was evaluated using two criteria CVR and CVI It was to help construct validity and reliability, among the sample of 200 teachers of elementary schools Alborz Province was distributed The data collected with the help of SPSS and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient, Durbin Watson, Fisher and regression analysis were used. Result The results showed that innovation has a significant impact on job satisfaction. The studies also showed that organizational innovation on job performance is also effective. Conclusion: Thus, according to this study, it is suggested that in order to promote job satisfaction and job performance among teachers, administrators and organizational innovation and organizational innovation is more important to be considered one of the main activities in schools.

Abstract: 

Background: Proper and desirable implementation of entrepreneurship policies as a driver of innovation and economic growth plays a key role in economic development and the emergence of knowledge-based economies. The implementation phase is one of the most important and challenging stages of the policy process. This stage is the starting point for realizing the goals. Several factors can play a role in the implementation of a policy. The researchers, in their turn, described the factors influencing the successful implementation of a script, pgnoring attention to these factors con challenge the implementation of the policies. Purpose: The objective of this research is to achieve the most important barriers in the implementation of development programs in the field of entrepreneurship. Method: This study was conducted in terms of practical purpose, collecting qualitative data and using a deep interview technique with 14 experts and development program executives. The purposeful sampling method and the criterion for determining the sample size is the theoretical saturation obtained in the 12th theoretical saturation, Also for data analysis, open and axial coding was used. Findings: obstacles include: the nature (the lack of a single custodian, the lack of the standardization of laws, the multiplicity of rules and the non-alignment of the rules), participatory (lack of participation of actors and lack of Stakeholder participation), executives (lack of commitment and accountability in the executives, lack of appropriate training for administrators, weaknesses and inefficiencies of the executives, lack of proper coordination between executives and change of effective implementers), environmental barriers (conditions Inappropriate environment, inadequate administrative structure, inadequate political will, and lack of commitment Implementation (no need for implementation, inadequate execution time, lack of implementation tools and inadequate implementation capacity), and regulatory (lack of proper oversight of implementation, lack of enforcement, the existence of devices and independent monitoring system, inappropriate tools Evaluation and non-receipt and reflection feedback). Conclusion: According to the results of this research, the country's most reliable way to achieve the goals set out in the development plans is to create an appropriate structure for the formulation of desirable polices, the determination of the executor and the use of comments, stakeholders.

Abstract: 

Aim: This paper wants to extract creative media branding. Method: The method of this research is datamining and in terms of it’ s applicable. The research questionnaire was extracted from previous studies and included content, audience, media context and environment dimensions. The researcher-made questionnaire, after calculating its validity and reliability, was provided to audiences who visited the Varzesh3 more than 10 times a month. The statistical population of the study consisted of 800 thousand people per day. Using a systematic random sampling, 100 questionnaires were included in the sample size (8 thousand people). About 50 percent of them 4056 responded to the questionnaire. The response of the audience is extracted using the K-means algorithm processing and branding model. Results: The results suggest that in order to increase the life of the audience, the professional components of the media, including reference, bias, newsworthiness and the speed of the publication of the news as "brand perceived quality" should be considered. The loyal behavior of the audience is also due to demographic factors. Conclusions The clustering of a loyal audience with a center of age indicates that the largest cluster with 44% of men with Bachelor education and ranges from 26 to 35 old. “ Live scores” and “ league standing” are the varzesh3 of brand identity. It is suggested that this media pay more attention to the creation of Brand Identity for women and audiences under the age of 15.

Abstract: 

Background: Paying attention to happiness and creativity and investigating its impact on the numerous dimensions of individuals’ lives is one of the public aims and targets. One of the different instruments to implement this mission is the Fundamental Reform Document of Education. Purpose: The present research is descriptive, and its type is content analysis (qualitative and quantitative). The population of the study was the Fundamental Reform Document of Education (2011), consisted of 8 chapters in 63 pages in 2018, and was investigated, and the whole population was considered as the sample. The research instrument in content analysis is carried out by the software and researcher-made check-out inventory. In this research, happiness is analyzed on the basis of New Theory of Rehabilitation and the concepts of happiness and self-actualization designed by Seligman (2011) (13 major categories and 19 minor categories). Creativity stages based on Vallece (1924) taxonomy in 4 steps including 1) readiness, 2) hiddenness, 3) inspiration, and 4) achievement were investigated. The research validity was approved by 5 pertinent experts. In order to determine research reliability, a psychologist recoded the 3rd chapter, and Scott Reliability Coefficient equaled with 0. 83 was approved. Results: The descriptive-analytical methods were used to analyze data, MAXQDA software was used to organize and analyze data. After determining indices frequency, Shannon Entropy Method was used. About creativity, the highest amount with related information to achievement stage is 0. 259, and the highest amount of significance coefficient related to inspiration stage is 0. 272. About the components of happiness, the amount of information load of individual improvability component is 0. 192, scientific optimism is 0. 166, and positive relations in organizational sector (national). The highest and lowest amount is respectively is related to the components of meaning, purpose in individual dimension is 0. 017 and the positive relations is 0. 020. Conclusion: Based on research results, it can be said that to the creativity stages are not paid attention, also, the happiness components are not equally considered. Therefore, in the future revisions, other components must be considered and educational planners must implement on the basis of that those revisions.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the teaching of philosophy for children (p4c) on the development of students' creativity. Method: This research is a causal-comparative study. For data analysis in descriptive and inferential sections, Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS), Shapirovylak (SH-W) and independent t-tests were used by SPSS-22 software. Is. . Fifty fifth grade elementary school students were selected from among the regions of Baharestan using random cluster sampling. For data collection, the Torrance creativity test (Form B) Includes three activities that are used in four subsystems of fluidity, flexibility, originality and expansion. Results: The findings of the study showed that by comparing the averages, the difference between the group or the trained students (166. 48) was more than the control group or the untrained students (1396. 92). Conclusion: The results of the general hypothesis of the research that "the teaching of philosophy for children (p4c) on the development of creativity among male students of the fifth grade elementary school in Baharestan" showed that the teaching of children's philosophy (p4c) on creativity of students The fifth grade son of the district of Baharestan is affected.

Abstract: 

context: Tourism is a general and inclusive industry which all sectors of society, regardless of age, race and gender must be paid attention. In this regard, children as an important part of society, due to the growing needs of the community and considering the promotion of their creativity and arts can play an important role in this issue. However, Isfahan as a creative city has lots of potentials for creative tourism based on handicrafts. purpose: The current study attempts to characterize the role of creative art-based tourism emphasizing on the training of handicrafts for children. methodology: This is a practical research and content analysis method is used. Data was collected using in-depth interviews with 28 experts in the field of tourism, arts and handicrafts, and children, which were found by snowball sampling, and data were analyzed through open coding and axial. The existing literature point out to the economical roles and improving the creativity of children. So raising children and promoting their creativity should be one of the basic priorities of Tourism and Handicrafts and the children become custodians. results: The results indicated that the art-based creative tourism is important for children; because it plays multiple roles, including the promotion of individual skills, the social, economic, cultural impacts, and contributes to sustainable development.
