Among the most important subjects of the human rights is the right to life which is emphasized in religions and the contemporary international declarations and documents. The right to life is also parts of the basic natural and legal rights which are supposed to be defended by law and protected by the necessary instruments of security. In various religions, as well as in Islam, the right to life is regarded as a gift from God for all men and women. While condemning the killings of females, Islam regards men and women of the same life source and considers any kind of killing as crime against humanity.In modern times, some legal systems, like the Western view of universal human rights, human dignity is regarded as a manifestation of the basic right to life in which value concerns are left unspoken. In doing so the human life is treated in its material dimension hence leaving out the spiritual dimension.In this paper, after reviewing the documents on the right to life in the Western sources, rihgts to the life in Islam will be presented also. In it the woman’s right to life from the point of view of Islam and the view presented in international documents will be set forth and compared.

The goal of this research is to compare internet addiction among male and female students of universities in Tehran. Participants of the study were 1500 students who were selected randomly from students in Tehran, of Allameh Tabatabaee, Amirkabir, Sharif, Alzahra and Elmosanat universities. Ten classes were selected randomly from each university. Students of these classes were participants of research. Participants completed Yang internet addiction and demographic characteristic tests. Data indicate that female students were more addicted than male students. Students of technical schools were more addicted than students of other schools. Also, non dormitory students were more addicted than dormitory students. Furthermore, 8.3 percent of the overall students were addicted to internet (9.5% girls and 8.3% boys), and 10.8 percent of the participants were revealed to be vulnerable to internet addiction.

Marriage is accepted and valued in all societies. There are two kinds of marriage in our Islamic society: permanent and temporary, each of which is permitted in certain circumstances and based on certain conditions. A study of Islamic regulations concerning family shows that the temporary marriage besides protecting the women of corruption is a prelude to permanent marriage. In spite of the changes that have taken place in the family structure, father is still considered as the bread provider and protector of the family. Also the mother seems to function as the educator and socialize of the children and preparing them for accepting social responsibilities. If father is lost for any reason, the family is to face many problems. In our country two institutions namely; the Committee of Imam Khomieni and Behzisti (Welfare Organization) protect these broken families.Temporary marriage is a way to fill this vacuum created by the loss of father. The present study, regarding the attitude of women head of household who are under the protection the Imam Khomieni’s Committee is taken place in the city of Shiraz. In this study 13248 women participated who completed a questionnaire. The findings indicate that there are significant relationship between attitude toward temporary marriage and factors like the financial, security and sexual needs, also the number of children, the age of the respondent, and amount of the pension receiving from the Committee.

Justice seeking has always been a favorite subject for many social thinkers and reformists. One of main developments that claim to defend the rights of women has been feminism. This tendency in Iran has shown up in the form of Islamic feminism. The present article is to take a critical look at it and make an analysis of it. This endeavor is taken place within a survey research among the female students of the Jahad Danenshgahi Higher Education Institute in the city of Yazd. The findings indicate that the female students of that Institute have favorable attitude toward one of the four dimension of the Islamic feminism, which is the equal right of men and women. They have negative attitude concerning the other three dimensions of that social thought. Furthermore, the students have negative evaluation of some other minor indicators of Islamic feminism: among which equal cooperation of men and women in the affair of children, and the lack of enough opportunities for females in the society.

The present study is to explore the role of female translators in the last 100 years. The research is descriptive, therefore, various tools of data collection, like questionnaire and interview with 54 experience translators, are employed. Data were organized, classified and then were analyzed through SPSS software.The findings indicate that women have played significant role in the in the history of translation and Iranian literature. They were also face with many social, financial and family problems. The favorite area for translation with them was the literature for the children and the main line of translation was English to Farsi. The level of the education of the family member of female translators was an important factor in their success and translators. Also, regarding the obstacles, their education, experience and perseverance have been instrumental for success.

In the contemporary world in spite of the fast course of development in human life and the variety of instruments with numerous crisis in getting to goals, human objectives, the security and freedom rights and finally preserve the nation’s identity has occupied the minds of scholars. Growth of pornography priority of pleasure, power and profit over the spiritual rights, morals and the expansion of violence leads to this question that what are the designers of cold war after in deleting the geographical borders with expansion of communications, destruction of minds and making them upside down? On the other hand what should the awakened Islamic nations do toward the maintenance of their national identity and religious values so that they could be able to defend their spiritual rights and the mental health of their generation for a rational future?In this relation Hijab and chastity are among the values of Muslim women all over the world which its rational and logical necessity and obviousness have been researched in and out and of different views. Though because of hijab’s profound effect on the intensification of values and negation of women’s instrumental identity, individual and social security and … it is being under continues attack.Then it is essential to analyze it from different dimensions in Islamic societies and we should initiate structural change to be responsive not from a passive stand but an active one to call for a logical reaction of people all around the world.This paper is to discover rational and logical supports for the decree of Hijab in the mirror of Islamic principles and objectives and the views of non-Islamic scholars expressing worrisome for the existing problems and to provide Islamic judicious solutions to this dead-end with an approach toward the Shari’a.

Theoretical study based on hope and life satisfaction is one of the predictors of mental health and general level of happiness in life expectancy rates. A healthy society depends on women's health in that society. Certainly it is undeniable that to achieve sustainable development in a country such as Turkey it is essential to pay more attention to women’s mental health as the core element of the population. Women constitute half of Turkey's populace and yet also take a very important role in the family, as the most basic institution of society. Such indicators of women situation are very important for Turkey, which seeks to implement sustainable development in its society and become a member in Europe Union. In this study, we used descriptive methods and documents to review women’s mental health status and life satisfaction in Turkey. Information and statistics presented in this paper are based on data provided by Turkey Statistics and Documentation Center and international organizations (during the years 2000 to 2012).The findings show that in the past decade Turkey has scored significant increase of hope and life satisfaction and overall mental health among women.
